Dogtopia is a great place! The staffis very friendly and professional. I have no worries at all when Woody is there for daycare or boarding.

Convenient to get to; everyone is friendly and remembers your dog's name. Activities throughout the month for your pet. Love the various pictures taken of Milo. Availability to purchase snacks for your dog on M, W, and F. In addition to daycare, offers boarding and most recently grooming.
Our dog absolutely loves Dogtopia. He would like to go every single day (and tells us this by waiting at the back door and staring at it longingly when we leave for work each morning). I also greatly appreciate how the team members at the Boise location know our dog and welcome him excitedly each time that he visits. Thank you!
Everyone is so kind and truly dog people. When I went to pick up my dog from daycare, multiple staff members knew who I was and who my dog was. I was very impressed.
The entire time our dog was there the cameras weren’t working because of “internet issues” and this was the reason we selected Dogtopia because we don’t like leaving our dog and knowing she is ok and see the videos makes us feel better.
The staff get to know you by name and it’s evident everyone adores dogs! I feel Maycee is well loved.

We liked the few hours when our pets where with y’all , we are regular customers of Dogtopia especially one here @preston …we like your services but my pets don’t like them because they think we left and will not be coming back they always become anxious about it 😃😃

Very attentive
The floors are padded for the dogs feet. All workers love dogs. My dogs love them. Extremely professional. They give your dogs medicines when necessary - with no fee. I have used there daycare and boarding services. Very pleased with both. Cameras help when dogs are away from you. My dogs mean everything to me. My dogs just love going there. I think that speaks for itself!
Highly recommend! The staff is friendly, easy to talk to, and great with our dogs, who love coming here. The app works perfectly, pricing and rules are transparent with no hidden fees, and drop-off/pick-up is always quick and easy.
The staff at the location is wonderful. The ownership group and the team they have managing the business is all about the money.

Interaction with the dogs, different activities
Organized and focused on both safety and fun. Appreciate the cleanliness of the facility and the creative events to engage pups (and make us parents smile). Web cams are great and the registration/booking process is very smooth.
It seems like many employees spend the day ignoring the dogs or on phones. I do not see much interaction between the employees and dogs when watching them in the dog room. There have been a few times I have watched my dog approached an employee to try and say hello or to engage with them and get pushed away. Otherwise, the program is great and we enjoy it a lot.
My dog loves going for daycare and boarding. Everyone who works there treats her like part of the family and they always seem glad to see her. She comes home tired and happy. It's so nice that she can get a bath and nail trim before we pick her up too. It's everything we need in one place!
My dog loves visiting his dog friends. He is a high energy border collie and is always very excited when we are approaching the dogtopia location. It also engages him and keeps him from turning into a couch potato. They have trimmed his nails and were extremely patient with him.
We would recommend this location and Simba will be returning staff was friendly and very helpful
