I love how friendly the staff is, and how they put yoir mind at ease. Also, it's great to be able to see yoir pup durometer the day because of the live wencam feed.

Everything. Dogtopia provides treats, they get to play outside, they play games, and the pups are treated like royalty. The staff is friendly, sweet to the dogs. My dogs tail wags as soon as realizes where he's going. Try to take our dog 2 or 3 times a week. He comes home exhausted from playing. Dogtopia......cant beat it.

The staff are very welcoming. My dog seems to really love it there and has a good time. I love that they are open for daycare on Saturdays, that’s when I’ll need them most. I also like the activities they plan for the dogs. It’s a nice place for sure.
All staff are so caring. Every time I come to the door to drop my pup off, someone is there to greet us and take my girl.

I dropped my dog off for a 2 hour visit and her feet were covered in poop. Wiped her paws with a wipey, saw brown, and it smelled like poop. Disgusting.
Friendly and caring staff. Close to where I live. Indoor facility so I don’t have to worry about my dog overheating or sunburning.

Sparky loves going to Dogtopia. He always greets the staff with a "doggy hug". I love being able to check in during the day by watching the cameras and seeing him play with his friends.
Today was actually Cosmos first day and he seemed to love it. All of the staff have been very helpful and friendly to us.
I know my dog is safe and well taken care of when she’s there for daycare and/or boarding. The staff is friendly and definitely about the dogs!
I also enjoy being able to have visibility of playrooms and outdoors! And most important, my dog loves it and comes home tired! The owner and staff are the best and we feel they are family!

Make the pricing clearer on the app. I reserved boarding on the app and it showed as daycare. The time also did not match.
I believe the assessment process is too frightening for a dog that requires time to warm up to people. Grawling doesn't mean or indicate aggressiveness. The dog grawls if he feels cornered or feels threatened. Specially there are multiple people assessing the dog.

Dogtopia staff is always very friendly and welcoming to us and our dog Archie. Scheduling for daycare and boarding is very efficient and everyone there is very caring!
