I asked for a birthday picture on two different occasions. It was never done. Previous staff ALWAYS had them made without asking.. At the Waco location there is are 2 walls full of pictures of dogs that attend. There are several duplicates. There are some missing. Maybe they should make a list and check it twice.
Easy drop off and pick up. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices and programs. Standards are high for dog health such as requiring all needed vaccination and friendliness

A wonderful place for dogs to play & socialize in a secure environment. We always feel our dog is in a great place & we don’t have to worry about him. He loves Dogtopia!

Whenever I called, nobody picks up the phone. Also, the website is the worst. The webcam never work. I requested a printed copy of the receipt, but they couldn’t get the system to work. They said they need to call the manager
Local competitors are All lower cost for daycare & nightly boarding. Most of them do not have webcams but your webcams don’t work either. Others do offer added value included or at additional charge like swimming, daily pic and report cards on portal for every visit, ability to wear a cone/donut, and baths/grooming

Nice staff, cleanliness, stimulation and activity for most of the day-not left alone in a crate for long hours during the day, not too many dogs at once, webcam, separate rooms for dogs with different personalities, ease of reservations on app.
