Friendly, caring staff. My dog is always excited to go to "doggie daycare" at Dogtopia, and especially to se her favorite guy, Daquan---she runs to him and forgets I'm in the room. The staff is very accommodating, and I feel very comfortable leaving Lovey in their hands.

Love the daycare facility -- it has air conditioning! Love the folks that work there and care for my 4-legged family member. Love the activities to entertain and stimulate the brains of the dogs in their care. And...there's always some sort of yummy treat.
My dog loves going to dogtopia. I love having a safe place where he can have fun and be social. The staff are warm and friendly and extremely responsive whenever I have a special need or concern.
My girls love going to Dogtopia and playing with their friends. We love the amazing staff and all the activities. Picture days are an absolute must! It has been the best decision to keep my two happy, active and engaged while I am at work!
Friendly caring staff, fun events, clean facility
I used to call parking there a nightmare, but "challenging" might be a better word. I still think you (or your landlord) should paint parking stripes. It's frustrating to show up and not be able to find parking, because another customer decided to essentially "park in the middle" and take what could have been two parking spots. I also noticed this morning that there's a lot of trash out front, including an old rusted dog crate. That's a really bad look! Our dog doesn't do well with boarding in crates so we don't board with you. Staff is great, though sometimes inefficient. I'd remind your staff that when its busy, your customers are struggling to find a place to park and are frequently parking illegally and double parking. Some of the niceties should be bypassed when it is this busy in the name of getting people in and out quickly. When people ask me about Dogtopia, this is what I tell them.
We were not made aware of injury to our dog until we arrived for pickup. She had multiple scratches/wounds on her face and the staff let us know that it was due to her being in the crate. We were informed at pickup that there is an option to place her in a suite instead. However, we would have liked to have been informed as soon as this issue occurred and we could have decided to upgrade her to a suite, possibly avoiding her injury. There was a lack of communication and we were disappointed with that. And it resulted in injury to our dog, which is not something we never want. We should have been notified right away that she suffered an injury. You could make it right by having the local manager give us a call to discuss the incident and how to avoid this in the future. We want to ensure that we feel comfortable having our dog return to this facility. My phone number is Phone number removed.
The staff was patient and kind at our dog’s meet and greet and subsequent daycare visits. They have web cams to share the activity and it’s so fun to watch and check in. We have signed him up for daycare and boarding and are so happy to have their support while visiting Orlando.

The convenience of schedule, the staff in Gainesville, VA are fantastic. The price is reasonable and very easy to make adjustments for vacation, etc.

Always friendly and caring staff who treat my dog like one of their own. The facilities are welcoming and very clean as well. I love taking my dog there and feel safe and secure in doing so.

The staff there is so incredibly friendly and you can tell everybody loves animals. Our dog just absolutely enjoys being there and comes back super tired which is what we want. Would highly recommend dogtopia!

Such a great place for dogs! Exercise, play, training and making friends. Special treats and events weekly. My Harry loves it. Wonderful staff.
From the first time we brought out 5 month old puppy Beau, he was so loved and well taken care of. We did have to board him for 2 nights while we took a quick trip out of town and he seemed so sad to be home once we got him! He has so much fun when he is at Doggy Daycare!
