Staff is very friendly and caring. The facility is very clean and well kept. My dog loves coming here.
The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Benito seemed happy with them. Eventhough he was excited to see me and go home he still turned back to engage with the staff on his way out.

Very friendly staff , i love how i can see my dog on the webcam it gives me comfort knowing he’s doing ok . My flight was delayed which pushed me a day over my scheduled pickup and the staff were understanding of the issue . I really appreciate them.

The close attention to cleanliness, the welcoming environment, and the ability to look into our dog on their webcams. We also love that there are always humans inside the toy box, making sure that the dogs are safe and clean. The little chalk signs that are visible on the camera adds attention to detail and just a fun thing to see.

I have been coming to Dogtopia in Bethpage for several years now and they are by far the BEST PLACE for doggy daycare and boarding!!! The staff is super super helpful, professional, helpful, comforting and they take amazing care of my Papi!!! I do not bring my dog anywhere else, Dogtopia in Bethpage is the only place I trust to have my dog boarded especially because they have someone there overnight with the dogs which you will not find anywhere else. Thank you to the staff at Dogtopia, you all are the BEST!!!!!!!

Friendly staff, clean facilities, and the fact that my dog is excited to go there! The owners are often present, and you get the sense that everything is under control & you do not need to worry!
Staff is so friendly and responsive. They always let me know something about my dogs day. My dog is the biggest clue as to your services, as he RUNS to the door to get in and doesnt look back.
Friendly staff, they listen to all needs for fur babies. I like the way the handle issues between the pups. When I viewed a couple times, I noticed another pup getting a bit aggressive with mine and the staff took care of it right away by redirecting other one.
The staff is terrific, their attention to and knowledge of each of their charges is really commendable, and the fact that my girl may prefer Dogtopia on W. Alabama to home.
