All went great with my 2 dogs. In the past (before Dogtopia) when they are unhappy they show it when I pick them up. They are always happy with Dogtopia.

It wasn't bad, but I do feel like I was "tricked" a little bit!
Pros: I loved the report cards! It felt like the staff put a ton of effort into them and it meant a lot. I also appreciated having the cameras, it was a nice level of transparency.
Cons: There were two issues I dealt with. I really found Dogtopia because I was interested in the spa treatment, but I feel like I was tricked into paying for daycare. I signed up for the meet and greet online (required for spa treatment), which says it takes about 1-2 hours. At the desk, I dropped off my dogs and was told I could "pick them up anytime after 2" (six hours after I was dropping them) and as late as 6. I came at about 5 and was charged for daycare, which I never really intended to do in the first place. So that was pretty frustrating and is honestly the primary reason I won't be returning. Secondly (and this is just genuine feedback), the SMS texts I was getting indicated a different appointment time (off by one hour) than the site and the phone call. Just as a heads up.
Everyone is very nice. Didn't feel like I was getting upsold everything. Overall a great experience.
The kindness towards my baby and the prompt service. Also the reminder text they send are just wonderful!
We woulnt take Scout anywhere else, we love everything about Dogtopia of Denver Tech Center.
Convenient
My dogs love going to “school” and I love knowing they are safe and having a good time with their BFFFs. Peace of mind is key for me and knowing my boys are in climate controlled rooms and watched over people who are not only well trained but also genuinely care about the dogs gives me exactly that. I know the boys are safe while boarding as well and I’ve always appreciated the transparency from everyone there. The coaches are always happy to see my boys and it makes me happy to see how excited my boys are to see them as well.

I would like to request that more attention be given to the level of activity and care provided to the dogs. It is important that they are getting enough exercise, interaction, and overall engagement during their time in care.
Additionally, I have noticed that the dogs have a very strong odor when they are picked up. This raises concerns about their hygiene and whether they are being properly cleaned and maintained.
I would appreciate it if these issues could be addressed to ensure the dogs are well cared for, active, and returned in a clean, healthy condition.

My dog loves it there! Whenever I watch the cameras, the staff is always attentive and properly supervising so it’s reassuring. Everybody’s so friendly. I cant tell you how happy we BOTH are to have found this place.

My wife and I are "Senior Citizens" and have depended on Rocklin's Dogtopia for the last 5 years.
Our Chocolate Labrador has enjoyed at least one day of daycare at Dogtopia almost every week during that time, together with occasional weekend stays. Annie is energetic and benefits from interacting with the other dogs whom she meets at Dogtopia - we are convinced that their good behaviour "rubs off" on her and calms her down.
We have grown to know many of Dogtopia's staff and its owner, Diane Foos, who runs her business with love for the dogs and great consideration for their wellbeing. Oh yes, Diane is thoroughly charming and demonstrates the very best "customer service" of any business we have ever encountered.
We wholeheartedly recommend Dogtopia in Rocklin...

Charlie really enjoys playing with the other dogs. The staff is very knowledgeable on dog behavior. They have gotten to know Charlie and his personality.
My dog loves interacting with staff and other dogs. It is easy to add on spa services as well. We’ve been coming here for many years. The web cam is fun to view their antics and lots of fun activities!

Milo and Finley both love going to Dogtopia. They always come home tired and happy. The staff is great and always take great care of them while they are there.

As a whole, the place and staff are awesome! I was really impressed and looking forward to starting to take my dogs here couple of times a week, but after the first visit, both of my dogs got super sick and I am hesitant to take them back. They either caught a bug or stress from new environment or something, but I am still considering whether I continue taking them or not.
Our pup LOVES going to Dogtopia! We are so lucky to have them in the neighbourhood. We love everything about the place, the people, furry friends and all of the spa services! The events are creative and fun, and the food and snacks available are awesome!
