The service lounge is alway very clean and well maintian by the custodial staff. The entire staff was beyond professional. From sales, to finance, to our walk-through. It was like walking in to your own home.
I purchased a 2019 NewMar Dutch Star 4369 from GeneralRV Winter Garden, FL. The entire process was excellent. The Sales and Service teams went far above and beyond my expectations. They welcomed 3rd party inspections. When the inspector arrived the coach was already setup with power and water. Each items found, GeneralRV fixed without questions. They also found a few issues on their own inspection. When the external refrigerator/freezer was not present as the sales photo had shown, they bought and installed a new one. They allowed us to stay two nights putting our 5th wheel next to the coach to transfer our belongings.
We full-time RV. The financing was painless. There was no pressure to purchase a maintenance contract.
There were two customer service representative assigned to us. They checked on us on a regular bases and kept us up-to-date on the service team progress. When we had a need, they were there to help.
I had not driven a Class-A before. One of our service reps took me out for a test drive. He gave me instructions on the best practice for left and right turns as well as braking.
We had an Air Force One system installed on our Jeep for towing. They did a thorough explanation and demonstration on how it hooked up and what to expect while towing.
I could not have had a better experience! I highly recommend GeneralRV, Winter Garden, FL, for the purchase of your next coach or service on your current coach.
