Dogtopia takes the care of our dog very seriously and playfully! He loves every visit! We appreciate the special way the staff greets him and the entire experience the team so carefully executes.

The staff is incredible, and they truly care about the animals and treat them like they’re entering a spa day of fun and games with friends. The staff goes out of their way to make the pet owners feel special and appreciated as well. Both of my labrador retrievers absolutely love going to Chester Springs Dogtopia. The staff makes it feel like a second home and pet resort playdate for the pups. Additionally, the staff treats the pet parents like family! 5 Star business hands-down!! All I have to do is mention doggy daycare or Dogtopia, and my dogs jump up with wagging tails full of excitement to jump in the car and go play for the day! I have left them for overnight stay visits, and they have had a great experience. That’s helpful when you’re away to feel good about knowing your pets are safe and cared for. I highly recommend Chester Springs Dogtopia!
The workers are fun and gentle! My dog LOVES to visit and even spent the night.
Other than going to Waterfront Dogtopia being the absolute highlight of my dog, Jack’s, week, what I most appreciate is the flexibility that if offers. Multiple times this last month spur of the moment things cropped up where I needed to board Jack with little notice. Each time the quick boarding arrangements were hassle free and it was such a relief to know Jack would be well cared for.
The peace of mind alone makes Waterfront Dogie Day Care priceless to me 🐶🐾🐶

Everyone there just really seems to love each and every dog. It gives you the sense that they’re really looking out for each dog and their best interests.

Staff is always friendly and seem to know all the dogs.
The facilities are always clean( no smells from the rooms) . We enjoy watching my pups on their webcams ,
I like also like the fact they screen the dogs before accepting them ,and place them into a room with other dogs of the same activity level.
Move your location closer to where we live(Lancaster Kentucky) and maybe lower your overnight rate by 10-15 dollars;-)

Staff is always friendly and helpful. They know my dog by name and are always excited to see him. My pup loves going here to play with his friends. He gets so excited when we pull up to the facility, he knows it will be fun!!
Everything has been great! From the management, to the staff and the daycare and grooming services has all been to notch!!!!
I bought our puppy in for socializing and every time I looked at the camera she was in a crate! I felt so bad for her if she was being that difficult I should have gotten a phone call. I did call and no one was available to answer so I was put in the “Q” for a call back. I never got a call back. Very dissatisfied

Great Staff - fantastic location and most importantly, my pup loves going!
The notes on my pup's groom files say to just touch up his face area (basically just a little trim around his eyes). Sometimes his face looks great and just gets the touch up I request. Other times, it's like a full really short trim and he comes out looking like a fully different dog.
I love you guys and want to keep bringing my dog to you . . . and I will try again. But I hate worrying that there's a 50/50 chance he will come out looking like a fully different dog.
My dogs are always surprised excited to go to daycare and the staff is supper friendly and helpful!
