Everything! The people. The way the pups are treated as though they were their own. Customer service for owners. All the events and treat days are spectacular. Movie nights for boarding are fantastic ( my pup watches tv and loves dog shows). No other daycare can compare to Dogtopia

Really nice people working at Limerick! Alex is amazing and just unconditionally loves all the pups! After boarding, my dog is perfectly fine and adjusts right back to normal routines at home!

Staff is always inviting and kind. Bella loves spending time there. They offer special days like back to school pictures and really recognize the important space pets occupy in the lives of their owners. One time when we forgot to make a reservation for an overnight and it was after hours, a manager from another area stepped in and made sure we were covered. Dogtopia has been a gift to our family.

Staff is amazing, my dog has blossomed since going there. I can tell everyone cares about my dog and I know she is taken care of while I’m working and I don’t have to worry as much or feel bad for leaving her home alone.
staff seems genuinely concerned for doggos, notice if something is wrong with them. Doggo activities, webcams, special snacks.
I love how they make us feel like family. Thalia loves to hear "It's daycare day" in the morning. She gets so excited and then literally drags us into the building when we get there. Alex and all the staff are amazing. They greet her with a smile and a big scratch on the head. The whole experience is just refreshing.

Provide itemized receipts. Our dog was there about 36 hours and we were charged $170. No idea why?

I feel confident and at ease taking my beautiful Rottie Caesar to Dogtopia for daycare and vacations. They service with love and compassion as if each pet was their own. I wouldn't consider anywhere else for my furbaby to stay.

Staff is very nice.
After telling the staff my dog has slight seizure every blue moon and the vet had already said the dog is completely healthy and no idea what causes it and after being told and assured it would not be a problem the first night my dog had a very small and short seizure the team at dogtopia took her to a vet and left her then informed me that she would not be taken back all the while I was two states away the vet they took her to said she was fine and could go back yet dogtopia said no and to this day has not refunde my money very upset and disappointed with the service will never use or recommend to any one
Angus has been going to Dogtopia Deer Park since June 2019 and he still enjoys his time there and comes home so tired. Kara's staff works so hard to keep her and Dogtopia's standards high. The staff always deserves high praise for their care of the canine family members and the fun events they plan for all our families.
