I like the professional, caring staff and how they interact with the dogs. The webcams are a great feature so you can peak in on your pup and see the fun they are having with their doggie friends.

Staff is super nice with my puppy. Every request or concerned we had, they were able to accommodate us. Also location and hours are very convenient.

I’ve never seen my dog so happy as when she gets to go to daycare. She actually cries when we turn the corner and she sees the building.

We were visiting our daughter over the holiday and needed to board our two dogs for a couple hours during our stay. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and professional. I love Dogtopia, but what is really important is that my dog loves it. He starts whining as soon as I pull into the parking lot, knowing where he is going. He runs in the door and knows exactly what door to go to for his daycare. I can watch him on camera and always feel like they are taking good care of him, and he loves playing with his friends. Everyone there is attentive and helpful and it's worth every penny to know KC loves going there and is well taken care of. I highly recommend using Dogtopia, even if it's only once a week, to get your dog out of the house and be able to play during the day. They also have great spa services and overnight boarding, and I have used both with great satisfaction.

We love Dogtopia! Apollo gets plenty of play time and socialization with other dogs and lots of love from the coaches. I can also have him bathed and groomed while he’s there - it gives me so much more time when I don’t have to schedule additional appointments and work them into my schedule!

Some years ago, I had a very bad experience with a kennel service that mixed dogs in a space without knowing their dispositions, or how they mixed with other animals. My dog was seriously injured in an attack. And to make matters worse, when my wife picked up our dog, they charged her for the day. It was infuriating. So, to answer the question "what do I like?", the short answer is the method Dogtopia uses to ensure each dog's disposition works with a group and how they behave through a long day of doggie interaction. They are careful and thorough, and they look for more than just ease of association. They look for signs of anxiety.

I have been sending my dog to Dogtopia, Garden City Park location, for several years now. The staff is wonderful. They are very caring and attentive to my dog. They know my dog (and me). I am greeted each time I come and so is my dog! The staff knows how my dog reacts and behaves.

They reach out to me to see if I want to order a special treat, meal for my dog. Dogtopia also offers boarding and grooming (i.e.: bath, clipping nails, brushing teeth, etc). It is a one stop shop! There is no sales pressure either

-When I picked my dog (we’ve only had her one month) up from the trial (one day before our trip), I witnessed one of the employees yelling at the dogs and swinging around whatever she had in her hand to get them away from the windows. This was in a different room than my dog was in, but I absolutely did not feel good about leaving my dog after that—but unfortunately had no other option aside from canceling the trip.

-The quality and usability of the cameras is very low. The image freezes/is very slow, and every once in a while connection is lost, requiring a browser refresh and selecting the correct room again, which is poorly formatted for a smart phone on the website.

I recently started bringing my dog, Merlin, to this daycare, and the experience has been nothing short of amazing. From the moment we walk in, the staff greets Merlin like he’s one of their own. They’re friendly, attentive, and genuinely care about the dogs in their care.

I’m biased because my puppies have been going to Dogtopia since they were babies.

I love that the team not only adores my pups, but all the pups — they know each of them by name.
I enjoy receiving daily texts about discounted services and fun treats for the day.

I also love all the fun activities they do with the dogs and the holidays they celebrate — lots of cute pictures, crafts, and more. I just LOVE it! They have a great team!! Not to mention, the boys love it too!🐾
