The staff and facility are amazing!! They treat both my dogs as their own
I am very upset. I boarded my 2 fur babies for 4 nights. I paid for the special play time. Was told I would get a video. I did not. Now I question whether or not they had the special time. When I dropped my boys off I left them with chew toys and treats. I asked them to give them a treat in the morning and night. The bag was never open and the toys brand new never touched. When we picked the boys up. They lost Cody’s collar. I needed to order a new one. And the reason I’m writing this is because the final straw was my dogs are sick. I needed to take them to the vet. They are both on antibiotics with coughs and wheezing. These are my fur children I am so upset by the lack of caring

Everything! The folks that work there really like the dogs and it shows. They are also amazing with all sorts of challenges. My dog, Indy, is always excited when we get there. The facility is always clean.

They have the cleanest, most loving environment at Dogtopia! I trust them with my Ellie implicitly! My baby doesn't have any health issues but when she does I will still trust them! They are the the best at caring for dogs!
Whether it’s for a long weekend or a two-week stay, my dog always comes back heathy and happy. I love having the webcams to watch her when I’m away as well. Very caring staff!

The staff takes good care of our fur babies. My dog gets to run and play and bark and use up some of his energy. I have a golden retriever who is a certified therapy dog. He would not be nearly as calm and patient if he didn’t have his play time at Dogtopia
The cleanliness of the facility is awful. When you enter the lobby it smells like urine and sometimes feces. Also, the daycare rooms on the webcam show torn up floors and walls. I saw my 9 month old puppy last week on the webcam playing with a piece of the drywall sheetrock that she and the other dogs were able to dislodge from the torn up wall. I was so afraid she was going to eat it. I hurriedly picked her up that day.
Also, for the cost per day it is not a good value in my opinion. They crate the dogs for 2 hours a day and aren't open on Sundays. Petsuites Fern Creek is open 7 am to 5 pm on Sundays and let's the dogs play all day, and their unlimited membership is $20 a month cheaper.
The staff is exceptional! They take great care of the dogs and they always know my dogs name. My dog is always so excited to go to daycare and loves it there.
The way you show love and kindness to our animals is exceptional. Everyone is so helpful and always so pleasant. My dog truly feels at home with you.

Everything! They are the best! They care about the dogs and the dog parents. Carrie is absolutely the best manager of a doggie daycare I’ve ever dealt with.
She took our Rosie who is now a senior and timid to be in these circumstances into her office first to calm her down, and then into the group area. I was able to watch the person watching the dogs and they were very caring and knew when to pay attention to the pups that needed extra care!
I highly recommend them!

I’m very impressed with Dogtopia. When I brought Poppie there for a day of daycare I was able to see her on the web cam and seen all that she was doing. I love that the workers walk around and the dogs just follow them. They get a lot of exercise in a day. She was worn out from her day and came home and crashed. I could hardly get her to go one more time for the night !! It’s great that everything is priced for the day with no hidden fees sharing that you have to pay extra for different things they do throughout the day for your dog. Examples include playing with your dog, playing with other dogs, bathroom breaks etc. We are happy with Dogtopia and how things have gone so far. All the employees we have meet have been very friendly,supportive and kind. That means a lot to me and Poppie Mae. Thank you.

Dogtopia is a great place to have left our dog when we needed to go out of town. Friendly, highly competent staff, very clean environment.
