Had a perfect experience. The parts person worked hard at getting me a replacement part, he really went out of his way to make sure everything went smooth. Thank you and the hot shower was great.

Our experience started with our salesperson, Patrick. Very nice person and a great salesperson and representative for your company. We further had our “ walk through “ with Christina Boucher. She was very helpful and knowledgeable not to mention a great joy to be with. We also had the pleasure of dealing with Joey Molly. Joey was very kind, professional and again a joy to be with. We concluded with Jarod Swinehart, Business Manager. He was equally helpful as all the others. Thanks to these people, we have become a customer of General RV and feel like we met some new friends. Laid back, helpful sales approach. All staff was friendly and very helpful. Financing was the same. An all around enjoyable experience and we are very pleased to have purchased this RV .
