It would be great to have half day options. Sometimes you only want to drop off your dog for 4 hours and it doesn't make sense to pay full day prices for them. it's the difference between whether we just leave our dog home or take him to daycare.

Our boy is very happy and enjoy being with his friends. Personnel is very attentive and provides all the care that your loved one needs which makes him feel at home. Facilities are always clean, beautiful and also have great service options for bathing, grooming and boarding.
I don't know enough about the service yet. My dog has been there once for a meet and greet and he will be there twice more before boarding overnight while we attend a family wedding. He was OK but will take some time to get used to it. He is a very well socialized dog already, but seemed anxious in the new place. The staff were kind and answered all my questions.

Don't pretend your price hike is a wellness program.
We love Dogtopia! We have been taking our dog Lumi there for years and she absolutely loves it. Whether it’s for day care of boarding - the staff are lovely, the facility is clean and it’s easy to check the camera and see she is having a blast! They have special events throughout the month including a spa day that discounts baths and other spa services so we don’t have to worry about bathing her at home. The staff are like her second family and we would highly recommend this place to anyone. We love Dogtopia!!
Our dog has not yet stayed a full day, but we have been very positively impressed with the inquiry and intake. The staff has been informative, kind, and thoughtful. We super look forward to our precious pup’s first day at daycare next week!
Your staff is EXCELLENT, however, both of my dogs came home with eye infections.
The invoice wasn’t clear. I was told over the phone that boarding includes daycare for $30 minus 10% discount for second dog. What I got was a bill for boarding plus daycare for 2 days—- I only booked 1 night. I understand that if they charged only for boarding it would be too low; but they should only then say boarding is $65 or $70 per night, and not $30 per night which seems misleading. Also, when I picked up my little dog, her collar was very tight on her neck! I was so surprised because she barely had enough wiggle room on her neck to move and technically, she could have choked. However, I must say Amanda the manager is very sweet and accommodating and I do appreciate that. Since this is a brand new facility and everyone is in training mode, I understand there’s going to be hiccups. I think more attention is needed on communicating costs for boarding and also simple things like how tight collars are fastened when dogs are discharged.

I like the staff here. Everyone is cordial, helpful, friendly, and seem to enjoy their work and providing a safe fun atmosphere for the dogs. As a first time dog owner, this has taken a load anxiety off my mind.

I like that the staff are always responsive and helpful in answering my questions and seem to really enjoy caring for the dogs as if they were family. I feel safe leaving my puppy with them knowing he is well monitored and he gets to play with other dogs who are similar in size and temperment, learning their signals and how to respectfully interact. I also like that the coaches teach the dogs boundaries and gently correct, reinforcing good behaviours at home. It would be great to have some kind of points reward program for ongoing clients that could amount to a free day of daycare, etc.
