The owner and staff truly care about the dogs that go there.

We’ve been bringing our dogs since shortly after y’all opened and everything has been great. There was an awful smell inside when we entered the facility this time and both dogs came home smelling of it. They both had to be bathed and all their linens had to be washed. That has never happened before. We’ve been so happy with the care they have received, I’m hoping a deep clean or something can take place. We feel comfortable bringing them there but I can’t have them coming home smelling like that again.
Penny absolutely loves Dogtopia and so do we. We use them for both daycare and overnight stays, and I never have to worry about whether she’s being well cared for. The staff clearly cares about the dogs and takes the time to know them individually. One thing I especially appreciate is that they respect and reinforce Penny’s training rather than undoing habits we work on at home. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing she’s somewhere safe, cared for, and genuinely excited to be. We’re so grateful to have found them!

Our Dottie girl loves to go to Dogtopia! She is always greeted by name and goes right up to whoever is working the front for her hugs and kisses. She goes right to the back, ready to play every time. She has been boarded in other places and there is a clear difference in how she feels about going to Dogtopia!

Everything! Loved how the employees knew my fur baby by name even after being there only twice. The staff is always so cheerful and engaging as soon as you walk through the door. The care and attention to my dogs medications and special allergy diet were taken very seriously. Love this place and so does Sampson!!!!!

Staff is very friendly and does a great job with our dog. Ownership was also wonderful about fixing an issue we had and more than made up for the mistake.

My dog absolutely love to see the team there. They do a great job whether it’s spa day, boarding or daycare. The fact that Olaf starts barking when we get close to the parking lot building is the best review we could give. He’s very hesitant about going and in fact, can’t wait to see all his canine buddies. His eagerness to go tells me all I ever need to know.

Everyone that I have had contact with at Dogtopia is very pleasant and provides excellent customer service but the most important thing is they treat my pup like she was their own. And my pup loves going there! That takes away the stress of leaving my pup.
