Dogtopia in Upland is amazing! All the staff I have encountered are very kind and welcoming. Our dog loves going to daycare and has lots of fun running around playing with her friends!!
What can I say about this crew? Everyone is amazing. So friendly and lovely. My dog Nero absolutely loves his friends and we feel so comfortable with him being in their care. Anyone who loves their animals will appreciate how great they are. They clearly love our animals as much as we do! I cannot recommend them enough for dog care and boarding!

I really like the friendly attitude of the staff and the affection they show my dog. They are attentive and responsive to their clients, both human and canine.
My dog has had an infection and a puncture wound in less than 3 week time. My dog was crated all morning on 6/2/26 and I was called at least an hour after the incident where my dog had gotten a puncture wound on her cheek. Before that she came home with multiple small cuts and scratches leading one of them getting infected and forming an abscess. There are too many dogs per room to only have one person monitoring them, especially the high energy dogs. There have been dogs with behavioral issues that my dog has been “collateral damage” in their corrections by having water dumped on her to stop other dogs from mounting her. These dogs were back the next day and would repeatedly mount her again and again. I understand that one single employee cannot catch all the bad behaviors and watch all the dogs all the time. I have witnessed many dogs with poor play manners going uncorrected, ganging up on one dog, and multiple dogs ignoring any corrections and crating. It is unacceptable to expect one employee to manage 10+ high energy dogs on their own.
The staff members at Dogtopia are very friendly and loving towards my dog 🐶 who is always happy to greet them with her waggling tail giving them hugs and kisses. Also, the facility is well maintained with the nice smiles and hello’s from their professional employees 🐶🐾
Autumn loves Pool Days! She's a water-lovin' pup who can't get enough of playtime at Dogtopia with her BFFFs.

This was my first experience using a doggy daycare, and I couldn’t be more impressed with Dogtopia. The staff was amazing—super friendly, welcoming, and clearly passionate about caring for the dogs. From the moment we arrived, they made both me and my dogs feel comfortable and at ease.
As a pet parent, it can be difficult to leave your dogs in someone else’s care, but I had complete confidence in the team. Knowing my dogs were safe, well cared for, and having fun gave me tremendous peace of mind. I would not hesitate to leave my dogs with them again and highly recommend Dogtopia to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dog daycare.
