Great staff, outdoor grass area, separate areas for different size dogs, and most of all my dog loves going there.

Finley loves coming to play at Dogtopia. We can’t tell him he is going until it is time to leave as he barks at us until we walk out the door. He loves all the staf. They are amazing- kind , caring and definitely love the dogs!! I have definitely recommended them to others.

Staff is Super friendly and helpful
After a lengthy period of inactivity, the team at Dogtopia were of great help getting our account in order to take care of our dog for an overnight stay…everything was in order when we arrived and our dog had a wonderful stay.
The price is kinda costly, for the pups to NOT receive the special treats for the day.
The whole team is so compassionate, caring and reassuring. I really appreciate how informative and helpful they’ve been through the onboarding process with my dog Buddy.

You guys charged my card 4 separate times without a warning, when I specifically said 10 times I will let you know when my dog was coming back. It was also a hassle to get my refund each time as well.

I’ve used many other groomers before but have never found one who takes such tone and care with our old, sometimes uncooperative, baby. We are always happy with the affordability and the compassionate care.
I was pretty disappointed that the handler/room caretaker came out of the room with Twilight and remarked that our dog was constantly jumping on her and "tried to sexually assault her". It was very odd and not appropriate at all. We have always enjoyed our interactions, this one has made me consider taking Twilight elsewhere. If our dog is jumping up, we would expect a firm correction, as this is not okay. Twilight might be big, but she does listen to an authoritative voice. As for the other comment, it was not okay and upsetting.
Oriana took care of our pup, Luna, with such kindness and consideration. Knowing it was our pup's first visit, Oriana gave Luna plenty of time to get comfortable with the place, and also tons of adoration throughout her grooming. Luna is usually reluctant to let groomers touch her paws, but Orian's patience and calm demeanor resonated with Luna and we had an uneventful visit. We will be back!

Possibly more structures activities through out the day. Attempts for staff to make additional effort to offer more petting of all dogs, not just a few of them.
