Good customer service , ease of getting daycare and boarding set up. Also like their knowledge of dogs abd working with different types of dogs and various Dig breads. Its a good combination of 1 :1 and doggie playtime

How easy it is to schedule appointments, how they care for our dogs like family and do these small events for them as well. Especially the photo ones! I love that my puppy can make friends in a safe space and come home tired too!

The staff is great. It's just that even for a single day at doggie daycare, the dogs smell terrible after. It's a combination of pee and burnt rubber. If we don't bathe her that day, the odor lasts for days. Would be better if outdoor space was bigger. We've been going to Dogtopia for a few years now, so we're happy with the service, just wish there was something to alleviate the odor.
Notice on the video feeds that the attendants don’t engage with the dogs very much. Maybe a little more petting, holding, talking to would be nice.

Always pleasant to customers and very sweet to pets.
It’s not that my dog wasn’t well cared for, it’s just that it might not be the best environment for my dog. My dog came home hoarse from barking and exhausted. He was stressed out and acted in ways he never had before. I think for a dog who is used to being around people who give him attention and maybe a couple other dogs, and hasn’t spent the night without humans around, this was a bit overwhelming.

I have a 6 month old Beagle puppy named Buttons that I wanted to have some social time for. You came highly recommended . Her meet & greet went well and I've started off with half/day playtime weekly. The staff there is very friendly and were able to answer all of my questions.
