Flexibility given my work schedule and more than anything the coaches. I feel like they are safe in the care and they get socialization. My doggies are excited and happy, can't ask for more.
All of the coaches are wonderful with Lola and I feel like she is great hands when I leave her to go to work.
Daycare at Dogtopia is the best thing we could have done for our high energy Catahoula. She’s made so many friends, the staff are amazing, professional, loving and gentle. When I take her home at the end of the day she’s exhausted and we can all relax at home. The extra services they provide like grooming and nail trimming have been so helpful and reasonably priced as my dog won’t let me touch her paws. Dogtopia is so conveniently located close to on and off ramps to 95. They’re fantastic!

I love Dogtopia and my babies do too. I appreciate the staff knowing my pups by name. The cameras provide added assurance that they are being treated well. My only negative is how the packages are handled. I was on the 1X per week package and was considering bumping it to 2 X week. Recently, one of my babies got sick with kennel cough on a Friday. I was not sure if the other or both would be able to go to daycare the following week. The fee for 1 X a week was debited from my account as appropriate. However, when I decided to keep both of them home out of an abundance of caution, I lost the fee because I did not give enough notice that they would not be in. I understand not being able to refund the fee, but I thought it would at least be rolled over. I would suggest modifying the policy and allow rollover as long as it is used within a certain amount of time before it is forfeited. Perhaps it must be used within 30 days or at least within 2 weeks.
I love that you provide fun activities for my puppy. I love that the workers know her name when she walks through the door. I also love the fun keep sakes we get from time to time.
They care for our dogs the way we do
Onsite service and personnel are great. Dogtopia app, particularly after the update, is awful. Hard to find anything , and even after submitting information, the app fails to save.
Times are accommodating, staff is knowledgeable and friendly.
The staff is pretty good. However, you can tell this isn’t their “forever job” and most are college aged young adults with minimal responsibilities. The problem I had was every time I’d pick my dog up after a long day she would absolutely smell like urine and faces. I would have to get her washed up before I allowed her in the house to roam freely on furniture or carpets. I mentioned this a few times and was met with a response of “well she likes to roll on the floor, and that’s her playing style”. I understand this, however if that’s her playing style , why is there other dog excrement on the floor to be rolling around in? Perhaps it’s a prompt cleaning issue, or neglecting to clean things up when dogs go potty. I do not have an answer, but I can say this was super frustrating and it was mine, and my dogs best interest to seek out another solution for daycare.
The crew is super upbeat and go out of their way to make sure your
pup is taken care of . Cortney is a tremendous leader for her team.

DogTopia in Greensburg has a friendly environment that you feel instant trust when you drop your pup for a day of play. The staff are very accommodating and welcoming. The spa services are very convenient, and the groomers do an excellent job.
