Very pleased with the introduction to the fifth wheel trailer we ended up purchasing. Everyone was very helpful throughout the process. We had good communication with the different people we needed to work with. We agreed on a price and the only add-ons turned out to be Michigan state fees for a few hundred dollars each.

The whole experience was an exceptional one. Stephen Pratt spent the time to find us the RV we were looking for and even though we were being very selective he never made us feel that we were a burden. The process of taking delivery of our RV was amazing, thank you Kevin. We walked out feeling like we were part of General RV's family. It was a very positive experience.
