Really good service
Kit how friendly and helpful they were. As I sat there waiting to talk to one of the team members, the other was taking all the dogs in as they arrived. He knew each one by name and all the four legged cuties happily went with him. It shows me how they loved the place.

Suggest that you add an SLA to returning calls or messages within your app. I always have to call and follow up. Spa services need to be reinforced…just had my dog bathed and he wasn’t even dry when I picked him up. Staff are always kind and polite, but not well trained.

Doctopia is very convenient. This front desk staff are friendly. My dog seems to like the place. And the prices are reasonable.

Everyone is so kind and welcoming…you can just tell they truly care about the dogs comfort levels and happiness!
Convenience of services.
Staff is very friendly, it’s close to my home and I love being able to just drop her off for even a short period of time if I have something come up that would mean leaving her alone too long.
Also, there is a special area for tiny dogs.

Staff is friendly, facilities are clean, making a reservation is easy and fast, and my dog loves coming to see his friends for play!
Provide periodic updates to owners…cameras not always working. Would be nice if there was a discount for repeat customers.
My dog is safe and they are a good value.

Amazing staff!
We are new to Dogtopia but so far we are very happy. My dog , Charlie goes in wagging his tail, he seems to really enjoy playing with the other dogs. There never seems to be an issue with over crowding.
. Charlie is a Great Pyrenees and we have a hard time getting him groomed. Dogtopia did an amazing job with him. He came home white and fluffy .
Charlie will definitely be a regular at Dogtopia.
