Every single time my dog goes to boarding there she gets an ear or eye infection. My vet has said that it’s likely due to their bath that they insist on giving and so I asked that she not get a bath at the end of her stay and instead made an appointment with my private groomer. I requested this both over text and when I dropped her off. Upon pick up, they told me I had to wait because she was still being dried (for a bath I told them not to give). I was then charged the wrong amount for the visit and had to call and have it corrected. Her eyes were completely crusted shut when I picked her up, and I had to take her to the vet for conjunctivitis in both eyes, and she has a corneal abrasion in her right eye. The customer service contact was helpful and answering me until I sent in the photos of the dog and asked where to send the receipt from the vet for reimbursement. I don’t find Dogtopia to be clean and now on top of the cost of boarding her I had to spend $375 at the vet. I have tried to have this resolved privately instead of making a review post but there has been no effort made by Dogtopia to fix the problem. Very very disappointed that so many people trust this place with their dogs and there’s a chance my dog could go blind. As of right now, we will not be returning.
I love Lucy's happy enthusiam for her time at Dogtopia. She ASKS to go, guiding me toward her leash in the mornings. She comes home relaxed and tired.
Everyone there is friendly and they love my Samson!

This was the first time my dog went to daycare and I didn’t have to pick him up to enter into the building or walk to the door to have him go back! Absolutely coming back!!!

Friendly staff. Peace of mind about who is caring for my dog and keeping her safe. I do wish you had an outside bathroom option for the dogs. My dog has to be desperate before she goes potty inside the toy room. Please consider another option to accommodate bathroom needs.
This was my first time at dogtopia and Tank's first stay and I have to say that it was the best experience I've had with any dog daycare service in my life. The front desk ladies were very kind, informative, and caring with my same day reservation. Tank must have had loads of fun because he was tired, which is a good thing, when he got home. I will definitely be using dogtopia for daycare and potentially boarding going forward. Thank you for being kind to Tank and I will see y'all next time!
