Facilities are clean, staff is competent and friendly, and we appreciate the web access so we can ensure Max is doing well! Most importantly, Max is always excited to be there. He immediately gets excited when we pull-up and he can’t wait to go inside to see his friends!
We like every part of Dogtopia Summerville. The minute we walk in the door Maverick and Trinity are welcomed with smiles and hugs. They are spoiled with fun activities and we love the daily updates, photos and keepsakes from the pups and team 🧡

Very friendly staff and they answered all of my many questions without rushing me. I appreciated getting to see the facility too. My pup is really enjoying the interactions and we are looking forward to him attending again.
The staff was very supportive and were able to quickly adjust and support Bruce a bit longer while we working through sudden family events.

We love Dogtopia! The staff is always so engaged with the dogs, and I love being able to check in on Missy through the webcams. They’re also great about posting on social media and always have fun little events and activities planned for the dogs. Missy gets SO excited as soon as she realizes where we’re going, which honestly says it all. ❤️🐾

I'm very happy with the staff that has my yorkie. I know my yorkie is a noisy barker but when they come out to the car to get her they seem happy she is there. I appreciate the teachers comes out to the car to get her or in the afternoon bring her to me.

Service at greeting and taking my dog, he felt welcome and loved
I saw one of the employees in the dog room use a broom to push my dog away. I was told my dog was a bit forward when other dogs enter the room, but I'm not super excited about him being pushed with a broom. Also, this particular employee seemed a bit harsh while putting dogs into their crates, not gentle. Other employees seem calm and gentle, but this one was not nice. I still like Dogtopia but was not happy to see this happen to my dog.

I felt comfortable and safe leaving my dog for daycare and spa treatment. I will do so again in a heartbeat. Everyone at Dogtopia is extremely friendly and professional.
