Close to home. Very friendly.
Paid for multiple days that didn’t use by a certain date and by my records lost probably 1/2 of them ($100+). In addition, it appears on occasion I was billed for full days when it should have only been for 1/2 days. Happy with the service provided but disappointed with billing and record keeping. Credits to my account would be appreciated.
Everything! We love that our Reina loves coming there! We know that she is in good hands and we never have to worry about her care. Also, having the grooming right there makes it so convenient and she always looks amazing! Thank you for taking care of our baby!

The staff is always welcoming and fun to talk with.
Love the different treat options for the dogs to sign up for and that there are theme days.
Our dog is always tired when I pick him up, which is great.

Staff are very kind to my dog and work with him adjust to the gym and his interaction with other dogs. He loves the staff and loves to go to the Union Dogtopia.
Well I find everyone there friendly and caring. But my view isn’t important it’s Cleo’s View and she LOVES IT THERE! She was so happy to see all her friends and the people there. I know because when we arrived she went to the back wagging her tail and not even looking back which means she felt safe, happy, and secure being there.
I’m sad I had to move and we don’t get there often but everyone we come back Cleo is going to visit!
Staff is great. So friendly. Guinness is exhausted and she has so much fun.

My dog is coming home with a smell again. It got better for awhile but it has gotten bad again.
Also, there are aggressive dogs that are not properly monitored. My dog is passive and shy and I have observed the more confident dogs bitting at her neck and jumping on her back. She mostly will just move away but I have observed on the camera that she is barking back which demonstrates how frustrated she is by the engagement.
The folks in the room must better monitor those behaviors to avoid dogs getting hurt.
Everyone is so nice and friendly. Murphy just loves to go and play with all of his friends.
My dog gets so excited when pull onto the road or parking lot. He loves being there. That is all I need to know. He is happy and well taken care of.
I am so appreciative that Jennifer is willing to work with my high anxiety, “hates to be groomed” Havanese. She’s given him many a second chance, thank goodness, and does a great job grooming both my pups.

I was slightly disappointed with how I wasnt informed about providing a bath for my pup when there are two grommers at the location. I was told on two separate occasions that my dog would get washed and never was. As much as I love my dog having them arrive back some smelling like a kennel isnt always the best when I schedule it in advance.
Makes me question if they're providing the best for our dogs.

I feel my dog is safe there and entire day.
