Professional, friendly, you like dogs, my dig likes your place.
Responsive, spa services
The flexible times.
The entire crew at Halcyon are the best!!!!!
The genuine interest shown by staff is most appreciated.
Came in from out of town for my daughters soccer tournament and needed someone to watch my pup. Spoke to Marissa on the phone and she walked me through the steps to get Bluey setup in the system and scheduling the meet and greet. Upon arriving she greeted me and gave me a tour and explained everything in detail. I was super impressed with the facility and how things were run. The web cams were a huge a plus. Bluey adapated immediately and we felt great leaving him there. Only disappointing this was when I picked him up, they forgot to return his food. I had his food scooper and a special can lid in his bag. I live about 2 hours away so not able to pick it up. Other than that, the place was amazing and Bluey had a great time!
I love that I can check on my fur baby because of the cameras. I know she enjoys being able to play and not spend the entire time in a crate. It's been great for our family and certainly keeping her healthy with all the exercise.
Everyone is friendly and warm and welcoming!
the STAFF! they are always so friendly and professional
Always accommodating! Friendly service. Knows your pet and takes care of them well!
Our family loves Dogtopia! Bruin is always excited to go play with his friends and comes home exhausted!!
As a former PTO mom I love the theme days and special treats!!
The staff and facility are great! My dog has separation anxiety but when I take her to daycare she goes with the staff without hesitation which tells me she loves it there.
I love the ability that I can also have my dogs nails trimmed or have her bathed during daycare too.
The activities they have daily as well as the fundraisers they run for reputable foundations is another added bonus!
Thank you for your care & love of Sarge!
I love the way our dog is treated as if she was a family dog by all the staff. I love that we can sign her up for care on a whim. I love all the staff. Our dog River started going as a puppy and now she thinks of it as a second home.
Many times have dealt with putting my pup in “timeout” longer than necessary, when the coaches are only intended to put pups in there for 5 minutes.
Friendly, efficient. Quality care! Our Teddy
loves to interact cautiously with his bros and sisters. LOL The Sanger Family
They were very kind with Desi, who was 14.8 years old and still lively. Unfortunately, Desi passed away last week but he always enjoyed his time at Dogtopia over the years.
Amazing staff who are super helpful and I feel like they are always concerned about the well being of my senior dog. They take very good care of her.
On May On May 21st of this year, WE boarded my dog “Shade” with Dogtopia in Gainesville. We intended to leave him there for the weekend. We have left Shade with Dogtopia many times before this weekend but never overnight.
When we got him home on Sunday. We noticed a bump on his head and an apparent abrasion wound or contusion on his nose. When we called and spoke to the manager on Monday morning, she told me that he had been trying very hard to get out of his “cage”. She told me the front of it that cage was rough and abrasive and that’s how his nose was Injured. Shade was then moved to a smaller cage, one that had round iron bars. (She said it was called “Little Alcatraz”.)? It appears that Shade injured his head against the bars of that cage. He was trying to head butt his way out.
The manager with whom we spoke on Monday did apologize for not telling us what had happened when were there to get Shade on Sunday. WE knew he had been injured and we were upset that we didn’t hear about it until Monday. On Monday, that morning after we returned, he could not keep his morning meal down, threw up twice and was very lethargic throughout the entire day.
After the call, we took Shade to see he Veterinarian at VA Healthy Paws in Haymarket. The doctor said there were, in fact, several bumps on Shade’s head not just one. However, the injury did not seem severe. He advised keeping a “close eye” on him for a week to see if anything else materialized.
Now, a week later we can see that his nose will remain scarred. There is still a lump and the wound area is still easily visible. It is clear to me that he was in distress and it should have been apparent to the staff. Shade is a large and powerful dog. Since he has spent many afternoons with Dogtopia, we are sure his tendencies have been noted.
WE do not fault the care he has gotten. However, it has already been stated that the nose injury was the reason he was moved to another cage. We want to stress that we think the most important part of this is that we were not notified immediately when Shade showed some physical hurt. We should have gotten a call right away. We should have been notified then. instead, he sustained further injury. We are very disappointed that we did not get called immedietly when the first injury was sustained.
Dogs get to play and socialize. Everyone is super friendly.
I like the care that my dog receives, I appreciate how flexible the Brick, NJ location is in regards to drop offs & pickups, and I LOVE that I can watch my dog on the cameras. With other places that I have used in the past, I never received updates via text or call (I have had to pay for a single picture of her while away). I also appreciate how reasonable the pricing is.
The friendly staff!!!
Love the attentive & caring staff. My pup has fun and we have balance in our lives once again!
Berniece and I love everyone at Dogtopia, I recently hurt my knee and everyone was so accommodating during my healing time, we have other association with dog daycare, however Dogtopia is our very favorite!

always reliable, friendly, shows what appears to be genuine compassion and love for the pets in their care.
It was very clean, structured, a person is with the dogs at all times, the video camera, and just the whole overall experience at Dogtopia.
A lot of time is given to dogs to get used to time away from home by bringing them 3 different times to see how they react with his peers.
I love the operation!!
Friendly staff, updates with texts and pictures if needed and during overnights. I like that the dogs play all day and are not kenneled u less a break is needed and for naps. I also like that Dogtopia is indoor.

The people are friendly, the facilities are clean, and my pups genuinely love being at Dogtopia. I recently boarded two puppies between 1-2 years old for 20 days. I was concerned about how long this trip was and how they would handle it. While they benefited from having each other present, even the staff commented on how well they handled the duration. I think it is a testament to how safe and cared for they feel. I chose to bring them to Dogtopia because they were convenient and friendly. I board them there because it is a home away from home. Thanks for caring for my fur babies!
