I love the professionalism and the care that is put into taking care of our fur baby. She is so happy when she gets home and we love seeing Miss Daisy happy!
Dogtopia is definitely our doggie May’s happy place! Our grand fur baby, Patty loves it there too! The staff are delightful & always providing the pooches with fun & stimulating experiences. We feel so fortunate to have such a good quality daycare center for our girls🥰🐶🥰🐶
Today was my dog Toby's birthday! They made his day special. He got a pupcup, a toy on his way out and lots of happy birthdays. Also, a photo shoot.
I love getting photos from dogtopia of my dogs dressed up! Sunglasses, scarfs and all. My pups come home happy and are so excited to go next time.
Also, if I have concerns like I havent seen my dogs on the camera I send them a text and they tell me which room they are in so I can be that "helicopter dog mom." I love this place and they treat my dogs so well. I love that they redirect bad behavior.
Friendly , knowledgeable staff that loves dogs! Exceptionally clean premises.my dog loves to go to Dogtopia so I feel positive about taking him there.
Mars loves it here so much and the staff are always friendly. So easy to request daycare appointments and I love checking on him via the cameras. 10/10!
How the employees are very friendly and helpful. The only problem I have is the billing structure. I don’t like the weekly billing schedule. It may work for other clients, but not for me.

It’s a long drive for us but I enrolled my dog for the agility equipment. I have watched the webcam and have yet to see the equipment brought out and haven’t seen my dog approach the equipment that is always in the room.
My dog has separation anxiety when she is away from me. When I first brought tica to Dogtopia it was hard for her to be without me but then developed relationships with the workers and now she doesn’t have anxiety at Dogtopia. It’s her second home.

Convenience and location
The facilities are so clean and safe. The staff is so hands on and friendly. I appreciate how much is available to my dog ie. play, curriculum, meals, naps, baths, everything they may need to thrive! I love the energy there, it's just so fun and welcoming. I also love that my dogs got report cards and pictures at the end of their first day. SO cute!
Dogtopia on Haywood Road, Greenville, SC is under new ownership. I am thoroughly impressed with them. The gal who answered the phone today was very friendly, courteous, and upbeat. The owner came out to greet me and help take my dog out of my car. Such service and I am thankful they are taking over. Please don't think the previous owners were bad because they were good also - just ready to be done.
Our dog is always so excited to go to daycare. We can tell she is loved by everyone who works there.
Mike, Meg, and the entire team took great care of Addie and were extremely helpful and pleasant. I’d strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a safe and fun place for their pup!

Being completely honest. My dog was rejected due to an action, that he's never done with ANYONE. Your worker could not replicate the action. And he's never done the action again. I've tried over the week to see if he would "nip at anyone when they touch his collar " and not a single nip. I'm in Chicago around people he's never met and he hasn't done it to anyone. Not to mention the look from one of your staff that just sat there while other people greeted and worked with me didn't sit right.
That dogs can play
Dogtopia in Parker is the most professional, energetic and engaged staff I've ever met! The facility holds a high cleaning standard which I love! The canine coaches are attentive and interactive with the dogs while at the same time, make sure they behave. My dog absolutely loves going to Dogtopia! In addition, I'm obsessed with all of the special picture and treat days! Highly recommend!
When checking the webcam my dog for the first hour seemed to be having fun but then was just walking around with her tail down a lot and other dogs bugging her were her tail was being tucked I’ve never seen her act like that before also when leaving I was told there was a $20 fee for her “free day” and when I asked on the phone about this who ever I talked to said they say was 100% free I wasn’t charged but still very out of pocket with no warning unfortunately she came home smelling like pee and now has an eye infection also is going potty in the house very unlike her I think she would be better off at an indoor outdoor place or just at home where she is comfortable. I rate this a 5 because someone who is okay with everything this place has to offer might like it but I don’t think it’s a good fit at all not to mention the staff was trying off the bat for me to sign her up for more days
