I have had three experiences with your company: buying the trailer, picking up the trailer, and service/safety recalls. My experience with buying the trailer was not that pleasant and neither was picking it (Elizabethtown, PA). However, your service department in Ocala was top notch from getting the appointment to fixing the safety recalls was fantastic. Based on how they handled everything I would recommend them but Elizabethtown, PS not so much.
Everything was Perfect! I drove over 7 hours to the dealership to purchase my ModBug, when I arrived they rolled out the red carpet. Everything was ready, my time was valued, all my questions were answered, and it was exactly as advertised. The entire team at the Elizabethtown PA location are top notch!
We bought our unit from you, and been happy with the service we have gotten over the years. But,we did come in for a part ,and I wish the person who helped us would have explained the difference between the products. I would have bought the more expensive one, but he didn't explain the difference, and I didn't know.

General RV has a Great Service Dept. Nikki Hughlett does an outstanding job of keeping us updated whenever we have our coach in for repair or warranty work. She actually tracks warranty issues on our coach for us.
