Professionalism and patience of employees
The only thing I cannot stand is how bad it smells and when I bring my dog home I can’t even let her in my house without giving her a bath. I don’t understand even how she can even smell that bad unless she’s rolling around in other dogs’ waste
Friendly staff and convenient location
My rescue has progressed so much just by her coming to daycare. She is more accepting and curious to new people which prior to starting she was maintaining a 6 foot radius from my dad who fed her in the mornings. We are so happy with our Dogtopia and our dogs look forward to every time they go!

I love Alexandria and Alexis! They are super nice and actually everyone there! There is this other girl at front desk with dark long hair that’s super helpful. I go to the Plano location. I like the vetting process. It doesn’t take long and it looks like they do a good job with putting my pup with other calmer dogs he can play with. My only issue which is why I rated it a 9 and not a 10 is that the manager isn’t too friendly. Twice that I’ve seen her she seemed rude and rushed me off as if she didn’t care if I came there or not. She could just be having bad days but I just didn’t like it. I wanted to feel welcome each time like the other front desk ladies have. I brought concerns and questions to her and she acted like she didn’t care. Like I’m not making a big deal and I’m not suing anyone lol I just want to make sure my pup is taken care of. Another small problem is the lack of activities. This place charges about $8-$10 more than other places and dogs are just laying down. The workers aren’t doing activities with them and there are no slides and things for them to jump on. I choose this place because it’s close to my job and they had more availability. Anyone I would recommend it because my mom seems safe here and he loves it!

Very clean facility, staff is friendly and helpful, grooming is available after your pet is done with daycare. We like the hours of Dogtopia as this makes it convenient for us with our busy schedules. The best service is the dog cam; you can actually watch your dog in daycare interact with the other animals. I highly recommend Dogtopia for your loved ones.

Dogtopia of Valley Forge has been absolutely wonderful for my dog. From day one, the staff have been incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. They consistently go above and beyond to meet my dog’s individual needs, and it’s clear that my pet’s health and safety are always their top priority.

Love Dogtopia! Excellent experience. The staff are so nice, and I know Roman comes home tired and happy! We had a little snafu over the holidays when I called about daycare, was told I could bring in the next two Saturdays (because weekdays were full), and then when I got there the first week, it was closed. So fortunate that the staff member called the manager, who said Roman was allowed. (I would have had a revolt on my hands if we'd been turned away for sure, lol!) The next Saturday, I called first and found it was still closed. So I guess that communication could have been a little better. But we have an unusual circumstance with our coming and going so often from Madison to Los Angeles, and the staff are so helpful about that. It's so comforting knowing that Roman will get his exercise and social time while he's so well taken care of, and is clearly loved by the staff as much as he loves them. Thank you!

Great with the dogs
Spa services is our main purchase. Lincoln comes home with short toenails and fluffy fur. We usually come on a day when there’s a special.
The very friendly people I spoke with on the phone! Autumn was the first person I spoke with and she was so friendly and helpful. We were going to a poker tournament at Thunder Valley and my regular sitter was not available. Your location is perfect for anyone going to the mountains and Lincoln. Your facility is very nice. The small dog area is perfect for my Shih Tzu.
Your vetting and triage is very through and appreciated. Daisy was very happy and I was very happy with her boarding. Will definitely come back. Thank you

Very friendly staff, who appeared to have all the time I wanted or needed to answer my questions, etc. Didn't seem rushed to get on to the next thing they had to do.
Great place for our doggy to get some much needed exercise on a too cold or too rainy day. He always falls asleep in the car on the way home.
