Staff was amazing and the areas for the dogs were clean and well staffed.
Compared with Good Doggie Daycare, there are a few things that are “off” - the pick up and drop off times are so slow. It’s like the staff doesn’t really care that you might have places to be. My dog is always crazy thirsty when I pick him up, like there’s not enough fresh water to drink. Turning the cameras off during nap and lunch is super suspicious - nobody else does that. The price is so much higher, the rooms are tiny, and the price of lunch there is crazy. I think you’d be blown away if you saw GDD. Unfortunately, they are just a bit further away.
Staff is amazing and the facility is very well kept
Very friendly people, clean premises, well-organized, wonderful and safe place.
Staff is fantastic, they clearly care about all the dogs but also don't put up with nonsense. My dog is thrilled to go
The staff and facility is incredible, and I have not seen anything like it before. My girl Cali needed socialization and this was the perfect place. I cannot thank Dogtopia enough for all they do
My dog went through the standard screening and 2 daycare days to assess behavior. I boarded him a week later and was extremely disappointed with the care provided. Any time I checked the cameras, he was not out playing with the dogs. When I returned from my 5 day trip they said he wasn’t playing well with other dogs there so they kept putting him in the crate. They never updated me that entire time I was gone and basically kept him in a crate without play, walks or attention the majority of the time.
We went to canada for the weekend and asked my brother to drop off my dog at dogtopia garden city. We watched him through the camera and noticed that he stayed in the crate for must of the time. Was very disappointed and will not bring our dog to same location.
Friendly staff who clearly loves dogs
We absolutely love Dogtopia! Jupiter has been going there for daycare, and the experience has been amazing from day one. The staff genuinely care about the dogs, and you can tell they treat every pup like family.
Jupiter gets so excited every time we pull into the parking lot, which says everything about how happy and comfortable he feels there. The team is friendly, attentive, professional, and always keeps the place clean and welcoming. We especially appreciate the love, patience, and attention they give him throughout the day.
It gives us complete peace of mind knowing Jupiter is safe, active, socializing, and having a great time while we’re away. Truly a 10/10 experience - highly recommend Dogtopia to any dog parent looking for a caring and trustworthy daycare!
Friendly staff who really care out our pups. We've been going there for over two years now and everyone is so helpful.
Convenient, close by and open everyday
My dogs love Dogtopia!
Lady has been going there for grooming since she was a puppy. Chris does a wonderful job!
The interaction with all the dogs the time they all there
I feel like my pup is safe in your care. He has so much fun at daycare and is well supervised.
The staff really love all the puppies!! I love that we can watch them play on the various webcams.
Bubu didn't really look happy. He was just sitting around all day. I thought you guys encourage exercise and play?
I scheduled a groom for my pup. When I dropped him off, I said I wanted a face/feet/private only, not a full groom. Left cooper there and moved on. When I picked him up, he hadn’t been brushed or groomed. I was told he had a bath only. For $40, I would expect a brushing/ but he only received a bath. He still smelled, so I have no idea how good the bath was.
I was told only the groomer does the grooming, and they will call me as they are there on Tuesday.
In the app, it says “spa appointment” - nothing was ever told to me that it was a bath only. $40 is Highway robbery for a bath without brushing.
Everyone is so very attentive and my dog absolutely loves staying with them.
My dog is treated like family, it’s always her home away from home!
Friendly staff, flexible schedules and availability most of the time
I like the idea of being able to check in and see my dog while we are gone. I was told the only times I couldn’t see him would be 12-2 for lunch and after 7:30 or 8pm Last night after 6:15 or never came back on.
There are just different times we log on and we can’t see anything just a video.
Is it correct we should be able to see starting at 7am then not from 12-2. Then 7:30-8 they go to bed ?
Thank you
We enjoy being able to have a fun place for our dog to stay when we go out of town
I think my dog had a good time. I do not think he ate much or slept much. It was the first time leaving him overnight. These are the things that could improve:
* Checking in: I felt more like I was checking into a prison. Items from my dog bag were hurled above the persons head and thrown down on the counter. She took a piece of paper sat down at the computer then proceeded to say, you left an emergency contact but did not leave a phone number. We need that number or do you have that number? I said, it is on the paper in your hand along with my dog's information. She said, you brought a bed and that is not allowed, it was a pad he sometimes lays on. I told her they said it was OK to bring when I spoke with them on the phone but I did read in a little book I was given not to bring one. I said, I can take that if it is a problem. She said if he pees on it or has an accident do we have your permission to throw it away? I said, no, it is washable just put it in the bag. She said I will need authorization for that and I said, it is fine I can just take it and then she said it was fine to leave? I picked up my dog and the fresh food container had not been cleaned out which I felt was gross.
I’d like to better understand the policy regarding collars at Dogtopia Cherry Hill. I was informed that my dog cannot wear his Fi collar due to concerns that other dogs might chew it.
However, I’ve noticed that the DASH device is allowed. This makes it unclear what specifically makes the Fi collar unacceptable.
If Dogtopia only authorizes the use of its own DASH device, I believe this should be clearly stated in your policies or agreement so pet parents can make informed decisions in advance. I also searched your website and was unable to find any information outlining this restriction.
I prefer not to use the DASH monitor. My Fi collar already offers advanced features such as GPS tracking, and I am comfortable using it for my dog.
At the moment, it feels as customers are pressured to adopt a specific device, whereas the service I enrolled in is daycare, not a monitoring product. I prefer to continue using my current collar and would appreciate clarification on whether any flexibility is possible.
Thank you for your time and clarification.
Use hand signals to communicate with my deaf dog.
Friendly, warm, caring people.
Very clean facility. My dog is happy to go there.
Dogtopia is great! There are six rooms for different sizes and activity levels of dogs and they do evaluations to make sure your dog is a fit for Dogtopia and that they are placed in the right room. The staff is very communicative and love the dogs and they staff the rooms appropriately to ensure safe play. I fully trust my dog with Dogtopia for both daycare and overnight stays. They have many processes in place to ensure the dogs are safe. Highly recommend!

My dogs alway arrive and leave happy!
