The staff is better than superb. Not only do they provide excellent superb customer service, their hearts are in the dogs.
Very friendly and accommodating to our busy schedule. They do an excellent job with our great pyrenes- old English sheepdog mix. I would highly recommend them to all my family and friends who have a dog that requires and needs grooming

The staff is friendly and accommodating; they love their dogs. The environment is always a happy place, I can watch my little guy on camera and he is always excited to go there when ai drop him off. I know that my dog is loved and safe at Dogtopia and there are so many options for dog care. Sogropianhas given him a social outlet and has revolutionized his home life. Love this place!
Dog cams were not working at all over the weekend, which was SUPER disappointing. I was out of town and super anxious about leaving her there for the first time so I literally came here for the Webcams. No one told me beforehand that they don't have "scheduled playtime" for boarding. SUPER disappointing. Then when we picked her up, she peed all over the floor (which she has never done even once in her life) and then five minutes later when we got home, she took a one minute long pee and pooped. It was super obvious she hadn't been taken out recently at all. Makes me wonder if she had been paid attention to at all over the weekend. Super sad, and would not come back.

They were so kind to take my very high anxiety dog who was afraid of everyone and showed aggression towards them, and accept her as she is. They knew exactly what to do when she walks in, and then love on her every day while she is with them showing her the kindness of others.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff who truly love our pups and take amazing care of them. Duncan loves all the doggies and humans at Dogtopia and loves going to puppy day care. And I know Duncan will be well cared for, safe and loved.

I love the fact the dogs get play and are not locked up in a kennel all day. I appreciate the attention the dogs get, and the convenience it provides. The staff is always so friendly.

Bur my grey Schnauzer came back to me completely scared. She would not eat or drink water for a day. She would shake like a leaf and always stay close to me. She was never afraid to defecate outside. Now suddenly she is afraid. She started yelping in pain. I noticed that the groomer did not shave her rear very well so I did it. Her yelping in pain stopped. However she is now seeking validation from me every time she defecates outside for potty. I truly believed the groomer caused this change in my baby and I will never take both my girls here again. Highly disappointed after being a customer for a year. The groomer does not deserve her $10 tip for not properly shaving my girls sanitation areas, Bur's face is uneven, and of course for not treated my baby well. We will not be back for daycare either.

It is so easy to sign up, drop off and pick up. Staff know every owner and every dog. They clearly love dogs. My dog has the best time there.
My only issue is price. Other than that, we love ya’ll. If I could, I’d bring my dopey baby more often. I do, already, recommend Dogtopia to friends and strangers. Thanks for your patience with our babies. God Bless.
