Love the webcam
Would love a “progress report” or some sort. Some feedback about how he did or if he ate.
I have not been able to get anyone to answer the phone so far— that would really get me to give a 10! Everything else has been good.

I can’t say enough good things about Dogtopia! From the moment we, me and my pup, walked in, the staff has been warm, welcoming, and genuinely excited to see my dog. It’s clear they love what they do and the pups love them right back.
My dog lives for his playcare days. He comes home happy, tired, and well-loved. I really appreciate the level of care, structure, and fun they provide, not to mention the clean and safe environment.
It gives me peace of mind knowing he’s in such great hands while I’m at work or away. Dogtopia has quickly become one of our favorite places, and I’m so thankful we found them! 🐾❤️
If I have a question about anything you are always quick to answer! My dog Wally, LOVES Dogtopia and I can tell the staff treat him well! Everytime I have to board my dog overnight I am never worried that he is not being taken care of. I can always tell he enjoys being at Dogtopia! Its like a vacation for him when I am on vacation!
Everyone is so welcoming and so good with our fur baby! He loves going there!
The staff is amazing
Dogtopia of Pewaukee is a home away from home for my pooch. He's finally coming out of his shell after being raised during lockdown. The entire staff at Dogtopia is incredible and I don't worry at all about my dog when he's there.

The monthly rate is excessive for those who don’t always use it. I suggest offering packages to be used over 6-12 months instead of the $140 a month subscription that I haven’t even been able to use always.
I work on call and travel the country. I understand that you are a business, but offering something to those with this lifestyle would be very much appreciated.
People are friendly and helpful. Casie always is excited to go which tells me she has a good time when she is there.
The staff here is wonderful!! Love all of them. Our pup is always excited to go which tells me he loves them too. Highly recommend for doggy daycare, boarding, and grooming.
Make nail trim more easily available.
Thalia loves to come to daycare and hates to leave. She is well liked by the staff and we can see that they have a genuine connection with her. We have had bad experiences other places and are ecstatic that we found you guys!

I like that you are indoors, a smaller venue for my dog. However I have gone in after "supposed nap " time and my dog still in crate and no cameras were on. He seems to enjoy his visit.
This is only Rosie second week. The staff is very kind. They seem to really like working with the dogs. I would recommend to anyone very good place to take your dog and have peace of mind that they are safe.
We love that our puppies enjoy their time at Dogtopia, and we know they are safe and well taken care of - especially when we needed them last minute due to an emergency this week, and they were quick to accommodate them for a few extra days. Thank you to the team for always being there for us!!

Overall, I have been very pleased with either Dogtopia’s service in the last few years of using them.
This last weekend when I picked my dog from boarding, the bucket for food and other items I usually leave with her had the handle completely snapped off. It looked like impact damage.
The bucket wasn’t expensive, but the way it was mentioned as if it had happened mysteriously put me off. I asked how it had happened, pointing out it looked like it had been hit in something, and I was told they would look into it and get back to me.
I haven’t heard back from them.
I appreciate how friendly and attentive the staff is!
