Friendly staff, and availability
We used the boarding service. I loved that i could check on her with the cameras. She looked happy and like she was enjoying her time there. Very important to me that she is well taken care of and i believe she was!

My dog was there for about 2 hours, including her “meet & greet/trial” and we were charged for a full day of doggie daycare. There were ALOT Of dogs in the room, minimum interaction with the single staff member in the room and no encouragement to play with them or the other dogs when we checked in on the camera
The facility is clean and the staff is friendly. They show endearment to the doggies. They also listen to any concerns or questions.
The dogs are well taken care of and the place is kept clean.

I brought my dog Mable to the Shelton location. I was running late (my fault not theirs) on Friday, 12/12. There were 3 people at the desk who I never met before. A young woman told me that Mable couldn't stay unless I had her records for distemper. I explained that all her shots were up to date and that I brought the form in after her appointment in November. She told me to email the record. I told her I could not. They then called the vet and were informed that her records were up to date (as I told them they were.) I suggested that if they knew this was a problem, they should have called or messaged me. I was told that "the appointment was on hold." When I make the reservation, I do not check to make sure it was accepted. Perhaps, since bills can be texted upon pick up, maybe it would be a good thing to send a text after the reservation is made if there is a problem. This was a very frustrating situation. Thank you for asking for feedback. I would appreciate it if someone could follow up with me about this.
My dog always has so much fun at daycare and I never have to worry about anything happening to her there, I know she'll be taken care of. The staff is also very friendly and helpful
Gracie did well at Dogtopia. She was there for a 2 day boarding to start (after her complementary 6 hour play day)- thank you. We like the webcam and the fact that they feed her to her schedule with her food. Reasonable cost and a very friendly staff!
Walking 4 dogs in with two staff members watching, didn’t offer to help. Didn’t open the door. :( employees didn’t seem overly happy at drop off.
The employees seem to be very dedicated & love dogs! They worked with me on my timid dog to play.

Friendly atmosphere
Super clean and friendly
I find it very inconvenient to have Dogtopia closed from 12-2 each day. Half days often work into my schedule and I’m ready to pick up my dogs around 1230 or 1 and can’t. Same with dropping off - we had to drop our dogs off at 1130 yesterday when actually, 1:00 would have been much better. Otherwise, most of the staff is very friendly and appear to love their jobs and our dogs seem happy and well cared for.
My dogs love all the workers.
