We were surprised at how much food was left, and how gaunt Jenny was. We'd split their food into a Ziploc bag for each dog, portioned out, and Jenny's looked untouched and Bailey still had about one serving left in his bag.
Overall, my friend who referred me has had a great experience with y'all (Blair and her dog Zoey), including report cards and check-ins when Zoey is boarded. We were never offered a tour of the facilities, and the only reason I knew there was a webcam option was because Blair told me.
I'm assuming that you may have been short-handed over the holidays, but ultimately, I would not recommend your business for anyone who needs to board their dog. For a large dog, it seemed to really impact them not having access to outside, and overall, I think Jenny was terrified the whole time. The issue with the food is very troublesome. I'd probably recommend you for daycare, but that is not something we need.
My dog was in a crate more than just the “2 hour nap time”. The situation was not at all as advertised. There was no playing or fun for the dogs
Easy to schedule, flexible on times. Friendly staff and good vibes.
The dogs don't play outside. Cameras do not work. Naps equal crate time. Not good.
The Staff is very professional and we know our dog is in a safe environment while we're out of town.
The staff is very friendly and the care and love for the dogs is very apparent. Each month there are several special activity days (bubble day, bacon day, they even did a gift exchange this year!) and each holiday there is a craft made by the dogs for their owners. It’s very cute! It is on the expensive side but it makes it worth it once you see the facility and meet the staff!
I trust my dog is taken care or. My only thought would be can agility days also take place on Tuesdays or Thursdays?
I would like a facility tour, but all the employees seem so busy that I don't want to impose on their time.

Dogtopia's team truly loves working with dogs. They consistently maintain a positive attitude and show genuine care for my husky, Chelsea. She always looks forward to her time with them.

Since Courtney has left the facility smells of urine. The electronic aroma thing on the desk is not taking care of the smell. One of the reasons I chose Dogtopia was it did not smell, other facilities I visited smelled.
I can’t really explain it, but I feel that the team does not seems to be engaged with the work. They are nice but as I said I can’t explain it, but something has changed.
Long lines for dropoff and pickup- seems like serviced has deteriorated at this location over the past year
Great overnight services, there’s always room to board my dog when we need it. Love the webcams so that we can see our dog while she’s there.
I was told that if I paid for boarding (I paid 80.00 a night for the suites) that daycare would be 100% free by the owner. I got a text the day of pickup asking what time I would get Tinker. I said I need to get her by 7 pm right? and that I would be there by 6 pm. they replied sounds good and just let them know if it was gonna be later. I got tinker at 6 pm. They charged me not only for the boarding but also 43.00 for the last day b/c I got her at 6 pm. It was listed no where on their website that I could find and I was promised daycare was free. They really should have refunded me the 43.00 for the last day as that was not fair to charge for something I was not told about. Other than that I like Dogtopia.
