When staff bring your dog, they always forget there belonging. This has happened to me twice. I have also suggested if pet parents be told when dog has a poop. No one has listened to me.
It's not that hard to let the pet parents know even if they had met a friend.
I really like everything else that you guys do. The facility is always clean and smell great. Staff has aways been very friendly and I do appreciate it.

Our puppy goes crazy and runs towards the door every time we drop him off like he's visiting a best friend. I also love the energy staff greats grogu with even though they don't have to (especially in the mornings when people usually waking up).
The cameras are also great whenever we're out of town and just want to check in and look at grogu.
Honestly, I don't think I can trust anyone or any other service for boarding Grogu given how much he loves the round rock dog topia facility. Where we live now, we are 5 minutes away from another dog topia branch, but we still make the 15-20 min drive to the round rock location because that's where grogu belongs.
My pup always happy to go there.

The staff is always amazing, Spock loves to go play with his friends.
I think the attendants all need to be dog lovers and I haven’t seen that consistency when I watch the webcam sadly. Most are amazing but not all.
I like the drive thru drop off and pick up as well as extended daycare hours. I also really enjoy all the fun photos my dog comes home with!

Staff seem to really love dogs! I also liked the quality of my dogs grooming and the option to get a full day of day care for half price with a groom.
My pups love Dogtopia! It is wonderful to know they are cared for and happy while I work. We love daycare and boarding. The enrichment treats / activities make it extra special. Highly recommend!
We love that Mollie has a safe and supervised place to play with other pups while we are at work!
I like that my dog is inside - not outside in the heat and cold. I like that there are cameras and that I can see my dog when I’m not there.
The friendly and caring staff
Too soon to tell we’ve only been there 2x The staff was friendly and kind. Explained a lot but promised a tour but forgot and never shown beyond front entryway. (Of course I will ask but I think it should be #1 priority to show pup parents where their dog will be for next 4+ hrs) At pick up they always say “your dog (insert name) had a great day she loved it”. Obvious a well rehearsed statement. Watching the webcam I only saw my dog walking around and not looking really happy or playful. Dogtopia ads show dogs playing and more than one staff member in playrooms with them along with lots of bright colored items for dogs to walk and play on. Reality in webcam only 1 person with dogs who seems to be cleaning and not playing with dogs. Camera is set in such a way that you can’t see dogs. I was informed that all the dogs tend to lay under a desk…ok, so why not move camera or install more so pup parents can see them? Better yet why doesn’t the person in there engage the dogs with a toy or at least call them and interact with them? Everyone (dogs and person) looked bored and unhappy! Plus there was only one box with a pad on it for the dogs to climb up in. This was taken by a dog most of the time i looked (about an hour) lying on it and sleeping. I watched quite a few dogs perch their legs up looking like they wanted to jump up on it only to see it was occupied and they walked off camera. I’m not sure I really want to send my dog here for play time and stimulation. It doesn’t look like there is much stimulation. I think she’ll get more stimulation looking out our kitchen window when I’m gone and then take her for a hike or dog park when I return. So far I’m not really impressed, especially when comparing it with the website advertising of fun, games, lots of play and activities to stimulate your dogs mind and body.
I just wish there was an outside area but that’s obviously not something you can just change.
The team knows me and my dog and they are as happy to see us as we are to see them each time we come in. I feel like my pup is safe and happy with the dogtopia Dublin team and looks forward to his play days.
Taffy loves it there!! Everyone seems happy to see her. It’s reasonably priced. We really like Peter!!
Sometimes it stinks very bad, once you walk in. I do understand that there’s a lot of dogs and sometimes it will stink. I just been to other Dogtopia’s and they don’t stink.
Everyone is always so friendly with King and they make a point to know him and love on him! When on the ride to DogTopia he seems to know where he is going and is so excited. When I pick him up he is totally worn out and sleeps all the way home. I was once driving him to daycare and I missed my turn into the parking lot, King got so anxious as if he was say “Momma where are you going? You missed daycare take me back”!
Everyone at Dogtopia is friendly and so caring towards the dogs, our puppy is always so happy to go to Dogtopia. We feel she is in good hands while we are away at work.
