They are so nice and kept me updated on whether or not my dog ate his food! The cameras stopped working around 5pm but they worked the rest of the day!

I liked the cage free environment except for eating and sleeping. Stanley enjoyed running around with the other dogs. I liked to be able to watch via web cam.
When picking up our dog, the facility had an awful stench of urine.
My Millie loves coming here. Staff is VERY good to her. They update me if she feels ill or acts unlike herself. I love the snacks and pictures that are offered. Webcam is a definite win.

My dog seems to love the place — gets excited when we turn into the parking lot and can hardly get into the door fast enough. And the staff seems to like her! Location is also very convient for me.

We are delighted with the great care and beautiful work that Carrie does whenever we bring our dog in for a grooming appointment with her! He always looks so beautiful when he walks out after Carrie works her magic!✨He is a senior dog now and senior dogs need special love and care—and our dog is not the easiest to work with. And it’s only because of Carrie’s extra care, patience and kindness that he trusts her enough to let that beautiful transformation take place! And where this scruffy little old man walks in, a happy handsome little man walks out! Carrie is AMAZING!

Our pet Apollo had a great time in Dogtopia over the holidays. We’re always checking up on him via the web cam and we always see him calm and just following the staff around looking for a tap or a belly rub and he usually gets one which is a bonus! Thank you for your wonderful and patient staffs!
