Staff are very attentive to the dogs and my dog absolutely loves Dogtopia in Dedham!
People that work there care about the dogs
Very communicative and easy to reach - it’s apparent everyone loves dogs and truly enjoy caring for them and making it a fun experience, but also taking in consideration. It wasn’t until we started at Dogtopia we realized it’s absolutely wonderful they have multiple rooms for different sizes and personalities. Our puppy Wilbur has thrived in his room (toy box) and because he is more of a smedium size he may have been more intimidated starting off with larger dogs, and it’s given him the confidence to help new dogs onboard. It’s been a joy to watch him there!
The team does a great job and my dog loves coming to daycare.
When I drop off my dogs for boarding, I know my dogs are well cared for. The staff in front, back & groomers are all great. It feels good to know that when I'm out of town, I board my dogs where they are loved & cared for. Thank you Dogtopia.
Dogs are always monitored by staff. Option for dogs to be inside or outside. Option for grooming and overnight stay if necessary, and access to water and being fed.

If I ever have a question or concern, someone is always there to talk to if I don’t see my dog on the camera for a minute I can call and you always tell me exactly what room or outdoor space he is in so I can see him !
Speaking about door space I love that you have outdoor space and playground type pet friendly things for the dogs to do outside. I know my dog would hate it if he was inside all the time.
Before we pick him up, I always get him a special bath and he’s never overly excited to see me so I know I made the right choice for all of us!
They staff seem very knowledgeable and genuinely appear to love their job. I’m so impressed with them knowing my dog’s name the second we walk through the door and how kind they are to him. They are very cautious with how they integrate dogs into the pack and the communication and attention to detail is top notch.
Webcams, Learning, Other Dogs, Comes Home Exhausted
the staff is amazing with Sassy, she loves coming to see her "friends" 3 times a week.
Everyone was always super friendly with us and always communicated things. I need to be known about our pets or how they were doing during the day.
I had trouble buying a package of daycare over the phone that was never recorded. The problem was resolved but time consuming.
Nothing… However my dog Gizmo loves the place!!!
Zion loves his day stays at daycare! He's always so glad to see everyone and play!
We still would love to see overnight staff on site. This is the only way we would leave him to board. We have cameras at home- so home or Dogtopia ir would be the same if there is no one on-site. This is the only reason I do not give 10/10.

The friendliness of the staff, how happy my pup is going in to see everyone, and how clean everything is.
We can/have leave our dog with them for almost 2 weeks. Don't have to worry about getting folks to our house to feed, let out, water. They do a very functional care and the dogs have their friends (other dogs) to keep themselves busy. You can also dial in and watch them during operational hours. They have their own crates where they eat and sleep. You provide their food or they will for additional if needed. They provide plenty of fresh water and an out door and indoor area. If you need some time to take care of things they can be boarded for any
(1/2 day minimum). We like it and the folks there.
Friendly and flexible
The staff at Dogtopia Deer Park are warm, welcoming, and truly love dogs. They know each dog by name and find new ways to engage the dogs for fun-filled days. We are so happy we have Dogtopia for our dog. His playgroup, and interactions with the staff keep him moving and young. Thank you, Dogtopia Deer Park.
Very friendly staff and they seem to really care about the animals. They make it easy and with the cameras, you can be at ease watching them.

We have a very high energy dog that needs constant exercise and stimulation. She loves going to Dogtopia and has to give the staff hugs every time she leaves.
