Timely, experienced, great customer service

Lance is great too work with. He has been dealing with our warranty issues great and getting things accomplished in a timely and friendly manor. Dealing with General RV with our current Camper is such a delight compared to our previous Camper and dealer. Night and day difference!

Parts were easy to get on order and they held them for me until I could return from business travel and come to the store to pick them up. Very smooth process from start to finish.

We were listened to regarding what we were looking for in an RV. Finance took their time with us & giving us all our options for payment & all add-ons available. Everyone was very patient & answered our questions. If they didn’t have the answer, they found out from another or the manufacturer

Service technician there are fantastic. We picked up our coach and there where a few things that needed attention and the service technician were on top of if and included us so we knew exactly what needed fix/replaced.

Very patience and understanding group of people. Even the mechanics are willing to drop what they doing and answer questions. Makes me wanted to work here and be part of their team. My wife was looking for a specific motor home and I was surprised that that through working with her, giving time to understand her and what she wants, we were all winners at the end. The dealer got their sales and I have a happy wife.

Took camper in for warranty work.
Jordan kept me updated several time on how things were going. They also got it done fairly quick considering they had to wait for grand design to send parts.
Over all very happy with the service term they were very professional everything was repaired that I ask to be and Jordan did an awesome job on keeping me updated.
