Dogtopia is a first class day care for our large dog. The staff are friendly, responsive, and caring, which are critical attributes when you want trust a business to look after a member of your family.
They love my dogs.

Dogtopia is the best thing we have done for Archie and Kaia. The happiness in their faces and tail wags when they know they are going says it all! From treat days to crafts, to play time in the sun or snow, they come home happy and content. The staff all care for them like their own, and I never worry when they're there. Thank you Dogtopia for being just what we needed!
Extremely helpful to have dogtopia when life gets busy, or when the pup needs to play with friends. Friendly staff, forgiving of some late-notice changes, and very professional!
My dog doesn’t put on the brakes when we walk towards the door! Your staff greets her like she is their own, and that means the world to us.
When I see how excited Gibson is at drop-off, and how the staff greet him, I know he is receding great care. I love the activities that are offered and the ability to check the webcams during the day. Dogtopia is the best!

Team really seems to enjoy the dogs. Very accommodating when a change to the schedule has been needed.
The pickup after 5 days of boarding did not go so well. When I picked up my dog, the staff was late in opening the store, did not bathe most of the dogs, and did not have our dog's things ready - bed, food bowl, food tray, etc. I had to come back an hour later and some of our things were still "missing" at that point. I eventually got back everything the next day but the whole pick-up incident did not leave me very impressed.
We brought our two dogs in, Joey and Phoebe. Joey is playful and gets along with all dogs and people. Phoebe is more anxious and doesn't necessarily get along with everyone. Joey can come back, Phoebe can't. I get that not all dogs get along with everyone and every other dog, but there was no option for Phoebe to come back in a limited capacity, be by herself or with Joey in a pen. She can be sweet and we get that maybe it's just not the fit, was disappointing, maybe more for us than a Dogtopia thing.
Professional, friendly and welcoming environment for me and my pup. Leia is always smiling when I go to pick her up from the day there. I love the pictures they send me.
Lucy loves Dogtopia- Fulshear. She jumps out of car with excitement and comes home utterly exhausted. We love the friendly staff, webcam access, the all day play time, and I especially love that Lucy never comes home smelling like she’s been at a kennel all day. I attribute that to the exceptionally clean practices of the staff.

Crating Remi wasn’t an issue. Not protecting her, crating her when she isn’t the aggressor is. I no longer trust this location with Remi.
The fact hat the facility is clean ,people are friendly and they seem to care about my pets well being. Also he seems to enjoy his stays here.
The staff is always so friendly and love on my dog. Boulder has been boarded there and goes to doggy day care. It’s also so nice that they offer spa treatments, especially after he has been boarded there. Boulder gets so excited to go there, he knows and shows his excitement when we are getting close to turning into the parking lot.
I know that my pup is safe and he’s just not sitting at home bored. He’s also around people that truly love dogs.
I think staff here is so kind. The only complaint I have is that it started snowing on Monday after I dropped my dog off at 8:30am(with intentions of letting him play until 6:30pm). I received a text at 13:30 that they closed down playing due to snow and were boarding the dogs and sending most staff home. Which I totally understand for the safety of the staff. What I don’t understand is why I was charged $45 at pickup at 3pm. I bring my dog to Dogtopia to play not be locked up. I have a kennel at home that is free. My dog has severe crate anxiety and I didn't drop him off to be put in a crate. I understand the circumstances, but why was I charged $45 for a “full” day of play. He got to play from 8:30-1pm(maybe). Your half day option allows up to 5.5 hours of play. I do not believe it’s fair to charge for the hours the dogs were crated.
Everything, basically. The Webcam freezes up a lot though, a whole lot, which is annoying.
