Staff are patient and they seem to stick around. I like that stability and continuity. They greet my dog by name and report to me if they noticed anything unusual during the dog's stay. I appreciate that they are not too busy to answer questions and take an interest in the dogs and clients.
the dogs smell like pee or wet dog when picked up. always needs a bath after visit.
Wonderful and attentive care for my dog. I like the webcam access and how easy it is to drop off and pick up. They've been extremely accommodating of military working hours.

I took my baby to your facility and the staff was amazing, the facility was clean and the owner was always welcoming. I love all the activities you have for the pups and how organized everything was. I would highly recommend Dogtopia to all my friends with dog-babies.

Very kind and caring staff! Upon picking Princey up from his boarding stay, the staff at LIC gave him a brand new adorable and warm sweater that fits his awkwardly shaped hound body perfectly! It was so generous and thoughtful. They took great care of him and I didn’t have to worry about a thing! Princey can’t wait to go back!
The groomer did a phenomenal job. Exactly what I asked for.
The boarding areas looked nice. The one part that was off putting was the smell when first walking in. There was a urine smell, which I get it with dogs coming and going constantly, but that's why the cleanliness of the front area is so important.

I love that it’s now a one stop shop so to speak. Grooming, boarding, and daycare all in one! Persephone is always so happy to go there! My only downside for dogtopia would be the hours on Saturday. 10-5 doesn’t really work with our riding schedules if we want to go on a long bike ride out of town somewhere. Overall though, we’re very pleased with Dogtopia and are so grateful for everyone that helps Persephone have a great time while she is there. :)
My dog seems to get sick with soemthing every time she vists. She's had a couple of dog flu rounds here. she loves it but she keeps getting the sniffles or runny eyes.
Dogtopia is a great place for my little one. I apprciate the love and respect that the staff has for my pet.

I love the way they take care of are fur babies they show them love and I like all the activities they do with are fur babies they cook for them on special accession my fur baby love going there once we turn on the street he no just where he’s going I love the staff and the daycare the hour are excellent I do recommend Dogtopia Darcel Billups and my fur baby name is Midnight
Our dog is excited to attend and calm after. Love the 2-hour break mid-day. Staff knows our dog and his needs and preferences. Staff is very service-oriented, friendly, caring and professional.

The staff is friendly and accommodating. They love up my dog and I know he like being there. The hours and location are super convenient.
From entry to exit everything was handled with care for Brandy.
Both of my dogs lost weight during their stay of 3 weeks. The bigger one, Andrea on the weight scale went from about a 5 to about a 4. The other one, Rémi, a dachshund went from a 5 to about a 2 to 3. He looked like an Auschwitz survivor. This was in spite of the fact that we sent meals for both that were significantly larger than what they received at home. I would like to know how they are fed. Are they kept separated and allowed to eat unmolested?
Rémi arrived there with both a bed and a blanket. He has never, ever chewed anything. Yet his bed was returned thoroughly chewed up. Was it accidentally given to Andrea? We specifically said she was not to have a bed or blanket because she would chew it up. Are other dogs allowed access? How did this happen?
We asked that the baggies we sent with the food in them be returned to us. When we returned, we were told that the baggies were tossed out because they would attract vermin. If this was the case, how is it that the full bags are not also a problem?
I really would like good answered to these questions.
Staff is very friendly and welcoming. The facility is very clean and we like all the options available. Our puppy Teddy seems quite happy there.
