I use the daycare service and my dog loves it. The staff are amazing and I know when he’s there he is in being well taken care of. Everyone is so personable and friendly. I like all the activities that are organized for the dogs and a variety of options for treats. I will always recommend Dogtopia to anyone who asks.

The staff has been absolutely amazing working with my dog in daycare so she’s at ease. They give me feedback each day that warms my heart and always greet both of us with kindness and a smile. Dogtopia is clean and very well run, every single staff member topnotch!

They are the greatest at Houston Galleria Dogtopia! Always sweet and caring to my dog Lucy and efficient and quick to reply to me. We have moved to Fredericksburg, TX so sadly we won't be able to bring Lucy back but she spent her last 3 days in Houston playing at Dogtopia and loved it!
My dogs like human interaction and love to play with toys. I watched her sit in the same spot for what felt like hours. She did not appear to be enjoying herself. Immediately upon getting home she went and got her ball and wanted to play. For my friends with dogs that are similar and love playing fetch or tug I could not recommend here.

I feel as if the staff know each owner and dog and take the time to say something about what kind of day the dog had (at daycare) or other observations. They are friendly and very service-oriented.

The staff are all fantastic! My dog always has a great time. They are flexible, love your dogs up endlessly, and the staff are very well trained. The app is super easy to use to schedule daycare, spa, or overnight stays. I highly recommend using Dogtopia!

Everyone is so friendly. When I drop off my dogs, they are so excited. They don’t even notice me leave. They love the attendants, and a so happy to get into their room and play with their friends.
Everything is great—I would rate it a 10 out of 10. However, the main concern I have about taking my dog there is the strong odor that comes from my dog after pick-up, regardless of whether they’ve had a bath. The smell is so strong that I have to roll down the car windows for even just one night. I've spoken with others who use this location, and there seems to be a consensus about the issue. It might be more noticeable because I have a long-haired dog, as I haven’t experienced this smell elsewhere. Again, everything else is a 10 out of 10. I hope this review is helpful. All the best!
