Mocha loves visiting all his friends at dogtopia! Playing all day makes him a tired and happy boy. Staff are great too!
It is costly with two dogs. I also wish they could go outside somehow.
I like how I can see my dog online. My dog is well cared for and happy when I pick him up and I am confident that he is secure in Dogtopia's hands.
The service is clean, there is a web cam and there is plenty of room for the dogs to roam.

The team were very helpful when I brought my dog in for a meet and greet. It’s obvious how much they love the dogs and I love how organized they are. My dog came home from his first day of daycare happy and exhausted!

Traffic on hwy 19 is awful at 7am. or pickup at 5pm. Hard to exit on hwy 19 from Dogtopia.

I always like the way the staff treat my pup - so obviously dog lovers!
I was told at the meet and greet that my dog could have an overnight stay. Later that day, I received an email that said no staff would be in the building after nine thirty or ten. I arranged to have a friend pick up my dog at nine. I got a voicemail at seven saying that the staff were all leaving and my dog would have to stay overnight because no one was there. I texted my friend to not bother because the place was closed. Then, I got a call saying that there was somebody there until 9:30 or 10. I texted my friend to go pick up my dog at nine o'clock. When I got home, my dog was still in the same dirty belly band that I had dropped him off in at one thirty. Inexcusable.
My dog is happy! Employees are great!
The location is very convenient. The service is great. I just wish there was a way for outdoor play.
Very professional, friendly and caring staff
From the front receptionist to the groomer everyone was very friendly. The groomer came out and asked how I wanted my dog groomed and answered any questions I had. He was groomed exactly how I requested and looked wonderful.
The staff is friendly and helpful. I had short notice on a work trip and they helped make sure my girl Fable had all her paperwork, that i knew what shots to finish and everything all ready to go. Fable stayed for a week and i got a couple updates from staff which was great to hear. She had a good time played with everyone and came home exhausted. The staff bathed and trimmed nails and we both are very happy. Fable will be returning for daycare and the next time we need boarding.
Love, love, love Dogtopia Halcyon!!!! We never worry about how our baby is doing when we travel because we know he is in great hands!!! He loves staying at Dogtopia because Brie and the entire team treats Jax like family!! Highly recommend Dogtopia Halcyon!!!
