He made the complicated financial transaction easy to understand and put us at ease immediately. Our host, Andrea was a pleasure to work with and kept us up to date on all details throughout our stay at General RV. Lastly, we had the technicians in service install 2 Micro-Air Easy Starts on the 2 rooftop A/C's units. We couldn't be more satisfied. Overall experience at General RV was fantastic. Great team!

The service rep Ollie and Becky worked very hard to get to the bottom of our concerns and issues we had with our 16 foot travel trailer. They both explained the process of what they were going to do to try to help us. Ollie took time to answer and thoroughly explain answers to the 101 questions we had. He checked into different possibilities of why the camera we had installed was not pairing up. He researched info on the electric brake we had installed to help us better understand how to use it properly. He showed my husband an easier way to put on and take off the sway bars, as well as the best way to connect and secure the chains so they are not dragging. He was SOOO HELPFUL! He did not get annoyed or make us feel bad for not knowing this stuff. He paid attention to learning about where things were on our trailer so he would know for future visits or other clients. The whole team was very nice to us. As we waited for the ball bearing tires to be repacked the way they were checking in on us and others as we waited for the services to be completed was appreciated. They get a 10 from us!

We live in Miami, Florida, and chose to drive all the way to Salisbury, North Carolina, to purchase our unit, even though we had plenty of options closer to home.
