Listen to patron and are caring with pet
My dog loves Dogtopia! The second she realizes where we’re heading, she is so excited. I feel peace of mind knowing she’s having fun & she’s well taken care of. Having the webcams is such a plus - it’s great to see her having fun with the other dogs.
The staff at Dogtopia is friendly and helpful. They know every dog by name and it’s clear that they care about every dog and owner.

They are good to my dog, and me. The only suggestion is name tags and answering the phone with a name.

The main thing I wish there was more of is outside time and a bigger yard for them.

I wanted to share my experience regarding Seeley’s recent visit to Dogtopia. He had the best time! Seeley made new friends and genuinely loved every minute of his stay. The highlight was definitely joining in on the birthday celebration.
I was particularly impressed with how great he smelled when he came home, much better than after visits to other daycares.
The facilities was clean and staff super friendly! The cameras were a fantastic touch, allowing me to check in and see how much fun he was having.
Overall, I would give Dogtopia a 20/10 and would absolutely recommend it to other dog owners! Thank you for providing such a wonderful environment for our furry friends.

It’s so convenient. Not having to make an appointment for daycare is a lifesaver. And the people are great. Just wish there were a way to track passes in the app.

My dog who is older and has health issues does well there!
I love how everyone I encounter seems to love our babies and enjoys their job. As a helicopter dog mom, I appreciate the cameras and being able to check in throughout the day by calling. The internal communication has really improved which makes my life so much easier, thank you. I also love the curbside option, as someone that works 12-13 hours shifts between drop off and pick up. It’s a life saver when I’m really tired after work. The rates are great, and I even saw one of the staff blowing bubbles for the pups which was so cute. All in all, I’m super satisfied. My baby is safe and active all day, gets time to decompress with a nap, and comes home exhausted. Thanks, guys!
I brought up multiple concerns while Leroy attended and they were brushed off as “we will continue to monitor”. On the video stream, trainers were early interacting with any dogs and instead just walking in circles. Other daycares in the area are much more attentive for a cheaper price.
Every staff member is so friendly, and they treat my dog just like if he was their own! It's also nice they offer spa services, including teeth brushing and nail trimming, for the peace of mind a professional is doing it. The flexibility of reservation days is perfect for my unpredictable schedule.
Dogtopia always places the safety and wellness of its canine guests as a top priority. They are exceptional about keeping you informed, providing occasional updates on the status of your account, and they do such a great job with their spa services. My dog loves going there and always comes home tired and relaxed.
