everyone was friendly and my Dakota just loved going there. I feel good about leaving him there and love the fact that they have webcams that I can log into to see my baby.

Everyone is welcoming and kind.
Everyone there is so nice and they care for every single dog! They interact with the dogs and I never have to worry about my pup!!
The staff truly cares about my dog. And they are very organized and have a straightforward protocol to ensure the dogs’ well-being and safety.

Everything that it has to offer I love all accomodations and training I like how the whole staff is very professional and friendly when it comes to the dogs and clients there always checking in with me to see what my puppy needs for that accomodations they offered I would recommend dog topia to every dog owner that needs a day care, spa, or training, and boarding.

The staff at T&C Dogtopia is outstanding. I have used another site. Emma and her staff are exceptional in my experience with multiple Kennels over the years.

Very happy with the facility and staff there. I just think signing up for things (boarding, for example) could be a little smoother. For example, I had sent through our dogs Vaxx records last year but when I logged into my account to reserve a space for our dog to board, there were no records shown. Then I had to email them to ask what was going on and didn't hear back. So then I called and left a message and no one replied. I called again a few days later and finally got someone on the phone and they went into my account (on their end) and saw the correct vaxx records there.
So, the system isn't the smoothest. But the staff and facilities are great!
Clean, safe play space for my dog. The staff is great and very attentive to the dogs.
It's very comforting to know you can just log in to view the camera feed to see what your best friend is doing during their time there.

I like how someone takes Darcy as soon as we walk inside and goes to the back. And she was very happy to go! Everyone is very friendly. When I picked up Darcy, I was told how she did in a more casual conversation manner which is nice.
The caring and recognition of my dog when I drop him off at his 1 day daycare and when he boards. The associates recognize and know my dog.
They take such good care of my dog and make sure she’s comfortable!

I like how easy pickup and drop off are. I like how simple the weekly charging is. I like that there are cameras that can be watched throughout the day. I like that we are given updates about how our dog did during the day. I like how involved the staff is with our dog and that they know her when she walks in the door.
My 5# Yorkie is usually the smallest one in the group but he receives great care and attention and always has a good time. He spent 8 years in a puppy mill before being rescued and adopted. Dogtopia has been great for his socialization.
you have not disappointed me...my dog Stanley came home on Thursday with an irritated eye and by Friday morning was completely gunked-up and had to take to the vet. I was planning to have Stanley at day care all week however, I was told that he is contagious and to medicate his eye for the next two weeks. My billing started for this week and I will not even be able to use services. As long as the billing is paused until I can begin bringing back Stanley, I will be happy...thank you
Everything, I have a very special dog! She LOVES Dogtopia. The associates are the Best ever.
I recently got a new dog after my dog pass passed away. Rocco is very playful and has slots of energy. I chose Dogtopia cause it was close to my job. They are very friendly and make me feel as Rocco is just important to them has he is to me. I have never picked him up and he didn’t small fresh. The communication that they have shown of me about the well being of Rocco is top notch. They always keep me informed of how is is doing or if something is wrong. This team goes over and beyond to care for my dog.

We absolutely love Dogtopia in CP. Our fur baby is always excited to go. She gets treated amazingly and it shows by how much she love going! Thank you for making all of us feel like our fur baby is so loved. You all Rock!
My dog loves Dogtopia! The staff is so friendly and genuinely love the animals there. Our pup goes to daycare and boards there and runs in every time. I’m confident she is happy and well taken care of when there.
Your employees have very composite skills. Here is an example; on Saturday, May 2nd. When I went in to pick up Mai Li, around 3 PM, the young lady had Mai in the office and was about to take her to my car, another customer was coming in the door with a Deer Hound. Your young lady in an instant put Mai in a room and within moments the other customer handed off their dog and your young lady got Mei out and into my car in a flash. Smiling and very polite the entire time.
I was impressed with her natural instinct. When I pick Mai up, you are already prepared for me and have called to have Mei brought out and they put her in my car. They also make the next Saturday appointment for me. Supper organized and always pleasant.
