Friendly people who seem to genuinely love animals
Very attentive and Birdie was well cared for.
Cameras don’t always work. Dog comes home with dirty paws and smelling of urine.

This place provides excellent care.
My dogs love the staff, have fun, are happier afterwards, more social/confident. They look forward to going to the point of dancing when we start getting ready to go, and they drag me inside when we get there. They reinforced basic commands like “sit” and have scheduled crate/rest time that did the majority of the crate training for us. The difference in my dogs demeanor both when we get ready to go and when they attend regularly will keep us coming back and recommending to any and all dog owners.
DogTopia Valley Forge has the nicests most qualified and dog caring people. Extremely easy to take my dog to even without a prior appointment and the staff is phenomenal.
The best part other than having people who are constantly paying attention, patting and cuddling each dog in theier area, seeing all of this on the Web cam for each room depending on size dog you hace is just very gratifying.
I highly recommend this Pet Service for dogs.

Anyone can give a dog a bath… the service from the curb drop off to the pick up was great
I liked how they took us on a tour of the place. It was clean, they had employees with the dogs at all times. They have cameras so you can check up on them when you want from your phone. They do activities with the dogs, which is sooo cute. I get a report card on his day and he seems to really like it!
They have great customer service. They care for the pets and their service is amazing.
We have been using Dogtopia of Chester Springs since we got our Labrador Retriever five years ago. They have always taken exceptional care of him, and it is obvious that he loves it there. You can tell that the Staff cares about the dogs and they are all very good at their job. They not only keep the play fun and safe for all the dogs, they also notice things that are out of the ordinary and make the owner aware. I fully trust my dog in their care, and I highly recommend Dogtopia of Chester Springs.

We recently had our dog Kona stay overnight on January 3rd. We really appreciate the friendly staff and the clean environment. However, after picking him up, we noticed a few issues that might be worth mentioning: he came home very thirsty, had a small rash between his paws, and some new wounds around his snout that looked like he might've tried to get out of his crate. None of the visual issues were brought to our attention upon pickup, other than Kona did good. We understand things can happen with active dogs, but we wanted to share this feedback in hopes it can help improve future stays. Overall, we still value Dogtopia and look forward to continuing to bring Kona for daycare and boarding.
My Molly loves going to daycare at Dogtopia of Milford. I can check in on her during the day via the doggy cam, and she is engaged in good play to help with her abundance of energy. They also have an outdoor area!! The facility is clean, well managed and the staff is friendly.
Tia has only spent one day with you, but she seemed to be happy and was tired.
All staff that i interacted with were very friendly. Thats all so far.

I like knowing what the theme for the day or what the featured activity is. I also like being able to view what my dog is doing. Casper loves coming there.
