Alex and her staff are amazing from the start to the finish top class service all around.
Over the past two years, I have experienced multiple incorrect or duplicate charges and significant difficulty obtaining timely refunds.
Most recently, after formally pausing my account and later canceling enrollment, I was charged twice for a monthly plan. One of those charges was only resolved after I contacted my bank directly. I am still awaiting a response regarding the remaining monthly charge and my request to pay only for the specific days of daycare used.
Communication has been slow, unclear, and there is no accessible path to upper management when billing issues arise.
When automatic billing is involved, financial accuracy and responsive resolution are critical. Based on repeated billing errors and the difficulty in getting clear answers, I cannot recommend this location.

The coaches are always kind and helpful when we have questions. They are also fantastic with the dogs. Our dog loves going to daycare and she receives a great amount of attention while she's there. She gets pets and even cuddles sometimes. The additional "themed" days are an added bonus and our dog enjoys all the little treats and photoshoot days. It's a great place for people who want their dogs to play well with other dogs and be socialized.
Dogtopia Port Chester has been a life-saver and a second home for our dog! The staff is professional and friendly, the facility is bright and clean, and the activities are engaging and fun!

Cameras are very glitchy and I feel way too many dogs per coach/staff. And therefore dogs don’t get attention that they may need during there time. I.e. being ignored by staff because they have too many to watch. And finally not being able to see my dog during rest time is a negative and major red flag for me.

The ownership and staff are fabulous!! The dogs are carefully watched to ensure their safety. They are well organized, friendly, and offer a welcoming environment for all sizes of dogs.
Caleb and DeeDee always make us feel welcome! They love our dogs as much as we love them and that make it super easy to drop off with them and do boarding as well.
The webcam is great, It is obvious all employees are dog lovers. Very content ny dog is in great hands

From the first time we brought out 5 month old puppy Beau, he was so loved and well taken care of. We did have to board him for 2 nights while we took a quick trip out of town and he seemed so sad to be home once we got him! He has so much fun when he is at Doggy Daycare!
Friendly, caring staff. My dog is always excited to go to "doggie daycare" at Dogtopia, and especially to se her favorite guy, Daquan---she runs to him and forgets I'm in the room. The staff is very accommodating, and I feel very comfortable leaving Lovey in their hands.

Love the daycare facility -- it has air conditioning! Love the folks that work there and care for my 4-legged family member. Love the activities to entertain and stimulate the brains of the dogs in their care. And...there's always some sort of yummy treat.
My dog loves going to dogtopia. I love having a safe place where he can have fun and be social. The staff are warm and friendly and extremely responsive whenever I have a special need or concern.
My girls love going to Dogtopia and playing with their friends. We love the amazing staff and all the activities. Picture days are an absolute must! It has been the best decision to keep my two happy, active and engaged while I am at work!
