The staff members are all very upbeat and seem to really care about the pets. It just be a good environment because it we say we're going to Dogtopia or Corgi gets very excited.
From the very first time I called Dogtopia, the service agents and coaches have been phenomenal in their care, communication, and overall ability to connect with me and my bulldog.
The Dogtopia of Oro Valley quickly gained my trust wit their thoughtful questions to who my dog was, its temperament, and how they could best serve what I was looking for from their day care. Each day I've taken my dog in, I've been met with professionalism, positive interactions, and open and honest communication about my dogs day.
I wish I had a Dogtopia in previous states I had lived in! Thankyou for all you do.
I love how friendly the staff is and the fact I can view the cameras to see how my pup is doing throughout the day.
I would like to see the dogs go outside for walks or just get fresh air - especially if they are boarded. It's tough because they don't have an outdoor facility for the dogs to use the bathroom so they just go on the floor. The biggest thing is just having them go outside for a little bit - I would like to see that!

This is only my second day to have Tiny at Dogtopia but so far I am impressed. The facility is clean and seems well run. The people are nice and very professional. I feel comfortable leaving Tiny and have bought a package of 5 days to try it all out.

Not too many dogs at one time, good policies on separation, nap time, quick confirmation of appointments, friendly staff!
Our dog loves going to Dogtopia and playing with the other dogs. The staff are so caring and clearly enjoy/love dogs. They remember our dog when it's been a while since we've gone and are very friendly with him.

I think my pup is too overcome by the other dogs. On camera, I see that he’s tried getting into a crate or up and away from them on a bed. Sadly I think HE is not a fit for your daycare system. Since I'm retired my goal was to have him socialize with other dogs. I don’t actually need daycare so my conscience says not to frighten him by so many dogs at once. Maybe one or two in a quieter setting would work for him.
I’m sure many other pups enjoy playing with ALL the other pups. You do have a good system. Just not for my cowering pup.
- webcam for romper room is very blurry and always lagging however camera for other two rooms are crystal clear and no lag

Yesterday, one of my dogs got into a disagreement with another pooch while there, and needed to go the ER Adriana called me right away to inform me and Taylor drove him to the hospital. Adriana even emailed me at the end of the day to check and see how he was doing. I really appreciated how well this was handled and the follow up, too!!
I love being able to book on line and viewing the camera throughout the day. I love the fact that you have grooming services on site. Dalton LOVES coming each day as he almost pulls the leash out of our hands to get into the door. All of the employees are super nice and all seem to love the dogs.
I appreciate the communication about my dogs day and activities, as well as being able to check in via camera on how his day is going.
I love that my Dog Loves Dogtopia! Its also great that I can get nails trimmed and ears and teeth cleaned.
My experience with the Arcadia Dogtopia has been spectacular. After having Rocco visit a couple of different facilities here in the metro Phoenix area, he finally found his favorite daycare. Really love the team's passion for continuous improvement and feedback, where I can work with Rocco on specific behavioral observations that will help his interactions with both the team and his doggy day pals. The team is always welcoming, friendly, attentive and the facility's operating hours are perfect for commuters that have longer work days that need those extra couple of hours in the evenings before they get back home. The boarding and grooming services are convenient as well. Dogtopia really executes a solid operation overall.

Everyone seems to be involved in the care of my dog. They know how she is doing , if she likes the treats or not and I love the card report at the end of the visit! My dog goes in happy and comes out happy , happy dog , happy mom :)
You made our pup feel at home and put us at ease that she was in very good hands. Your location is very organized and feels like a welcoming and safe space for her. Your manager Karre was amazing to work with, she made it feel like our dog was being left with a trusted family member and we look forward to coming back soon.
The staff are amazing! -caring, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and very accepting and accommodating! Their love and understanding of the dogs and support for the owners is very evident and displayed daily.
But most of all and most importantly….. my dog absolutely loves it there!!!!

I like the reports I get when I come to pick Stark up every time. I love how friendly the staff is, how welcoming they all are. Everything about dogtopia is the best!!!!!
