Better coverage at the front desk
Your staff is great. Hands down great customer service along with how happy my dog is to get there every morning.

Great staff! Flexible scheduling and I come home to a tired pup. I do wish they’d consider extending un-neutered pups beyond 7 months since the AVA has done so for kennels etc knowing the health benefits of waiting until 18 mos.
I wanted my dogs in shared suite, that’s what I requested but my dogs were put in two rooms so I was charged twice what I anticipated.
Everything! Staff is friendly and communicate well about events and updating you about your dogs day when you pick them up. My dog always runs in excited to play. I love how they provide training and really make each dogs visit personal. I love the treat options they offer daily and the best part is that they aren’t expensive. The billing department is also very helpful when needing help.

I am thankful for the manager, Stephanie. She is very caring for the customers and took my concerns to heart. Although I had a bad experience, I could tell how apologetic she was, and I am willing to give the boarding another chance just because of her support.
Have an employee at the front desk at all times. Waiting for someone to come out and get my dog, makes me late for work. Especially, when another dog is into the front.
Sometimes the line to pick up and drop off is very long; up to six people waiting. I’ve never seen the employee ask for help from other people working there. Maybe they are not supposed to but it might help to have an extra person help out when it gets so busy.

Love the curbside service. Cameras are a great way to check-in on your pooch. My dog gets his mental stimulation he needs while there, even if he's not super active thru the day.

Love the care my dog, Otis, receives. The staff is kind and loving to the pets in their care, and management is compassionate to families in crisis when their is a domestic emergency. Great business model.
