Friendly and professional staff!
Be more friendly. Some front desk people are very cold. Place feels like a business now not a family and pet friendly place anymore. Maybe we were spoiled by Lynn and her wonderful crew. Our dog was there from the day it opened. So, we have been coming for almost 12 years now.
Also, the lobby smells very doggie now. Did not use to. Remodeled lobby is very cold and clinical feeling now. Use to be more inviting. A few more chairs would be nice also.
Sorry to be so blunt ,but these are real observations and concerns.
My dog loves going there. Happy all day. Staff is always friendly and attentive.!they all seem to love doggies very much
My dog absolutely loves Dogtopia, and so do I! Every time I drop him off, he practically runs into the building because he’s so excited to be there. That alone gives me peace of mind knowing he’s happy and well cared for.
On line scheduling is easy and convenient. When you need to call, you speak with a real person who is knowledgeable, friendly, and actually knows your dog, which makes the experience feel very personal.
The grooming services are fantastic as well. My dog loves me, but he won’t let me trim him for anything! Jackie, on the other hand, must be a dog whisperer. He comes home from every grooming appointment looking perfectly trimmed and well-groomed from head to tail. I honestly don’t know how she does it, but she does an amazing job every time.
I highly recommend Dogtopia to anyone looking for a daycare and grooming facility that truly cares about their dogs.

The. Coaches make you feel like your dog is the most loved (and he is). They are loving towards my dog and I never have to worry that he will be neglected.
The per day rate has gotten really high since we started so that is a big factor

The staff is amazing. They care about your pet and they always go above and beyond extremely friendly personable and actually know each dog and each person which is amazing. Can’t say enough good things.

My dog loves socializing with all of the other dogs. The personnel are fabulous and treat my dog as if he was their own. I like being to observe my dog throughout the day on their cameras.
We love Dogtopia! They care for our dogs as if they were their own. They also work on basic skill building while they play at daycare. We have been taking our dogs there for over a year and board them there.
Rocky always comes home happy and is excited to go when we drop him off. I think he loves the time with the other dogs. I like how easy it is to make an appointment.

Dogtopia is awesome and my dog loves it there! They have highly trained staff who know dog behavior exceptionally well. This is our 3rd year taking our pup. Highly recommend Dogtopia!
What I love most about Dogtopia of The Shire at Cityline is the genuine care they show every dog that walks through their doors. I have three Miniature Australian Shepherds, Lexi, Willow, and Luka, and they absolutely love coming to daycare and boarding here. They get so excited when we arrive, and they come home happy, tired, and clearly having had an amazing day.
The team is incredibly flexible, professional, and always willing to help. Their customer service is outstanding, and they truly make us feel like family rather than just another customer.
A special thank you to Carolina. She is always so kind, helpful, and welcoming, and she always has a smile on her face. She goes above and beyond to make sure both my dogs and I feel cared for. Knowing my pups are loved and treated so well gives me complete peace of mind.

I like that there is a lot of communication and our dog doesnt smell bad after coming home from daycare. I appreciate that grooming is offered as it makes it convenient to have it done while they are at daycare. Overall, Dogtopia has been a pleasant experience and I would recommend it to anyone looking for one in the area.
