The staff is very friendly to both dogs and "parents". There was no concern, when I called to ensure Finnegan was okay on his first 2 visits. Finnegan enters the facility with his tail wagging and that tells me he is happy there and that is important to me.

Have had a series of bad experiences, starting with one of dogs, Cooper getting manhandled by other dogs and the staff not monitoring. Thinking it would still be good to board our other dog Max there, I prepaid dog daycare for him before December. Unfortunately he got kennel cough during a time there was a serious outbreak so then I wasn't able to board him there for months until the kennel cough outbreak died down.
I boarded him there last week thinking I could use the money I prepaid for his daycare toward that. I was told that is not possible. I pick him up from boarding him there and the smell makes me want to throw up. I do not want to use your location anymore, and I want my money back. This Dogtopia has consistently been disappointing.
THE STAFF IS GREAT WITH THE PETS AND RESPONSIVE TO CLIENTS.
Very caring and welcoming staff! My pup loves it and is always excited to be greeted by the cheering squad. It’s clear that the staff loves what they do. They listen to your pet’s needs and follow through. I also love the weekly events they offer like the special treats and photo sessions.

The staff are amazing! -caring, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and very accepting and accommodating! Their love and understanding of the dogs and support for the owners is very evident and displayed daily.
