Customer care and compassion.
I love Dogtopia, but I am concerned when there are so many dogs. I feel like certain employees don’t even pay attention to the dogs or play with them. The cameras also don’t consistently work.

"Nap" time not during the noon hour, most of us have a noon lunch hour to be able to watch on dogs on the cameras, which the cameras are off from noon until 2. Can't the "nap" time be a different time?
I brought my dog in for a "Meet and Greet," along with his vaccination records. I thought the vaccination part of my requirement was done.
So I made a reservation that weekend, to bring him in for daycare on Tuesday.
I heard nothing on Monday.
It wasn't until Tuesday morning, right before I was going to bring him in - that I got a notice saying my dog was not cleared for daycare. They said they needed another copy of the vaccination record. I sent in a photo - and they said it was insufficient because it only gave the date of the immunization, not when the immunization ended.
So I had to make last-minute daycare arrangements for Tuesday.
I wish I had been notified on MONDAY about this. In addition, if my vaccination record was insufficent - perhaps the office could have called my vet and confirmed that yes, the shots in question were all good for one year. Like immunizations usually are.
Everything. I feel like my fur-baby is in the best place. He is excited every Friday because he know he is going to there to play and get the best cuddles other than from mama and papa.
Great staff, they remember who I am and who my dog is, and my dog LOVES going there.

The staff was so friendly and loved Rupert like he was their own. Staff was very informative and flexible with drop off and pick up times! Major plus was Rupert loved going to play and came home tired!!
