The Dogtopia Latham team members are welcoming, supportive, and competent. They get to know each dog and treat them all with love and care. The customer service is exceptional. Grooming services are also top notch. Rosie looks forward to going to Dogtopia every day and has so much fun in the beach.
I appreciate that the team takes the time to get know myself and my dog. They are all fun-loving and caring people. Frankie loves going to Dogtopia and enjoys the people and the dogs too.
The very friendly staff
I love that my dog has a safe place to play and make friends. She gets so excited to get in the car and go to daycare. The staff there have been so great with her and super helpful.
Everything about dogtopia is ideal . The caring staff , the way every texture , door , floor is there to make the dogs as comfortable as possible. Every detail of dogtopia was well thought out and planned beyond what most dog daycares could even imagine . In my experience over the last 2 years is : the employees are kind , compassionate, passionate about their jobs and truly love dogs . We love you back !!

Our dog absolutely LOVES Dogtopia! The staff are all so kind and thoughtful and are a huge part of why I would recommend. I also love that they do fun crafts and activities for the dogs each week and that they offer baths and nail trims throughout the week. Our dog has been going since he was a puppy and its a great way for him to learn how to act around other dogs and get lots of energy out during the day!
Daycare, live camera, the funny activities, the staff, the boarding, grooming! Literally everything! We love Dogtopia Waukee!

My dog was a bit hesitant to go inside the first few times, but now she drags me to the door and can't wait to get inside with the other dogs. That, to me, is the best sign of how well she's been cared for while she's there and how much she's enjoying it! I also love that she can be groomed while she's there, which saves me having to make another appointment to see the groomer at a different time.

The people who work here are so sweet with the pups. I felt totally comfortable leaving my 8 month old rescue Clover. She loved it so much! The live feed is a nice touch so I can peek at her playing and making new friends.

Dogtopia has become Turing’s second home. Every time we arrive, he’s excited to go in, and I feel completely safe leaving him because I know he's in caring, attentive hands. The team always remembers his preferences, and I really appreciate the regular updates and photos when he boards. It does makes a huge difference when I’m traveling.
What I value most is how much Turing love staying here and if I miss him too much I'm always a peak of the cameras away, it feels like leaving him with friends who truly care about his well-being. I always recommend Dogtopia to anyone looking for a safe, fun, and loving place for their dog.
