Great and caring staff!
This morning no one was able to let us in until 7:40am. Many of us were waiting and I was late to work. This is unacceptable. There needs to be measures put into place so this can't happen - this isn't the first time this has happened.

The whole staff are very friendly, accommodating. They always return calls promptly. They care for the doggies like their on family.
Best decision I made! Everyone working there has a true passion for dogs. Everytime I looked on the Webcam Skye Blu was having a blast. They keep their facility top notch clean. There is no need to look anywhere else once you find Dogtopia.

Each and every person that I have encountered there is amazing. Friendly, professional, and above all you can tell they really care about the dogs. There are a lot of daycares much closer to me but I wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else. The facility is spotless too.

Everything. The hours available for doggie daycare, all of the workers and management, and cleanliness of the facility. Everyone there treats my dog as if she were their own. That's really special.

The staff at Dogtopia are wonderful! My dog really loves coming to daycare each week and he really seems to love everyone there. It's wonderful that my dog has an environment where he can continue his socialization and get lots of exercise and stimulation!
On 8/26/25 I picked up Mina from Uptown with feces in her hair, on her side and matted into her tail and bottom. Attached are the best pictures I could take after I’d already pulled chunks out of her tail. I brought her back in to get wipes because I couldn’t drive with her like that, and there was now poop pieces on my hands and skirt. A rover came out a wiped her butt and said she was good, so I left but immediately found that she’d removed a fraction of the poop entangled in her hair. I had to ask multiple times for wipes to clean her up but it was honestly pointless because it needed to be literally fine-combed out of her hair. The girl managing the front looked like a deer in the headlights each time I came in to ask for help and just said sorry and she felt bad. The last time I went back for wipes and when she finally gave me a handful, she said her and the rovers were talking and they said Mina pooped as they were bringing her to the front because she was nervous. I know Mina is not the most sociable and tends to hang by herself on the side of the room, but she has never pooped because of nerves (pee, yes), this isn’t her first time at Uptown, and if she’d just done it thirty seconds prior to them handing her off to me then why wouldn’t they say so to me? It was a matted and crusty mess that clearly wasn’t fresh, which tells me she sat by herself in her own mess for awhile.
The times that I have dropped Mina off I rarely see her on the cameras, she’s often off to the side hiding somewhere. Which would be fine if it seemed like she was being cared for and looked after or encouraged to move around or even walked around but I’ve never seen any of that. The first full day I brought her there, the canine coaches allowed her to stay in the same corner for the entire 9 hours she was there. That is not right. I’ve never received a report card for Mina although I was told I would get one every time I picked her up. I have never seen the same person twice at this location so it’s extremely difficult to learn names or know who’s taking care of the dogs. I’ve never seen someone interact with her when she’s there. This is not the experience I believed I was paying for, and now I pick her up this week with her rear end covered in poo. I’ll reiterate that it was not fresh as I was told due to the fact that I had to literally soak it out of her hair with warm water when we got home.
This just has not been as pleasant as it was made out to be initially and has been frustrating since after the meet and greet when I was surprised with charges for a 2-day plan that nobody spoke to me about and I didn’t even choose. I hadn’t even decided to enroll with Dogtopia when I got billed for a plan. I just don’t understand how any of this is okay or how this all is allowed to happen.
