Love you guys
I've been taking my pet to town center facility for 4 yrs. The camera's hardly ever work. So disappointed in new management. Promises to make the entire daycare, cleaner, more staff and camera's that always work. When I'm not able to watch my baby play during the day I feel someone is trying to hide what is happening behind the scenes. Once I was so proud and bragged to friends that this place was awesome. I don't feel the same enthusiasm for many weeks now and feel disappointed that staff and our pet families are going through a hard time.

The thing I like most is the video access. Along with a wonderful attitude that the workers have towards animals I feel secure and leaving my precious puppy there to play.
The staff are super friendly, accommodating and really care about my dog. They are super attentive to any thing he may have going on and always relay the information to me when I come to pick him up!
All the staff (e.g., the coaches!) are such kind humans! Our dogs are so fortunate!

Dogtopia treats my dog like he's their own pup. He's been going since he was only a few months old and now he's over a year. He is always so excited to go, every morning he knows our routine to get ready to go to Dogtopia and every morning he flies into the front lobby excited and ready to go. (Sometimes I think he loves them more than me)
Frindly, attentive staff. Easy flexible scheduling. Affordable enrollment plans.
Only drawback is that the dogs spend a lot of time in crates, where I would prefer more interaction with other dogs.

Dogtopia has been a lifesaver as first time puppy people! Oakley loves playing with his friends all day, and we love knowing he is safe and well cared for! The cameras allow us to check in on his day and see how much fun he is having. He comes home tired and happy which is great!
We highly recommend Dogtopia for anyone who lives or works in downtown Cleveland!
My dog, Bentley, loves going to Dogtopia. He has "friends" there that he loves to play with and he enjoys the human employees as well.
I like the fact that dogs are separated by size and temperment and that there is a webcam to check on him throughout the day.
Thank you for giving a safe, supportive space for Millie! She was SO EXCITED when she arrived, and in the happiest mood when we picked her up. The convenience of spa services during her stay was great, too. Thank you!

The initial meet and greet went well and the employees were very nice, however, the first day of daycare, my dog was kept in a confined area for over three hours and I was charged for a snack that he never got. Also, I requested that his membership be canceled and they still tried to charge me for two days.
They love my dog!
Our dog loves Dogtopia and she runs in every time we drop her off! They all know her by name and it is such a great feeling knowing she is taken care of while we are away!
