Kind and gentle but professional staff, very easy to work with. You can see they really car for your dog.
The employees are so friendly and really seem to care for our dogs. Our dogs leave happy and tired and look forward to their next play day, The play rooms seem to be kept clean. Our dogs don’t leave here smelling like they used to at a different location.

When my dog was there in February she caught a terrible sinus infection. I waited till after winter to send her back - I know you can’t help germs circulating among dogs. She was there this week and ended up with three of her four paws badly blistered / peeling i assume from the rubber flooring. I like sending her for the interaction when I’m working long days but we end up with a vet visit each time she goes there
I liked the fact that the staff took their time with my shy dog. That when l watched on the webcam l could see my dog. I could see the ball being tossed and the dogs playing and running around. Also, l liked to see that when the dogs had accidents it was cleaned up quickly. The staff is very friendly, all is clean and doesn’t spell bad. All was good!
Codi spent his first half day at doggie daycare. He came home happy and tired, which meant he had a great time. Planning to send him for a full day the next time!! Thank you Dogtopia

Our dog used to be bored at home. He is so much happier now that he goes to Dogtopia a couple times a week. The Dogtopia staff is so good with him and I love all the extra activities.

Your spa is awesome for in between grooming appointments and also for your last day of boarding. Our experience with boarding has been wonderful. The one on one attention our dogs were given and the observation that they were not eating well and the problem solving to get them to eat well was incredible. So much attention is given to the dogs. Its such a relief knowing you left your animals in good caring hands. Dogtopia gives me less stress and I can check in on my dogs with the video cameras. Love that too.
We had called twice about a concern and was told management would call us and never did. Our dog Lola boarded there for a week and when we picked her up we knew something was wrong with her breathing. She didn’t eat when we got her home. We took her to the vet and it ended up being bronchitis/upper respiratory infection that the vet said was caught at dogtopia. I tried to call to let the staff know and was told management would give me a call back and never did.
The other time I noticed when watching on the cameras that Lola was in the cage while the other dogs were being left out in the morning and I did t understand why. When I called I was told she was trying to eat other dogs poop but this was the first I have heard of it. There was no communication prior that she was doing this.
Way too expensive, otherwise no complaints.

You all are very accommodating with the times I am running late from work to pick up my dog. Unfortunately, My work locations are never close to home and my departure time can be delayed depending upon patient arrival to the clinics. I so appreciate that Dogtopia has not made it impossible to pick up my dog when I am not there exactly at 7:00PM.
We are from out of town but they treat us and my poppy like if we been going there for years. Thank you and Zeus had a lots of fun!
