Our pup just spent a long weekend boarding at the Plymouth location, where he does daycare. He seemed well cared for and has not demonstrated any signs of stress. We are grateful and will use the overnight care again without hesitation.
Everyone is very nice and they are extremely accommodating.
Goose loves Dogtopia! When we say daycare, he can’t get into the car quick enough.
The Canine Coaches are fantastic people. They go way beyond the minimum in caring for my dog, and are so kind to all of us "parents" (owners).

I am pleased that the staff knows my dogs by name and on sight. When I've peeked during the day via the webcams I can see the coaches engage with all the dogs without showing favorites. The coaches know when they play gets intense and that someone needs a breather.
The games like treat catch or sit/stay are good stimulation. And I love the photo ops too.
Dogtopia in Latham is clean and friendly. I like to be able to watch my dog on the camera. The staff is wonderful.
So easy and convenient. I trust that my dog is in the best hands and love that I can check in on the webcams.He always comes home exhausted from a day of play and I appreciate that I can add an exit bath so he comes home all clean!

I really appreciate that it feels like a family at Dogtopia. I know that Reese is having a fun day and being taken care of with love. I love all of the fun treat, snack and picture days. It really adds a special touch for all of the pet parents!

Everything! The people, the facility and our dog loves the place.
We enjoy a lot of things and have so much appreciation for the Dogtopia staff. Our only very minor issue is scheduling for grooming on the app. We love everything else!
Dogtopia is great. My dog loves coming to day care. She drags me in when we arrive and she’s tired when we get home. She’s happy and engaged while playing as well. She also loves the special treat days. Not sure she loves all the photo shoots but we certainly enjoy the pictures!

Everything and everyone is so amazing
I appreciate the care an attention you give Emmet even when you have so many other dogs to care for. I am greeted with a smile and good conversation every time we drop off and pick up. I know the staff loves my dog.
The staff is so friendly and my pup Levi gets so excited every time we walk up to the door. The staff greets him like they really know him and he just runs off with them to the back for daycare. It makes me feel so good knowing he loves going and he has a good time since he doesn’t show any signs of fear dropping him off and picking him up. We moved a few months ago to this area and I was hopeful to find a doggy daycare he loved as much as the one back home and this has been the perfect fit!
Very caring with the dogs
The staff are very nice, caring and helpful. I love that if I have a few down minutes at work I can watch her in the camera. It’s also very convenient that if she needs her needs her nails cut or a bath she can do all that in 1 trip. Oh and we love treat days.
Friendly, convenient, and my dog loves going to Dogtopia! We brought him to another place first and he was coming home overstimulated. I saw a picture of him there and he wA hiding under a chair. I don't see any of that behavior coming from his time at Dogtopia. Love it!
The price has gone up almost double from when I started brining my first dog. 50 bucks for daycare is insane
I live that I can drop off on the spot and board my dog for days in a row if needed without necessarily having to reserve in advance and that you are open on Sundays. It is very convenient. I feel good that my dog is there playing with a lot of other dogs and that there seems to be enough staff there to take care of all of them. I do wish that they were able to get real outside time and that Dogtopia had a pickup service. I also would like to know how long my dog is out in the crate for when it’s past thei nap time because I have come to pick up my dog and noticed she may have been in the crate. Overall, I have been very happy so far.
