Dogtopia is the blue-ribbon winner for dog boarding and daycare in Omaha, Nebraska. In my former career, I was a Pet Transportation Specialist, and I dropped off and picked up pets from your facility. No matter the dog or the Dogtopia locations, each dog would excitedly whine on the pull up to the door and bat their tails like windshield wipers as I brought them into your business. Every staff member, no matter the location, was professional, friendly, and pawsitively in love with each dog.
I personally have 13+ years as a former professional pet sitter/dog walker and as a pet transportation specialist; I highly recommend Dogtopia for all dog pawrents to give t heir fur babies the Dogtopia experience.

Travis was so gentle and kind working on my little dogs’ nail trimming. Both were apprehensive but Travis calmed them. Definitely recommend him.
Hire someone who is qualified and has knowledge of trimming dog's nails.
A spa is not a spa without this service
Obviously dog-oriented staff---they greet every dog with joy and enthusiasm. My dog us always reluctant to go home, so I know she's had a great day.
My dog has been bit numerous times by other dogs, ate other poop without monitoring and I asked he was fed at lunch and learned he got dinner as well. I love Dogtopia but these issues were never present when Meagan and Paige were managing.
Love the hands on attention that all the staff gives the pups! Our Alfredo just loves going to Dogtopia to see his friends and all the staff. Thank you for taking such good care of our boy 🐾
I am really very happy with the care and playtime my pet gets. There are only 2 things I would change. I wish the dogs could go outside to go to the bathroom. I watch the video cameras and I think y’all do a great job at cleaning up very quickly and thoroughly but my dog still smell like urine when I pick her up.
I like to see how excited my dog is on the days he goes to daycare.
The whole process was simple and fun. The meet and greet was thorough, and we felt comfortable leaving our 6 mo puppy there for a long weekend stay. One thing is clear, the staff, every one, LOVES DOGS and enjoys what they do. Thank you so much!
I like the environment, the activities and the structure provided for my dog. Every month has a theme and the activities, snacks and crafts are based on that theme. Dogtopia is the best doggie daycare and boarding place that I’ve ever used for any of my dogs. The staff is so friendly and seem to care about my pup.
Leaving your beloved pet with anyone isn't a decision to be taken lightly. The great reviews of Dogtopia of MIlford got me in the door but the excellent staff kept me. I recently moved to the area so finding a place where my dog could socialize and be safe was a top priority. I got the same vibes as when I bring my pup to the vet; clearly everyone in the building is there because they love dogs and want the best for them. When I tell my dog it's time for daycare he RUNS down the stairs so clearly they have his stamp of approval as well.
I appreciate the flexibility and friendly staff. I felt that my dogs were known by name and stay even after a very short time.
My dog receives the best care from the most wonderful people in the world. They make us feel so special. We both love coming there. It’s also so easy - to book, to change, to submit shot records. So consistently great!
We love being able to check on our dog during the day! The staff is so friendly and attentive. The building inside and out is well kept. I believe I can trust they will take great care of our pet.
Better hours and open on Sundays! I’ve had to rely on other boarding options because I don’t want to pay for a Sunday night board if I’m back on Sunday (which is most of the time) and want to pick my pup up. Other locations also stay open for a couple hours longer.
Our dog comes home smelling like pee every single night. She hates baths so it's getting stressful to bathe her several nights a week.

Hi, I’m Timmy, and Dogtopia of Oakbrook Terrace is basically my second home! 🐶❤️ The second I realize where we’re going, I’m READY. Mom can barely keep up because I have friends to see and important dog business to handle! 😂
The humans there are pretty awesome too. They take great care of me, give me lots of attention, and let me spend the day playing with all my buddies. I always come home happy, exhausted, and ready for a good nap. 😴🐾

Everything is very clean and all of the employees are well informed about our dog. The staff is very friendly and caring.
We absolutely love Dogtopia of Hazlet! Our two mini Australian Shepherds, Muffin and Delilah, have stayed there overnight many times and also regularly enjoy doggy daycare and playtime. They absolutely love socializing with the other pups, and we love knowing they are somewhere they can have fun, stay active, and receive plenty of attention and care.
The team at Dogtopia of Hazlet has always been wonderful with our girls. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing that when Muffin and Delilah are there, they are being well cared for and having a great time. They get so excited when they know they’re going to Dogtopia, which says everything!
Whether it’s overnight boarding, daycare, or just a fun day of play and socialization, Dogtopia of Hazlet has become a place we trust and feel comfortable leaving our girls. We are so grateful for the care they receive and would highly recommend Dogtopia of Hazlet to anyone looking for a safe, fun, and caring place for their dogs! 🐾❤️

My dog seems to enjoy coming to dogtopia, Whe is 'warming up' to the handlers and she is slowly becoming less suspicious of humans.

I’m really disappointed with my recent experience with Dogtopia.
I had scheduled grooming appointments for both of my dogs and arrived only to get no answer at the door. I called and texted while I was there and received no response. I eventually left, and no one followed up afterward to apologize or reschedule.
I had to call back myself to explain what happened. I was apologized to and told I would receive a discount for the inconvenience. I brought both dogs back for their rescheduled appointments, but when I checked out, I was charged full price. I reminded the staff about the promised discount and was told they didn’t know how to apply it, but that I would be refunded once the appropriate person came in.
I then received a receipt showing the full charge. I emailed again asking for the issue to be corrected and have still received no response.
At this point, it’s not even just about the discount. It’s the repeated lack of communication and follow-through. I gave Dogtopia multiple opportunities to make this right, and unfortunately the customer service has been very disappointing.
