I like the amount of dogs in the daycare

As soon as you enter, you’re greeted with a warm welcome and smile. Everyone at the front is eager to see your fur baby. Open arms bright smiles and warm hugs. I love the webcam access and my little Braxton is beginning to get familiar with the new world of daycare!
I was not able to pick Tuna Marie up from daycare her first day on Saturday. But my mom who did texted me a picture of her report card and her lunch box that she packed for her. I cried, her little first day picture the hand written note on her report card and feedback about her playing was absolutely beautiful. My mom said she came home clean and didn’t smell like she had played all day. 10/10 5 stars absolutely will recommend dogtopia to all of my clients, friends and family. Thank you Dogtopia for treating my girl with so much love.

Located walking distance from my home. This is great feature since I have neither a car nor a golf cart. Dogs love visiting with staff. They use the grooming service. Dogtopia has been absolutely amazing! I take my dog Ginger there and I couldn’t be happier. The staff is so caring, attentive, and truly treats every dog like family. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing she’s in such good hands. Highly recommend!

However it would be great if you could accumulate credits to reduce the cost of overnight stays by being a loyal customer.

I like that u can watch the dogs on the Webcam and that staff are always ready to greet you and your dog when u walk in the door. I appreciate the positive vibes and it seems like the staff ate happy to see my fur baby when we come even though I know he can be a lot to handle at times since he is a big German shepherd. I like that the first day of daycare we got free and that we had that free opportunity to see if this would be a good first for our pup. I hope to use the package daycare soon as I will bring him more when we get busy and it seems like you can save money by scheduling several days a week. As someone who has worked at a different pet resort, Dogtopia seems much better and leaves me without any worries when I leave my dog Pretzel in their care.
Laura is the best groomer we have ever worked with. She does such an amazing job on our dog, Angel. Angel clearly loves her, too!

We’ve brought our dog there in the past and stopped due to him having a strong urine smell on him. Since our usual place we have taken him to was booked, we reluctantly brought him back to Dogtopia. Upon picking him up, his entire bed smelled like urine as well as our dog himself even though we paid for him to have a bath taken just hours before we picked him up.
To make things right, I would clean your entire facility very thoroughly and frequently to rid of the urine smell. It is extremely pungent even upon walking in the door. I understand it is a dog daycare, however, it should not smell that unbearable to where our dog is stinking up the entire car on the drive home.
I think it’s wonderful how you adhere to the dogs needs and you treat them like family I could see through the pictures of Miss Whitey was having a good time and she needed some interaction with other animals
