The entire staff was so helpful for our first visit and I could tell they really liked working there. The check-in and check-out process was so much more smooth from my last place.
Cleanliness! Everyone is always happy to see our dog. She is always so excited to go back and play with her fur friends. Whoever is working the front desk is very attentive to us and our pup!!
Your staff is always so friendly! And I appreciate that DogTopia understands that dogs will be dogs without excusing actual bad behavior.
It really bums me out that I have to take him out of daycare, but my place of employment is closing and I am having to economize. I am moving out of the pearl, but appreciate how well you took care of Zander over the last year. :)
The dogs seem to be happy interacting with other dogs and limiting crate time.

My dog came back with a huge scar on his nose. We weren't informed for this during his boarding and only found out when we picked him up. We used dogtopia for years and this location is the only one where something like this happened.
We love the care Jenny gets, and feel comfortable she will be safe while she is there.
Everyone is so friendly. My dog had a lot of anxiety and has come a long way because he is loved.

I love how friendly and flexible the staff are! They are accommodating for unforeseen circumstances.
The staff are warm and welcoming and go out of their way to communicate how my dog’s day went. I know he wants to be there because he gets so excited every time we pull into the parking lot and he wants pets from all the front desk staff before he’s ready to go home. It’s a very loving environment

Our dog Dale LOVES going to Dogtopia. They welcome him with excitement every time and you can tell the staff really care about the dogs in their care. They update me on any issues (i.e. Dale threw up) and tell me who Dale's friends are at daycare. We have also boarded Dale at Dogtopia... he came home very tired, so we knew he was very active the whole time.

The employees that care for my dog during daycare and boarding really care about the dogs, and it's apparent! they have so many nicknames for my dog, and he has to say goodbye to each of them he sees when I pick him up. He hates the car, but he doesn't mind so much when I tell him we're going to daycare. I feel safe leaving my dog with the folks at Dogtopia for both daycare and boarding.
They also do a really good job with baths and nail trims when Duke needs them.
The facility is very clean, the dogs are well cared for and supervised, the staff is very friendly and my pup gets so excited every time she visits.
The lovely people who take care of our dogs at Dogtopia LIC—especially Allyson, Crysta, and everyone else who works there and I don’t know everyone’s name. They are amazing!
As usual the staff was amazing to work with. Murphy always seems to like staying with you. He is always so clean and happy when he is picked up. Thanks for always taking such amazing care of my boy.

In the past, we've been very happy with Dogtopia, but the last two times we've picked up our dog, she really stunk. We gave her a bath after the first episode, because we couldn't stand the stench she had when we picked her up on Thursday. Then yesterday (Monday) it happened again. We cleaned her up most of the way with Poof. I called to ask what happened the last two times, but the response didn't really address things very well. They made a note in her file about our comment. I think if it happens again, we may take a break from bringing our dog to Dogtopia until things can improve.

My loves coming here!! I love the people, the communication, and being able to check in on camera. The app makes it super easy to reserve her spot.
I like that there is someone in the playroom with the dogs and the attention they give to each dog.

Keep the dogs from smelling like urine. Change the mop bucket water often.
Drop off is easy. Dog is tired when he comes home. People are nice and love the dog cans.
