Staff are very kind, groomer does an excellent job.
Dogtopia is such a great service for us. Our dog can't be alone so being able to bring him in for daycare is a game changer. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable and make accommodations for our pup as needed.

When you first opened things were outstanding. The staff has rotated so much that my pup doesn’t have the same familiar faces and we have noticed a change. Still a great place but not all staff has same philosophy and takes things as serious as others.
Everything is great! Although it’s little over priced.
I like that all of the associates have made a connection with my dog and that she is very comfortable to go.
My dog really loves it. People thought I was crazy when I said I was going to take my dog to daycare. Said it's a waste of money. But I'm glad I did. Everybody is so nice. And I trust my dog here. I consider him one of my children So I want to know he's in good hands when I drop him off
I love how happy my pup is when I bring her home. I do worry about two things that might just be in my head:
1) When I’ve picked her up she always stops by the water bowl by the door and takes a long drink. The only reason why I worry is because she’s not a heavy water (or food) drinker, even after say, a long walk or play. I’m sure it’s fine, but I plan to ask to make sure she has access to water.
2) There seems to be A LOT of dogs crammed inside. Like, barely able to move or walk play because there’s not enough space.
That said, everyone there is SO nice and caring; a great staff! So great that I haven’t brought these things up because I just trust them! And I love the webcam feature (though having it turned off during break time is worrying).
Dogtopia of Nasa staff are always so friendly and knowledgeable. The location is always clean, and I have no worries when our dogs are dropped off for doggy daycare and boarding.
Super friendly and kind staff. The place is always clean and never smells strongly of dog (even though that would be fine given it's a doggy daycare). They are always quick to answer my emails, calls, and requests in the app. I love that the dogs are mostly inside and are not forced to stay outside most of the day like some other places. My anxious pup doesn't always do well in daycares, but she does well at Dogtopia Haywood Road! The staff remember her and are so gentle and friendly with her. Also, a shout out to their groomers - they are the BEST I have found in Greenville, and the convenience of having my pup groomed while she is at daycare is unmatched.
My only wish is that they weren't closed between 12-2pm, but I totally understand their staff need to have a break.

Price. I am a single income household with 4 kids and don’t have a lot of spare money but really want to socialize my puppy with doggy daycare and want to patronize Dogtopia, but the price makes that a challenge. 50 dollars for one day without the option of a half day seems high.
Otherwise the staff is great, super friendly, and very communicative. The facility is wonderful. We really enjoy our time there. Just wish it was less expensive so we could use it more.

My concern over new properly trained staff was passed on to staff
We had been taking our dogs to Dogtopia for several years. Specifically Janea at the West Center location. We had an elderly dog that had a hard time standing and a hard time with his legs in general. She was so kind and gentle with him. She would let him take breaks and go at his pace. We are so thankful for her. Highly recommend!
Kind staff and lots of attention for the pup
You respond very quickly to emails. You seem to really care about the dogs. Your facility is clean and gives the dogs plenty of space to run around. I love that I can sign in and watch Chester during the day.
Dogtopia has been great for our Australian Cattle dog puppy. She is so social and full of energy and Dogtopia provides the perfect place for her to safely play with others. The entire staff is so kind and greets us by name in the mornings and offers stories about her day at pickup. Our pup whines and scratches to be let out as soon as we pull in the parking lot. We are so grateful to Dogtopia and the services they provide.
Everyone is so nice and our dog loves it there!
Better wi-fi connection, especially in Toybox. Also would prefer a better camera angle as sometimes the dogs are in a blind spot.

We feel like we pay a fair amount for daycare/boarding and have been curious how much the staff watching him make and it’s less than $20? That feels a little insane to us considering how much we and all other dog parents value the quality staff!

The ease of scheduling Daycare and Boarding. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. The webcams make me feel better about the days we use the services as I can check in to see how she’s getting along.
It's a great place to bring my dog. she always has fun and comes back happy and tired which is good thing.
Very nice pleasant professional staff who care for your fur baby(s). The staff always decorates and have themes for each and every holiday with options to take pics. They relate every pet parent to their fur baby. The staff LOVES dogs. They protect your dog from other dogs and dogs that are having a tough or irritating or day; they give them rest breaks away from the doggie crowd. There’s an option to have monthly billing at a discount with a card on file; and options to pay per “play day.” Love it!
I don’t like the pricing model. The prices are higher than many others and the cancellation/pause policy is rather restrictive and punitive. If I have to cancel within the 24 hour window due to illness (dog’s or mine) or some other emergency, it’s not right that I should be penalized financially.
Friendly, super easy service. My dog was happy and so were we!
You care about each dog, Oakley is always happy when she comes home and has no issues after a stay with Dogtopia.
