How welcoming and friendly the staff is
I have absolutely loved my experience with Dogtopia. They truly care about the dogs and are so kind, understanding, and genuine. I would absolutely recommend them and have to friends and family looking for a reliable and great place for their dogs to socialize and play.
Great service and staff! Everyone is very friendly and they really take care of our pet, Bobby. He is always happy to come in and comes out as happy as ever!
Employees are Great .
The staff at Dogtopia are SO kind, they know our dogs well and their needs and treat them like their own! We have been bringing my German Shepherd to Dogtopia for years and they've even gone so far as to call and check on him if they haven't seen him in a while. They also handle our smaller, more "aggressive" dog tactfully and with kindness! I would recommend anyone I know to use Dogtopia, specifically the North Woodlands location!
Appreciate everyone seems to enjoy the dogs and remembers my dog’s name. Good location convenient hours.
It’s been great for my little dog. She’s happily worn out by the end of the day. She loves socializing with other dogs when we’re out, and Dogtopia is the perfect place for that. The drop‑off location right off the highway is excellent.

My dog is always well cared for. The staff is friendly and seem to really care. They always have fun activities and I appreciate the events to support the Veterans programs.

Friendly and caring staff.
My dogs both had to poop and pee very badly after we picked them up. They had been scheduled for baths and well they were clean it seems like they were not let out after. I am unsure what time they were bathed but they both acted like it was a bathroom emergency.
Drop off and pick are fast and simple. My dog is so happy in their care.
I appreciate having a daycare for my puppy to go to so she can socialize with other dogs (and people)

I have been very happy with Dogtopia. Guinness is a high energy dog and gets to play all day and socialize with a lot of different dogs. This is exactly what he has been needing. I also really like being able to drop him off on the spur of the moment if something comes up so I don't have to leave him home alone. I highly recommend Dogtopia.

Everyone was very friendly and accommodating.
Pups put in crates when low on staff. Not paying for pet to be in a crate . Can accomplish that at home, doesn't meet my expectations. Expect some interaction with staff. Plus videos never work. Cannot watch my pet playing while I'm not with him or not playing due to being in a crate......These are the main 2 reasons why I'm hesitant to refer friends. I use to refer everyone i knew that needed quality doggy daycare.
We have loved bringing our Puggle, Molly, on Mondays to burn some energy, get social interaction and training! The staff has been so amazing and loving to my sweet girl. We love the magnets and report cards we get from the staff. <3

Both Rafi and Islay love coming to daycare! The care coordinators are wonderful with our pups and make sure our pups are happy and living their best life!

When I picked him up, he wasn’t lethargic at all—just a little tired from a fun day of playing, which is completely normal. By the next day, he was back to his usual happy, energetic self. I’ll definitely be bringing him back!
