All staff are well trained, friendly, and the place is SPOTLESS!
My groomer, David is so professional but more importantly my dog has 10 years of trust with him. He normally is fearful of people and is known to bite but adores his groomer and comes home always looking spiffy.
Our dog loves all of the coaches and gets very excited to go to daycare. The facility is always clean. We don’t worry about our baby because they promote an environment of safe play. We like that the large and small dogs are kept separate. We know that when he needs boarding that he will be comfortable being there. They cater to special needs for meal times.

With all the hacking going on with large and small companies (AT&T, government), I feel very uncomfortable being forced to use my credit card.
I love that it appears the whole staff loves Bru as much as her mom's and you take very good care of her. Also that you wear down some of that energy lol

Not the first time I’ve boarded my dog for an extended period of time here. They call if there’s any issues and they post pictures of the dogs to the Facebook page. The cameras are a nice touch so you can keep tabs on your fur baby
We just signed up and had our meet and greet. Everyone was very caring with my dog and very knowledgeable of dogs in general. I feel very comfortable with leaving my dog there.

Very caring towards the dogs, I like that the staff seemed to know and have a bond with him after the first day. I like that I can check in on the cameras. It seems very clean.
I would appreciate if the trainers spent a little more time in the small dog area to give them some love like they do the big dogs :)
I don’t always get my food containers back at the end of the day. There is often a smell to my dog when I pick her up. She is always itchy when we get home so I’m not sure if she’s allergic to something there. She has sensitive skin.
Our dog Zuko LOVES Dogtopia! All of the coaches are so nice. He loves playing with his friends and getting cuddles from the coaches. We never have to worry about him because we know he's in good hands.
My dog has a good time with the staff and other dogs. He loves it here and when I come back to pick him up he is so happy . It’s hard to leave him when I have to travel but I know he is in a safe environment and he is well cared for.
