You made me and my anxious dog feel safe and happy on our first visit. I love how I can check in on the webcam during his visit to make sure Koji is doing okay. I’m looking forward to seeing how my dog grows with the others in his pack!
My dog was to get a bath and be blown dry. Normally when he is bathed he comes out fluffy and smelling good. While he may have been bathed, he didn’t come out looking any different than when I took him in and didn’t smell nice.
Because of the changes in day care specials with expiration dates, I won’t be bringing him back for day care. I can’t always use the days in the allotted time.
I appreciate the attention to detail provided by the staff. The staff has been incredibly helpful on all fronts. Plus, my puppy loves going! When he comes home at night we know he has had a very good day.
Always friendly and helpful in getting appointments. My dog feels happy going in and coming out from Dogtopia. I feel she is cared about just like at home.

I loved that all of the staff seemed to know each of the did that came in. I also liked the structure of the day.
Since coming to Dogtopia our dog has gained so much confidence and strength. He loves the people and other furry friends.
There is no outdoor space. Allowing dogs to go to the bathroom inside especially while boarding may lead to bad habits.
Also after our meet and greet this location gave me a photo that was not my dog.
Rixby LOVES being there, and the staff is so kind and warm.
The main area of improvement would be organization and communication. Whenever we come in it's very clear that the staff is panicked and unorganized. The staff never knows if we have been there before or if we have done the necessary steps for daycare screening ahead of time. It does make me wonder if our dogs are safe because it seems chaotic but they come home happy and the grooming is great so we think it's just a lack of structure or training up front.
Lynae, so sorry you had a bad experience. I am working to hard to make sure that we dont have any more issues like this in the future and very much appreciate your trusting of with Emerson and Mia. Please let me know what I can do to earn that 10/10 review we strive for.

Loving towards dogs.
The staff is so kind and caring. They pay great attention to our dogs and are excellent about keeping the environment safe and clean. I also love that I can watch my dogs while they are playing.
My dog was having a little trouble getting acclimated to the environment and they took the time and effort to help him feel comfortable there.
My dog loves to go and comes back happy and well exercised! The staff are friendly and excited to welcome him when he comes in. Im impressed by the care taken to insure the dogs received there have all their health records up to date.
Jake is well taken care of when he comes every Wednesday. When we pick him up he is a happy, but tired pup!
I like that I can easily schedule a nail trim when needed. I love the special things you do for the pups - extra treats, arts & crafts, picture taking, etc., theme days.

We love the cameras and the staff. We are always treated the best as per parents and can tell the staff loves our pup!
Our dog is always happy to go to Dogtopia. He has an opportunity to meet other dogs and make friends. The best part is he’s always tuckered out by bed time and sometimes earlier! Great job Dogtopia
Tho it was just a meet and greet day, they took great care of my pup. They took the time to do a full intake about my pup before I left, and I received a complete debrief when I came to pick him up.
Extremely friendly staff, very knowledgeable with all the pups. Makes me feel that easy leaving my puppy there for the day.
Very poor communication all around. I came in after winning a promotion at an event at Halcyon. I thought it was for a free week of boarding. I received a call to schedule a meet and greet as this was a requirement. During the scheduling process I spoke with a few people, often bringing up this was for a free week of boarding and even inquired if I could use the promotion at another location. When I came to get my dog after the meet and greet, I was told it would be $20. This was never mentioned prior to coming in, nor at drop off. Afterwards, I inquired how I could redeem my free week of boarding and was told that was not the promotion, that they never offer free boarding. While I admit that it is possible I misunderstood from the beginning, why wouldn’t anyone have told me this prior to bringing my dog in when I brought it up multiple times over the phone?? The meet and greet ended up being a big inconvenience to me and a waste of everyone’s time.

Everyone at Dogtopia is extremely friendly and makes you feel welcome. Everyone takes great care of my fur baby.
Kind and gentle but professional staff, very easy to work with. You can see they really car for your dog.
The employees are so friendly and really seem to care for our dogs. Our dogs leave happy and tired and look forward to their next play day, The play rooms seem to be kept clean. Our dogs don’t leave here smelling like they used to at a different location.

Friendly, welcoming, compassionate to the dogs. I was worried about sending my dog to daycare given her anxiety issues, but they have made the transition so wonderful.

Wonderful staff who seem to enjoy what they do! My little Shitzu/Bishon mix loves it! Little dogs are separate from big dogs. Great for last minute plans when you can drop and go!
