Everyone is very nice there. Charlie always looks like she has a great time on the cameras. For a five month old puppy, she gets out all her energy and she comes home exhausted after a great day with her BFFs.

Exceptionally great people. Treated our dog with tremendous kindness and professionalism. The owner went out of her way to help us while visiting Jacksonville during a medical emergency. Extremely attentive to our needs and exhibited a true interest in us as well as our pet. We would highly recommend Dogtopia and would certainly use them again.

As if he had a bath at all.
My dog smelled like urine and had to bathe her in immediately after picking up due to the strong odor. I did not receive a report card or any information regarding her stay which I had received prior stays . I had no access to the doggy cam as the app said that service was not available to me .
Our dog loves Dogtopia and she runs in every time we drop her off! They all know her by name and it is such a great feeling knowing she is taken care of while we are away!

I've been taking my pet to town center facility for 4 yrs. The camera's hardly ever work. So disappointed in new management. Promises to make the entire daycare, cleaner, more staff and camera's that always work. When I'm not able to watch my baby play during the day I feel someone is trying to hide what is happening behind the scenes. Once I was so proud and bragged to friends that this place was awesome. I don't feel the same enthusiasm for many weeks now and feel disappointed that staff and our pet families are going through a hard time.

Harley is always so excited to go to Dogtopia. When he comes home he is always exhausted from playing with his friends. We love all the pictures that they take of him and all the artwork If considering any type of dog daycare Dogtopia is highly recommended.
