It would be a 10 if it wasn't for customer service. The front desk staff is so incredibly rude. There is 1 girl who is super sweet, talkative, and friendly. The rest act like they hate their job and hate customers. I usually walk in and I'm completely ignored while they're drinking or snacking. Then I'm just stared at instead of them asking, "how can I help you today?" Etc. I have to tell them what I'm there for. I've really not experienced this in Fort Collins, as this is such a nice town. Then, I tell them what I'm there for and they still don't respond, they just walkie the other employee letting them know my dog was there. I am not told to have a nice day, not told anything. It's honestly wild to me. I don't know if it's just a female to female problem or what. I feel incredibly disrespected immediately upon walking in. I am most likely going to find a new daycare due to the unfriendliness from your female staff members.

Zara seems to need more personal touch. She had not been there in a few years, and was quite nervous. Once she got into her room, she seemed to accept that, but I still think she needed some physical touch. She threw up that night (at home) and it took a full day for her to "recover".
I know most dogs enjoy the play time. Zara runs a lot at the dog park but does not play - just sniffs other dogs and will run with them. Do you have a running track? I've seen some daycare places with small spaces have added them.

Great and convenient
The friendly greetings for me and my Dogs! The excitement they show when we pull up to the front of the building. Then when we get inside they have no hesitation about going way inside with their greeter. When I pick them up they're happy! They also smell good, no stinky dog smells. I only wish it was a bit cheaper so I could take them more often but I realize there is a lot of overhead to pay out. Maybe a little better deal bringing two dogs.
I like the fact that you offer daycare/overnight care if needed. I can also check on my pup throughout the day looking at cameras

I really like Dogtopia.
Spy enjoyed his first visits there a couple years ago. Came home exhausted and dragged me back when he realized that's was where we were walking to.
This time, I saw him sitting in the corner or along the wall by himself a lot.
Not engaging with the other dogs.
I get it that it was an unfamiliar situation. But I would have liked to see the dog coach in the gym encourage dogs to socialize more.
That's why I brought him to Dogtopia. He could have sat alone at home.

Everyone on the staff is very friendly!
My dog is treated well and she has time for rest, play and is fed lunch. I can watch my dog on the cameras and that gives me good peace of mind that she is ok with her surroundings.

Environment comfortable for the pups. There isn't out of control nonstop barking by other pups there. .It's a very well controlled environment.
Excellent experience and the Webcam let's you check up on your pup whenever you want.
I would recommend this daycare and boarding over night care to anyone and everyone. Its fantastic, I can finally rest my mind when I go out, that my fur baby is being taken care of with no worries!

Ali and I love coming to Dogtopia of Summerville. It doesn't matter the length of time between visits, we are always greeted with a smile, and Ali seamlessly meshes with the pack.
It was incredibly upsetting and disappointing how Dogtopia handled my dog getting attacked. I will never return and will urge everyone I know with dogs to avoid this place.
My poodle puppy looks forward to his days at Dogtopia. He is literally worn out when he comes home. The socialization with the other dogs has made him a better, more docile puppy. Drop off is easy and all the staff are kind and caring.
