Friendly service, our pup seems to enjoy herself there
A caring environment and a clear love for our animals.
The $65.00 bath was a joke my dog was soaking wet no attempt to dry him at all and he had recently been groomed. What a waste of money with no option to decline because he stayed 3 nights. I will go back to my alternative pet border when needed in the future.
My dog loves not only the other dogs, but the people at Dogtopia. It is a great benefit to us both. Thank you.
It was conveniently located by the Airbnb during vacation. The staff was friendly and seemed to care about the dogs

Everyone is eager & willing to answer questions & help with receiving/retrieving your dog in a timely manner. If they don’t know the answer to my question, they get back to me once they get an answer for me. Staff is very friendly & I love the way my dog is so ready to go to Dogtopia!

That you are open 7 days per week. That the doggies get to roam around and play indoors and outdoors when weather permits.
The team is lovely. It’s expensive especially given there are two hours of the day in crates. I wish the dogs were only crated one hour and that we could still see them on camera.

All the personnel at DogTopia Ahwatukee are wonderfully welcoming and friendly. From the very beginning, they showed genuine care and compassion for my little elderly Lyani and she truly enjoys being there.
Communication with the staff has always been empathetic and flexible, which makes me feel supported and understood. The facility itself is conveniently located in a nearby shopping mall, and the entrance immediately sets a positive tone; inviting, beautifully decorated and adorned with the joyful faces of other beloved fairy friends.
On my first intro visit, I was given a tour that was efficient yet warm and I was impressed by how clean, organized and thoughtfully arranged everything was. Their programs are excellent, their photo updates bring me joy and their services are affordable without compromising quality.
Without hesitation, I can say this is a place I recommend 100%. My little Lyani and I are sticking with DogTopia Ahwatukee; it feels like home.

There is a nice and very caring staff and a well-organized facility.
I like the constant presence of an attendant in each dog group, I like the front desk staff-always kind and welcoming to me and my dog, I like the 2 hour lunch and rest and recoup break and then the dogs renter group play refreshed.
The staff is amazing and makes it so easy and stress free to drop off and pickup our dog. He’s really happy to visit and totally spent when he comes home. It makes a huge difference in his behavior.
