The staff is amazing and one can tell that they really enjoy what they do and genuinely care about dogs.
Love it!
How nice everyone is and how clean the facility was.
The team is very responsive to all of my questions as a new customer,
The place, the people, but Idont like off the Camara 12:00 to 14:00.
My dog likes it there and gets to have fun with other dogs as well. I will be boarding again in December of 2024
Layla loves going to doggy daycare and that is what is extremely important to our family. We, love the staff !
we love the creative activities they provide for Layla🥰
We really appreciate the daily playtimes she shares with her BFF’s as well as the daily resting time and dog friendly special and creative treats😋. We, highly recommend that you visit your nearest Dogtopia with your family dog(s). “ It will be the best decision you make that day”. 🐶🐩🐕🦺🦮🧡🩵
Amazing staff and my dog loves going there. He is very excited to play with his friends.
Large spaces for play and outdoor times compared to other dog caring services. Everyone is attentive as far as staff. Also has service for bathing and comb-outs.
I really like how much interaction the coaches have with the dogs and how they provide a safe shelter for the new dogs until they feel comfortable being there. I have already recommended Dogtopia to my sister and she is bringing her dog Bob for a meet and greet tomorrow. I’ll have Ava there for the day so that will give both dogs a familiar dog buddy. The only thing I would mention is that Ava does not see out of her left eye so when the coach hits a ball with a hockey stick towards her she will not see it if the ball is coming towards her left side. I saw that happen at her meet and greet on Saturday and the ball went by her within inches of her bed and she retreated as close to the back wall as possible. I thought that was kind of a dangerous game for her. I’d hate to see her get a ball in her eye. That said I'm so happy to have found Dogtopia and have been telling my dog owning neighbors about you as well. I’m looking forward to the day I can drop her off and she’s happy to be there and joins in the fun. Thanks for the great service you provide:)
I love that i feel that i can trust my fur baby with them during the day. And get a tired fur baby in return at the end of the day.
The staff are always very friendly and seem to really like dogs. I do like the ability to see my dogs on video and know they are being well taken care of
very friendly

I love the option for the spa and being able to keep an eye on my dog via live stream. The employees do a great job dogs separated if they're getting too rough making sure everything is safe. I'm really excited for Hunnie to make more friends and experience some of the events you host! :)
dogtopia doesn't disappoint me. I like that I can rely on a place to take my dog when I go out of town, but I don't recommend it to people. It's like a public preschool for kids, I get a place to take him, but there aren't many personal touches and I have issues each time. Every time I get my dog back he has fleas. It takes me time and money to get rid of the fleas and he is on monthly treatment that I make sure to give him before he goes. He also comes back with a cough. Usually his cough isn't too bad, but I expect it. He comes back extremely stinky. I have to bathe him as soon as he get home with a lot of shampoo. I have inquired about baths there, but the $60 price tag for a bath seems extreme in addition to the amount of money per day. That all being said, I know my dog is happy at Dogtopia, he does like to go there, and he comes home tired. So, it's worth it overall to me to rely on this place.
Staff is nice and facility is clean and Shadow gets excited when you ask him if he wants to go to “Dogtopia”.
Your people are amazing: friendly, thoughtful, caring. They are the best part, although my dog would likely say the dog friends and snacks are the best.
I thought the facility was very clean and well staffed. I liked how there were multiple rooms to divide dogs up based on size and temperament. It was awesome to find a place that would take my 14 week old puppy as well.
My only critique was that it would have been awesome if a half day price option was available.
My dog seems happy when there
Very friendly staff and my dog is always excited to go for the day!
Friendly staff. My dog is visibly excited when we pull into the parking lot and he realizes where we are.
Everything, from the attention the staff pays to every pup and ther personality. To the cleanliness if the facility, to the grooming and events.
All the staff are super friendly and we love being able to see our pups on the webcams.
Staff is friendly and knows our dog by name. Llke periodic report cards and photos. Facility is clean and does not have an odor.
very profesional clean and very nice people
The folks showing us around during the meet & greet were absolutely great! I felt like they asked all the right questions and I love that you all separate dogs based on their demeanor. The meet and greet process is wonderful.
The only issue I had was the amount of dogs per staff member. Unfortunately one of my dogs needs a bit more attention and can be a little reactive when he feels anxious, we are working with him on that. On a slow day with minimal dogs, I feel like he would do well. But a staff member mentioned that on busy days, there can possibly be up to 39 dogs in a single room. I feel uncomfortable with the idea of a packed room and only one staff member managing that. I feel like that's a lot to ask of someone and can lead to issues between dogs.
This was the only reason I wouldn't be bringing both of my dogs here.
Franie and I are greeted warmly when we come in the door. Franie is monitored by the staff every time she is there. There are four screens for the dogs. The large are not in with the small. You can view these screens in the lobby.
Most importantly, when the dogs go "potty" in their room, it doesn't matter how many dogs are in there. The mess is cleaned immediately. There is no urine or fecal order in the place...ever!
Our veterinarian takes his dog to Dogtopia and that says volumes to me.
I like that my dog gets to socialize with other dogs in a safe/ monitored environment and that I can see how my pup is doing when we are away from each other.
Everyone is very friendly and seems to love their job. My boys love going to daycare and are thoroughly worn out at the end if the day. I’m glad they’re getting lots of people/dog interaction time.
