Daycare
Dogtopia has an amazing team that truly cares about the dogs in their care. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and attentive, and it is clear they genuinely love what they do. I feel confident knowing my dog is in a safe, caring, and fun environment every time we visit. Thank you for providing such outstanding care and peace of mind. Highly recommend!

Kara, Hailey, Avery, and Melissa keep DT-Deer Park running as a family.
Our 2nd dog is now attends and getting great attention a as 7month old puppy and our dear Angus ( who passed suddenly in April 2026) did. Angus attended from day one of Kara's operation, even during the original staff training days as a trainee dog. Staff wept as much as our family did at Angus' passing and offered our family great comfort. Staff also was as estatic as we were when our family brought a new puppy into our lives. Maeve has been as welcomed as Angus by staff and the the other Puppers in the Toy Box room
watching the dogs on the webcam made it clear that the person (with pink hair) who is out there with the dogs is ONLY there to pick up and mop up after them. When you are half a country away it makes you very nervous to see your dog getting mounted by a much larger dog over and over. Our dog came home very depressed with an upset stomach and dog poop stuck in his fur.
The staff we met were very nice and helpful so we came away with mixed feelings. Maybe remind the employees that dog owners are watching them and would appreciate more supervision.
Efficiency and quality of care.
The day care hours are amazing and it's great that the staff makes sure dogs are not in group rooms where they are uncomfortable. The webcams are also an appreciated feature.
The services are great, the people, and time and availability and all of that are incredible, unfortunately the main reason i hesitate to recommend is the cost. While I can justify the cost because of my own life and my schedule, not everyone in my life can afford or justify that to their schedule or budget.
Very friendly and reliable people who truly love dogs.

My dog has been going to Dogtopia, Bearden location for 4 yrs now. Between daily visits, overnight stays, spa days and treats, She absolutely loves it at Dogtopia. And she doesn't like very many people or situations. đź’•đź’•đź’•đź’•đź’•đź’• Will continue taking here for as long as i can..

We absolutely love Dogtopia. Julie, the owner, is amazing. Marissa is top notch! Mona is the sweetest person alive and dom will forever be Gladys’ person.
I schedule my entire work week and gym schedule around when dom is working in the romper room so Gladys can be with him. We miss Quinn terribly but love to see Mia! Everyone that’s there 1000% is so dedicated to the pups and it’s great to know my baby is being taken care of and loved. Thanks for all you guys do!

I am able to check on my furbaby every now &then.We hate leaving our baby,so it’s gives us peace of mind when we’re able to see him interact with other dogs.The facility is clean too.

Very accommodating in days of week and hours. Friendly staff and the location is perfect. My dog comes home happy and tired! The web cam is perfect to check in and see who her favorite buddies are.
When I was on my way back home after a long weekend with my dog boarding with Dogtopia, I tuned into the webcam to find her locked away in the toybox lounge alone and nobody knew she was in there. She was in there for at LEAST an hour, no telling when she got in there to start with. Thankfully I got back into town early and was able to go get her so she wasn’t alone without water for any longer. It’s not the end of the world, but it doesn’t make me feel confident about leaving her there. You pay for your dog to be cared for and she’s not even noticed when she’s gone. Cool.
The Dogtopia Hurstbourne team is wonderful. They take such good care of our Millie. My wife and I completely trust that Millie be well and safe while staying at Dogtopia. The peace of mind about that is wonderful and much appreciated.

The staff treats your pet like it’s their own
I was really hoping that the extra cost of coming to Dogtopia would mean better care for my pet and help her with socialization. Instead, I am told she cannot return without Trazadone. She's a sweet dog, but she does need some better socialization, and I guess Dogtopia isn't it...which is weird because everything was great under the previous manager. We will find a better fit but certainly won't be recommending.
Your play all day is a big plus. We also like we can board our dog with the same staff that she is familiar with.
