Friendly staff and timely responses
My 18 month old bully breed mix loves Dogtopia. He is greeted by name every time we enter the lobby. He excitedly greets each staff member, takes the leash from me and heads directly to the door so he can get to the gym and play with his friends. A couple times during the day I’ll check in with the WebCam, which is really fun to do and when he comes home from an overnight stay or a full day of play, he rests. He’s happy. I’m glad Dogtopia is here.

Suer responsive to requests and questions and the staff are all very friendly with a clear passion for animals. I feel very comfortable having them take care of my pet. Facility is clean and well maintained as well.

We left our puppy at Dogtopia on Saturday, May 23, around 3:00 PM. Upon arrival, we were informed that several staff members had called in sick and that only one employee would be moving between rooms to supervise the dogs.
Unfortunately, the cameras were not working, which made it difficult to check in on our puppy during his stay. When my wife stopped by around 10:45 AM on Sunday, she found him “resting” in a crate.
While I understand that unexpected staffing issues can happen, I was not particularly impressed with how the situation was handled. As first time customers, this was our first impression of Dogtopia, and it left us concerned about the level of supervision and communication provided during our puppy’s stay.

Flexible hours and constant monitoring make Dogtopia convenient and safe but the best part is the people who really seem to enjoy the dogs. At Redmond, Emily does a great job of making it easy to work the team.
Everyone is so nice and they take good care of my dog. The place is always clean. It never smells.
As always, Oliver comes home tired and very happy from his experience at Dogtopia. He maybe sad to know I will be on a little quiet vacation but when he sees friends, he is just as very excited as he can be.

I like that I get to watch my pups play on the cameras and how worn out they are afterwards. They’re always so excited to be there and even my dog who’s more timid of strangers loves all the staff.
They are always there for my dogs. We have been going to this location for years and they have been with us through thick and thin. From last minute boarding appointment because of family emergencies to just letting us know early if our dog is showing any signs of getting sick. You always treat our dogs like your own and look out for them and love them just as much as we do.
The entire staff is incredibly informative when we pick our pups up. They are attentive to our dogs needs and we are confident and comfortable leaving our dogs for extended stays due to their care.
My dog loves going to Dogtopia. The staff has a true love for dogs and welcome my dog by name. They always approve my dates for daycare and boarding. The prices are reasonable. I have recommended Dogtopia to friends and some have their dogs going there as well. They also have a fun monthly schedule of events for the dogs and their owners. I think Dogtopia is the best.
