Very pleasant people to do business with.
Everything is wonderful!! They are so great with my pup. Always remembering her name and trying to do micro training with her. They groomed her and she looks stylish and it was cheaper than anywhere else!
I would like to see my dog spend more time out of the crate and running around.

the only concern i really havae is the smell of my dog when I pick her up. I have even had you give her a bath and that lasts less than a day because she comes home smelling the very next day.

Great customer care, for both human and canine customers
I've been bringing my girl Billie there since she was 7 months old, nearly 3 years now, once a week. She Loves going to 'school'. Even just once a week has been so beneficial for her socialization and allows her to burn off some of that young Labrador energy.
The webcams are such a wonderful thing as well, I can peek in and check on my baby and I so love to watch her play.
The staff is so good with her and the other pups, you can tell that these people really love dogs.
I also appreciate the spa services more than I can say! With a young 115lb wiggly Lab it's next to impossible for me to bathe her myself in my bathtub and she wont let me near her toes for a nail trim. So Thank You all so much for that help!
When picking up my dog from boarding this past weekend, the handler that was giving me my dog back informed me that they had to wash our dog since she had used the restroom in her crate, which she has not done since she was a puppy. The issue wasn’t that she had to be washed, it was the delivery. The handler asked if I knew that she had been washed, and I was not aware until that very moment. I just felt that communication was lacking, especially if that is supposed to be the expectation.
Unfortunately, I picked up my dog Oakley on Sunday night after staying at Dogtopia for three nights and I had noticed he had constant eye boogers. The next morning, his eyes were super red and the boogers got worse and his eyes were pretty swollen. I had called Dogtopia to let them know and they said that no other dogs were having issues. I understand that there is risk when taking your dogs to a doggy daycare but it is a huge bummer. I had to take him to the vet and spend another $200 for him to get medicine and eyedrops. It does make me question whether I should take him to another boarding place when going out of town.
Personalized service. Staff is kind, friendly, knowledgeable and take great care of our baby.
We believe that our pups, Lucy and Ethel, are well cared for when they visit Dogtopia. They come home tired but relaxed.

Friendly staff and safe environment for my dog. He goes primarily to keep him socialized with other dogs. The groomers do a great job with haircuts, ear cleanings etc.
Most important, my dog gets super excited about going to Dogtopia which tells me all I need to know.

Webcam for the large dog room is offline fairly frequently. Sometimes the rooms look very full of dogs, so it’s hard to tell how long my dog gets out of the crate during the day. Dog has come home with dried poo a couple times, but this was addressed with front desk staff and it has since been handled. Overall, good location, good staff, happy dog at pick up

Very accommodating. My dog enjoys being able to play and interact with other dogs in a safe environment. I have peace of mind know that she is being taken care of.

The canine coaches all truly care for the dogs like they’re their own. Their level of patience and the dedication to make each dog’s day special isn’t lost upon me. We are lucky to have a safe, clean, and caring place for our dog to play.
The staff is so caring. The facility is clean and well monitored. They handle special requests really well. I would recommend them.
The team did a great job at introducing my dog to their facility and was very thoughtful about the process. I like that crates are available in the dog play areas so that introductions are easier and more controlled. During my dog's boarding the team was very communicative and provided me with updates on my dog's time during her stay.
I like that you open early so I can do the drop off before work. I like the activities for the dogs. It is covenant that there are multiple services. I wish there was more human interaction with the dogs like petting. My dog is a people person and she just follows the person around all day but it seems there is no petting or showing loves.
