Friendly atmosphere. Easy to book a boarding. You don’t get a voicemail saying they will call you back. Answer phone right away.
The biggest area of improvement is plan flexibility. I am currently enrolled in 1 day per week, but sometimes need to bring my dog in for extra days when traveling for work. I would expect to be able to use the 2 day per week bundle instead of paying a la carte for an extra day. Or when my dog had her first heat, it was a hassle to pause and restart the plan.

The boarding cost is way too high. It’s $20 more per night than another boarding place nearby!
Sonic loves going to see his friends. I know that he loves it because every time we arrive, he just wants to go in and play and even forgets to give his Mama a kiss goodbye lol. We know he is loved and taken care of every time we are out of town!

The staff were friendly, but watching the webcam - too many dogs, not enough space, and the single worker was so busy cleaning up urine and poop, not able to pay attention to the dogs.
Everyone on staff clearly loves dogs and is friendly. They take the time to get to know each dog. My dog loves spending time at Dogtopia Purcellville so I know he is well cared for there. Additionally, the facility is extremely clean and does not smell of dogs.
Accessible, friendly staff, quick check in and check out. I can watch my dog play, he isn’t in a crate all day. They have themed days like pool party’s and bday parties, and ann outdoor space to play.
Poppy loves her time at Dogtopia. She’s fond of all the humans and loves to give them hugs.
We love having a place where we can board her for longer periods and know Poppy is comfortable and not afraid of being somewhere unfamiliar.
