I enjoy being able to see my dog throughout the day and the staff is very welcoming.
We like that you seem to be familiar with us and our pup when we walk through your door. Everyone we have met is so welcoming and obviously happy to be there with the dogs. We don't bring our dog on a regular schedule, but we try to have him come often enough to feel comfortable leaving us. He usually goes quite willingly, which is saying alot! We are so happy to have your place to feel comfortable with for the care and safety of our dog!
We love that the staff seem to really love Paisley and look forward to seeing her. She comes home happily exhausted every single time. The only change I'd like to see is, I would love to see the dogs get to go outside more often.
My dog has been coming to Dogtopia day care for years. She is always excited when she gets there and happy to see the staff that work there. They are always very friendly to both of us. My pupper is always tired at the end of a fun day!

I feel my dog is kept safe and protected. Office set-up and trust-worthy staff efficiently accept leashed pets and escort them to the playrooms and do the reverse for pick-up. All staff members I have met are friendly, welcoming and appear to sincerely care about the dogs.
The webcams provide added assurance staff are paying attention to the activities in the playrooms and promptly clean up after the dogs.
I also appreciate the ease of making reservations on-line.

I love that the staff knows my dog on sight and he obviously loves them. I love it when the staff gives me updates on how my dogs day was with his BFFF's. I thoroughly enjoy the Live Feeds and check on my dog throughout the day. I love the engagement contests on IG; and I LOVE the art projects that my dog can participate with while at Dogtopia.
This visit was short uneventful; Damian clipped CHARLIE'S nails. However his on overnight back in Oct. 2023 he came home with Kennel Cough which was a lung infection that required 2 ER visits, and multiple antibiotics.
Short visits appear to be fine, however not sure about overnight. In the Oct. visit I requested grooming but that didn't happen.
Recommended only for short visits.

The employees are all wonderful people to deal with. My dog feels very comfortable and happy going to Dogtopia.

The care and love for my dog while I’m at work is amazing. Each team member knows and cares for my dog and I couldn’t feel any safer leaving him with anyone else.
The staff is great and our dog is always happy to see them. The groomers do a wonderful job. They are really caring when it comes to making all the dogs comfortable.
The staff is nice and helpful. Facility is clean and nice. Stella loves it.

When boarding, it would be nice to be able to drop off at 8 or at least 9am on a Saturday. 10am is just a bit late when traveling. Thanks.

The staff are amazing and do a great job working with each dog to ensure they’re not only having fun, but successfully adapting to being at day care. I can’t thank the staff at Dogtopia Woodbury enough for everything they do day in and day out!
Our pug, Aggie, loves Dogtopia. We feel good leaving her in their hands!
All the staff are great. My dog loves going to daycare. He pulls me getting to the door and when I pick him up, he comes out with a big smile! I love the convenience of getting him groomed at the same place. Costs are also reasonable.
I appreciate having everything in one place, daycare, grooming and boarding. My dogs know the people and are less likely to get nervous. They know when they are going to daycare and get excited in the car!
I think Julie does an excellent job grooming. she takes special care with my precious pup.
More communication on staffing and why my dog is placed in a crate throughout the day. When I was in the lobby waiting to pick up my dog, a staff member brought out another dog not on a leash and they jumped on me and bit my wrist (had my coat sleeve fully in its teeth). The staff member didn’t ask if I was okay or really apologize for this. It was really startling and unprofessional.
The team is very friendly and warm when I drop off my dog, they are attentive to my dog’s needs, there’s a variety of services provided, and treats are given often!
You have the most amazing people working the the East Orlando location. They love each and every dog that comes there. They are ALWAYS so excited to see them and interact with them. I can’t say enough good about this location except LOVE!
Very attentive staff that treats my dog like their own. I love all their events, photoshoots, etc. It truly feels like a family!

I like that every staff member knows my dog by name and/or just by seeing my face they instantly know who my dog is. That's very special to me.
