Clarity with pricing and invoices. I’ve been using your services for years and it’s really has shocked me how much of an increase and lack of transparency there has been since joining. Thankfully I don’t need to use the services as often. I am grateful for the past experience and really don’t have any negative to say in that regard but I wouldn’t recommend any business that isn’t transparent with their pricing
We stumbled upon Dogtopia Deer Park while visiting my elderly parents for the summer, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about them.
My parents had originally planned to watch our 6-month-old Labrador puppy, Raleigh, while we flew to Georgia. Unfortunately, a 65-pound puppy who has no idea how big he is proved to be a little too much for them to handle! We were already out of state when we realized we needed another plan, so I called Dogtopia in a bit of a panic. The team immediately jumped in to help and made the entire process incredibly easy.
Raleigh had the absolute best time during his stay. One of our favorite parts was being able to watch him on the webcams playing with all of his new dog friends while we were away. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing he was happy, safe, and having fun.
Every staff member we met was genuinely kind, welcoming, and clearly cared about the dogs. We were so impressed that we brought Raleigh back the following week while we attended a family reunion in Wisconsin over the Fourth of July.
The best endorsement we can give is that Raleigh is always excited to go and comes home happy and content. That tells us everything we need to know. We are so grateful we found Dogtopia Deer Park and would recommend them without hesitation!

I love the fact that DogTopia staff is very loving and professional! I love the fact that my dog Oreo cookie and my mom’s dog Axel are excited to go, they’re well behaved when they get home and we can tell they’re very well taken care of and loved. Friendly staff, accomodating
The staff if very friendly and seems to truly love the dogs. The app makes it so easy to book an appointment. The location is good for me. I love the ability to view the webcam during my dog's stay. The staff gives feedback on my dog's activities and interaction with other dogs when I pick him up.
Kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. I really appreciate their expertise in dog enrichment, which is fantastic for my pack.

Jax had a great time! I was a bit nervous ….everyone, the entire staff was very kind. For some reason, I couldn’t get the camera to work, but I will figure it out. I appreciate the care that Jax received and I love the report card.

Our Blue Bear has been going to Dogtopia OV for several years now and we have always had amazing first class service. He is naturally an anxious pup so to see him excited and eager to interact with the staff is awesome. Ari and Kumi are his favorites and it is apparent he is well cared for and loved by the team there.
