Staff was friendly and very helpful.

It actually started with Hafin located in Utah internet sales. He got a hold of us on a Saturday evening to get the process started. The wanted to get the sale in by July 31st. He worked with us all day Sunday and Monday to make the deal work. If it weren't for his tireless efforts this deal would have never happened. Great effort. Great guy. Happy ending. Also when we showed up on the 31st. Aerial was very welcoming and helpful. Jim was very knowledgeable as he gave us all the the time we needed to get to know our new rv. He knew his stuff and answered every question we had. Very happy campers

The service department was very helpful and did a great job communicating with me. I was frustrated at times that other new vehicles were being moved ahead of our camper.

After selecting the perfect RV for my wife and me, the negotiations went well. Rusty did a great job of showing us trailers with features we wanted. Jarod walked us through the financial details expertly. When we returned to drop off our trade-in and get our new trailer, the walk through with Hadley was great. We especially liked the service department walk through. We wrapped up the final paperwork with Jarod, and a technician helped us hookup the trailer. All in all, it was great to work with the team there!

Couple of people there was great, but didn’t like to be pushed on some things

The pre purchase experience was good.

When we bought the trailer everyone was very professional and not pushy! Our trailer had some issues that service was prompt and excellent about fixing. The only complaint I would add is the latest time I brought my trailer in (fridge broke) the communication was lacking. I do think the repairs will be handled correctly. One suggestion is when you are busier than expected at least let your patrons be aware. Most people understand as long as they know!

Gus is a very good sales person, overall the experience was low pressure.

My first interaction with General rv was pleasant. But was not able to make a deal.
Then I encountered Tory from General RV in Dover Fl. I was compelled to drive 178 miles, to south Florida to get my deal ! By what he said: "I will do everything I can to get you a deal". "To make you happy". I took the chance.
This is what that drive south gave me.
We don't have what your looking for, But we will find and get you one in 24hrs.
They found one in 15 minutes about 100 miles north and said, it's in Winter Garden, Fl. This will be your deal. Tory and his sales manager gave me a price and I gave them a down payment.
They worked out the paperwork with a receipt and said I could pick it up Wednesday.
I returned home and within 24 hrs , General Rv of Winter Garden fl called and had some questions about our tow vehicle. All was great and we made the appointment for pickup.
Bryan in service was fantastic, he took kim and I to our new 2026 Grand Design Imagine 2700BS travel trailer, to check it out and a walk through. ( under an umbrella from the rain) answered all our questions and gave an enormous amount of suggestions.
Ken in finance explained all the paperwork and we were able to get it completed in a reasonable amount of time.
Everyone we encountered at Winter Garden General RV were the REAL VIP'S.

Seems everyone was willing to help me with anything I needed

The Salesman Joe Crement was fantastic, ask for him. He took all the time I needed which was a lot. Fair price and the hand offs between departments was great. The independent inspector said the RV was very good shape. He had a few items on his list to be worked out. I emailed them to Joe C. And received an ok with in an hour. All items where taking care of and I was very pleased with the patience of there teams. I was first time buyer of an RV. I feel I got a very good unit and look forward to getting on the road. Last thing, they have fresh cookies baked on site.

I had a great experience purchasing my RV from General RV. The entire process was handled virtually, and they made it incredibly easy from start to finish. The financing process was straightforward, communication was excellent, and they clearly explained everything I needed to provide. The paperwork was efficient and hassle-free.

A special thank you to Zach, who was fantastic throughout the process. He made sure I had all the information I needed and did an excellent job with our Zoom walkthrough of the RV. Even though I wasn’t there in person, I felt confident and well-informed every step of the way.

Very friendly and not too pushy

Kevin was understanding in what our must haves were while sticking to our budget. He made us feel like friends instead of just another sale. He didn't try to pressure us into purchasing something that we didnt need or want. Marty was super helpful and explained everything throughout the financing. Overall, everyone was very nice and willing to answer any questions we had. Great place to buy! We'll be back when we need to upgrade!

Friendly service people

This is our 3rd rv. By far the easiest transaction from start to finish. Haley answered our questions..very knowledgeable ..very patient..we enjoyed working with her ....we did not at any point feel pressured ..all the staff were friendly.. good experience.. thanks everyone..

I had my fifth wheel in for a recall and was having an issue with on of the slides. They looked at the slide discovered the problem submitted a warranty request and scheduled an appointment to install the parts before I leave on vacation
