My boys always love going to daycare. They had their first boarding experience and did well. Staff was great with them and gave me updates about their stay. Love being able to watch them play on the webcam.
Upgrade webcam system. Romper cam barely works for more than a few seconds and then freezes.

We love Dogtopia! Emmet has gone to "school" for his entire life at Dogtopia twice a week and he loves it. I love it because I know he is well cared for and all the fun options for activities.
In my opinion, Dogtopia Parkside is the absolute best dog daycare! 🐾❤️
One of my favorite moments is asking, "Dorothy, are you ready to go play with your friends?" The instant tail wagging, happy dance, and excitement that follow tell me everything I need to know. As we get closer, she sits up in the backseat because she recognizes exactly where we're going. She cannot wait to get there!
When we arrive, Dorothy eagerly pulls me through the doors, ready for another day of fun with her friends and the incredible team who loves her so well. At the end of the day, hearing them say, "Goodbye, Dorothy, sweet girl," warms my heart every single time because I know she is not just another dog. They genuinely know her, love her, and care for her.
The greatest gift Dogtopia gives me is peace of mind. I know Dorothy is safe, loved, well cared for, and having an amazing time while I am away. That kind of trust is priceless.

Love how we always get greeted by staff and the welcoming atmosphere all around. Atlas always looks forward to playing with his friends and is super tired when he gets home, a sign that he had another great time at Dogtopia!

Because this last week they have changed my billing from half day to full day, been paying $35 for half day for almost year. My dog has never been full day unless she was getting groomed. Now im being told after noon time it goes to full day, This has never been a problem, sad for me and my dog. Use to refer people and speak highly of you! No more!

You need to separate the rambunctious medium dogs from the small dogs. The medium dogs are too rough and I see them taking over the area while the small dogs have to stand or sit along the side and basically lost their play area. I’ve seen them bump into the small dogs several times when they run around and I’ve also seen them push off a smaller dog from the play stage a few times. I’ve also seen smaller dogs try to hide under the play stage. It’s too stressful for them. The larger dogs are dominating the space. When I enrolled my Toybox sized dog, there was a separate group for medium dogs which was one of the reasons I chose Dogtopia. It’s so disappointing that for some reason, the middle size dog group has now been combined with the toybox size dogs. Also, there was then a divider places in the room that basically gave the toybox size dogs less than a quarter of the space to play but my price is not quarter sized. I pay the same price as those with larger dogs. I am rethinking if Dogtopia is the right place for my dogs.
