Our purchase of a new Imagine 2670MK travel trailer went pretty smooth. All the various General RV staff involved did a nice job in terms of shepherding us through the process. The VIP welcome signs and badges were a cute touch. Amber did a good job in terms af keeping pick up day on track. Felt like I got all my questions answered. Felt it was obvious that General RVclearly put some effort in terms of preparing for our "pick up" day. I have no complaints!
Gus and Anthony were the best. Although we were in the market for a RV, we had no plans to act as quickly as we did. General had the perfect coach for us at a price within our budget so we jumped in with both feet. The whole General team made the process so easy, but Gus and Anthony were over the top!
