Service is great although I’d love to see some actual agility course work or possible light training options.
The staff is friendly and excited to see my pup. The location is clean and accessible. My dog LOVES going to play with her pals at Dogtopia!
My 13 month old puppy was crated for the better part of the day and not only that some kind of black board was placed in front of it and then a trash can in front of the board so he has no view of anything. The staff made tons of excuses and said an incident took place and my dog is a safety issue but was NEVER called or couldn’t tell me what this supposed incident was. They purposely kept my dog in a crate out of camera view (blind spot) I didn’t see my dog on camera from about 11:30ish that morning until I picked him up and his brother up a little after 4pm. Even if an incident took place a 3-3:30ish like they said he was still crated for over an hour when to man said they are only crated for 10/15 at a time. My dog wasn’t the only dog they did this to, but my dog wasn’t the only dog crated for the better part of the day. You can’t do anything to make it right NO THANK YOU!

The staff is very friendly and my dog is always happy when I pick her up.
Everyone has been so kind and I know my dog is in great hands.
I was very sad to see the man in the room with my puppy never touched him. This was the first time ever leaving my puppy anywhere and he kept following the guy around who was in the room with him, and the worker never stopped to pet him or pay any attention to him. He was anxious the whole time and I was very disappointed with the lack of love and attention towards all the dogs. Also, I was told they would be taken out every hour, and maybe they were, but it didn’t look to me to be the case. Dogs were peeing all over the place and the lack of attention was disheartening. This isn’t the place for us.
The lead trainers are knowledgeable and helpful. While I feel it’s normal to have staff changes, I appreciate that the lead trainers have been consistent. The staff love my pup, Hudson. He loves going to daycare and just can’t wait to get out of the car when we arrive!

I was not told about the $44 fee for the dog meet and greet so that kinda shocked me and also my dog didn't feel comfortable at the location
Top of the list, your overall attitude towards running a doggy daycare and towards dogs. All the other things I like grow from that: the friendly owners & staff, the spotless facilities, the diligent care and additional services.
Our dog is always happy when we pick him up and always excited to go when we drop him off. The staff is friendly, kind and professional. The facility is clean and the location is convenient for us.

This was Nash's first time doing daycare and the spa. Super impressed, our dog looks great and is so soft, and the day care makes it incredibly convenient if you're like my wife and I, and have careers and commutes. Can drop off the dog in the morning, let him have fun and get a spa day in, then pick him up on the way home!

The people know my dog and she loves going there
Easy scheduling. Easy drop-off and pick up. And most of all, Grace is always eager to go and everyone seems to know her.
Staff was so pleasant and reassuring.
The staff are extremely caring of the dogs that they have. They were cautious when I brought my dog in and made sure with it being her first time they kept an eye on her. I loved that at the end of the day they sent her home with a report card about how she did that day.
My dog was completely ignored the entire day. He sat by the door the entire time. No one gave him pets or love. He was completely ignored. No one encouraged him to come play except once when they pulled him around on a leash.

More importantly, what does my dog like about Dogtopia. The answer? Everything! He begins getting excited as we get closer to Dogtopia, then can hardly contain his enthusiasm when we turn onto Harvard. I know he’s safe and will be happily exhausted when I pick him up.
