Our dog came home from a spa day full of fleas and tics.
the people are great--the facility is very clean and out dog is always excited to go--also appreciate the special events and treats that are scheduled
Everybody is very friendly and they genuinely love dogs.
Staff is very friendly. I like that you have early drop off times so I can drop off before going to work.
Pearl is always eager to go. When we look at the video feed, she seems to be having a good time interacting with the other dogs.

Have only had our dog there 4 times; the last one being in the gym, but anyway; your staff is excellent: Friendly, remember our dogs name and seem truly enthusiastic about their job.

Position of the cameras so more of the room is visible. Stop/dicipline dogs when randomly trying to hump other dogs in the room.
Reishi was fine and returned in a good mental state but smelled terrible and the entire place smelled terrible. Feet smelled like she stepped in two inches of pee multiple times a day. This was the case even with a half day of daycare.

After 6 years, I am still a huge fan. I have been bringing my dog to Dogtopia for 6 years now. She loves it and truly is a better behaved dog because of her ability to get out that energy and play with other dogs. The owners and staff have always been amazing. Great communication and always accommodating! Highly recommend.

Staff members are consistently kind, professional, attentive, & concerned about our pups. Our pup-Duke has been a “regular” there for almost 10 years; we are so happy with the care they provide!

Super easy to drop off, pick up and add services or food. Always clean and staffed
Staff is so friendly, you provide a clean facility and most importantly Rhett loves going. The staff seem to love him too. Now, while I’m out during the day, he’s having fun, getting exercised and socialized rather than being home and kenneled, as he is not trustworthy to roam free. Dogtopia has been such a blessing to me.
The staff is very friendly, professional, and caring. They always greet me and my dog with an enthusiastic smile. They are always available and happy to answer questions in person and on the phone. My dog loves going to daycare! That is a great indication of the care she gets!

The people. The personal care and updates on my dogs. The notes after boarding that spoke about how they did and their new friends. Also really appreciate the cameras tha allow us to see the dogs.

Our dog smelled of pee so badly after picking him up that we had to give him a bath after coming home. It wasn't just his paws, it was his whole body. This is not the first time and this is why we prefer to take him to other day cares
