We love dogtopia. One suggestion is I would like it if the staff wore name tags.
I hadn’t been here in about a year and was shocked how overwhelming bad it smelled in the lobby.
The suites for boarding are inadequate.
Dogtopia seems to be extremely busy these days. Make sure that reports given on dogs are accurate. Even the "report cards" on boarding stays seems to be generic and not authentic. Still, the staff do their job well & our dogs love it there. We will continue to attend and be supportive of the fundraising efforts and fun activities for the dogs.
They are sooooooo good with Lacey. She has a bad leg and they rest her so it doesn’t make it worse. Thank you, you guys rock
It's my dog's Happy Place!!
He LOVES coming to daycare which shows me the he feels safe and happy there. The staff is incredible and they always greet him (us) with great enthusiasm when he/we arrive.
The place is always clean, cheery and fun. The staff does a tremendous job planning events for the dogs and helping to create fun keepsakes for us "parents". They decorate for the holidays and always have fun crafts or tasty treats to celebrate.
They're also great with social media and sharing how much fun all the pups have during their stay. Melissa is an excellent Manager and you can tell the staff like and respect her because of the great atmosphere that's created. They all work together well and as a group, to create the best place for me to send my dog. I trust them to ensure he's safe, happy and well taken care of. Great job, everyone! And....thank you!! You are greatly appreciated!!!!
Keep the cameras on throughout the day… it feels uncomfortable for dog owners that the need to be turned off…
Staff is friendly and Dogtopia provides a loving, safe, fun space for my dog to play and interact with other dogs and people.
20+ dogs and one person for inside and out is unacceptable. There was behavior going on inside that was not okay while the woman was outside cleaning up after some pups. I don't trust my dog won't get injured here or have behavioral issues because of this. I also saw a man pushing a dog into a crate with his feet. Staff was friendly and great in person, people dropping off pups spoke highly of the place. But I saw some things I didn't like at all.

I really like the Webcam to be able to see how my dog is doing. The customer service was excellent and very kind and understanding of our dogs needs.
Bella loves the play time and social connection with other dogs about her size. She comes home tired and sleeps well at night.

I needed a place to take my puppy on my in office days (few times a month) and this place has been great! The staff is so friendly and it’s obvious they love taking care of the dogs. My pup (Gibson) LOVES going to daycare and gets excited the moment he sees me pull out his collar. He jumps out of the car and tries to break down the door to get to his friends. He comes home tired and will sleep all night! I highly recommend the Northville location, they are awesome 🤩
I love how they know Goose and his personality. I love how they look out for his wellness - they reach out if there’s a concern about Goose.
The staff is incredibly friendly and really cares about my dog.
I was not disappointed by the staff, they were wonderful.
But it is the cost of $80. for a bath and nails,
that I found way too expensive compared to other groomers in our area.
From the time I walked in the door my puppy and i was treated very nice by staff.they explained everything step by step to me.my puppy is shy but Bella opened up and at the end of the assessment she was so comfortable with staff I really loved that for me and Bella.im so glad I decided to go with dogtopia I highly recommend this place to other dog parents 💖
Our Springer Spaniel, Nova, LOVES going to daycare!! The staff is kind, respectful, and professional. You can see that a love for animals is what drives them. We love Dogtopia!!
I appreciate how excellent all the staff are at Dogtopia, Minkah feels right at home; she loves attending every day! The staff's friendliness and patience mean the world to me! I have never left Minkah anywhere because I have to trust someone to feel comfortable enough to leave her. The first couple of days were tough because I've never left her with anyone else. But the love and attention Dogtopia gives her makes it very comfortable for me to go to work because I know she's safe and being cared for. I will never take my baby anywhere else. Dogtopia is Minkah's home away from home, and I truly feel like we are a part of the Dogtopia family!!!
Everyone there is very excited when your dogs come to play for the day. They are very attentive and listening to your concerns and questions.
Would like the option of buying discounted doggy daycare passes like 10 days in a bundle.
