The administration side was a bit disorganized. I was never able to see my pup on video because they put me in a different profile. Tried to fix it with them, but still didn't work. Video worked after I already had my dog back. Also, I don't understand the video paused thing during their rest times. They took good care of my dog though, which is the most important, but for that high price, you want all they have to offer, which I did not get.
Incredibly friendly staff and both of my dogs love to go there. They are exited every time when I say Daycare and they practically vibrate in excitement to go. This is all I need to know about how wonderful this place is.
I do not like the idea that no one stays with the dogs overnight, so that alone would keep me from boarding my dog. Otherside we have been very happy.
Easy Pick up / Drop off process and the Web cams are a great feature!

Amazing staff who genuinely care about the wellbeing of my dog
Everything was great in the beginning. But in the last few months there has been a high staff turnover rate and the daycare rooms are packed with only one worker attending each room on many of the weekdays. This creates a stressful environment for the dogs which is the opposite of what dog parents want when investing in doggie daycare. Not only that there is no structure. It is a free for all instead of organized play. I also never got a doggie report card.
The organization is run well, very professional. Staff are pleasant and loving towards the animals. They are available to talk to and are willing to work through any issues that may arise while caring for your dog
I love that my dog is welcomed and cared for on a personal level. It is a warm atmosphere, which is important to know that your fur baby will be well taken care of and loved on in your absence.
Everyone is great and my pups love it there.

Every single staff member at Dogtopia has been nothing short of patient, accommodating, and loving to Teddy. He now wags his tail when he walks through that door!

Kind and friendly
We just moved to town and felt nervous introducing Cali to a new place. However, from the v start, staff is knowledgeable, friendly, great customer service, understands dogs. On Cali’s first day, we loved walking in with such a warm, welcoming greeting. I can’t stop raving to my family on how communicative, patient, loving and caring they are. Thank you so much, Dogtopia!

We took our puppy for his first daycare day & the staff was very communicative & answered all the questions we had. We loved being able to see him on the webcam & he was given a bath as we had requested which we appreciated. We look forward to utilizing the services more frequently.
The staff is very accommodating and friendly. I am a helicopter mom andWas very skeptical at first about Having to board my dog. He is 12 years old and was never boarded before. The first time was a success the second time even better and now the third time was fantastic. I check the Web cams constantly and every time I saw the employees petting or scratching bellies getting on the floor and holding The dogs. I cannot say enough about dogtopia. Also, It is exceptionally clean and I love that. ❤️
