At time of delivery, everyone was so great at welcoming and polite. It wasn’t a big box store experience that I expected. I had very little to do with the salesman and he wasn’t there the day I picked it up but everyone else through the entire company was phenomenal.

Every one is super friendly. They get involved with you showing interest in getting your questions answered. From the very moment you come through that door you get a friendly greeting and on your way out a friendly good day! You don’t seem to see that kind of good behavior from people anymore.

I loved the overall experience! Everyone was super nice. The only thing is we bought a used RV and was told that they checked everything to make sure it was in working condition. I didn't realize that meant the black tank would be 1/3 of the way full with someone else's poop. The fresh water tank also had some form of mold in it. We got everything cleaned out but I would expect a dealership to properly clean everything prior to selling it to a customer.
General RV Center of West palm Beach was an amazing experience. All service personnel were very professional and knowledgeable making our experience outstanding. We highly recommend this facility for all services.

General RV South Weber gave us incredible sales and service. We received the best deal all around on our new 2026 Brinkley 3200 Z 5th wheel. The whole process was well instrumented and the experience was very satisfying I would recommend GRV SW in a heartbeat. I would like to recognize a few names that made this experience very amenable for us. Pax Jenson (General Manager), Zach (incredible master tech in service) and Scott Becker (awesome on the financial side of the deal). Give them a shot at your next RV purchase!
The customer service team was very helpful. We ordered a new hitch from Boyd and got trouble shooting instillation information from the parts manager, James. We will continue to do business with General RV, Clarkston.
