From start to finish was exceptional. Mark our salesman was honest and helpful all the way through and after. When we did our walkthrough with Zack he was very thorough and made sure we understood everything. Then we went to sign everything with Justin and he was the best financial manager that we ever worked with. All and all everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable.

Kathryn and Andrew kept me informed and worked with me every step of the way. I love the craftsmanship that your techs have and I love the peace of mind General RV of Huntley gives us. Already have my end of season service paid for and set up for winter storage.

We plan on trading in our 5th wheel in a couple of years and upgrading to a diesel pusher. We wouldn’t buy from anyone but General RV.

Great hospitality, Brendan Ashley was our salesman and did a great job and fought for the sale and my business. Over every person that helped us was amazing. Much better than the service I received from camping world.

Out sales associate, Tommy, was fabulous. We probably would not have bought anything if it wasn't for him, taking the time to understand us and our needs and then showing us the perfect vehicle for us.
In addition, everyone that we worked with, from john in finance to eric in insurance, were terrific. We looked at a variety of rvs with other dealers, and I am genuinely pleased that we chose and are working with General RV. That you are around the country, including Florida where we live, makes things simpler.
So, thanks! We are excited about our new home away from home!

It’s been a different experience - positive - working with service writer Leah Meacham. She does what she says she’s going to do and actually calls the customer with updates! The techs appear to do quality work, and they have a good shop manager (Matt). Mark Anderson is still my favorite sales person.

I came back to look at the rv's again and Patrick was awesome! He was very patient with me as I went back and forth between a couple of campers. Then we went to see one more.....and that was it!!!!! Fell in ❤️ the moment I went in.
I really didn't think I would be eligible to purchase it but Brian worked his magic!!!
The day my walk through came I was over the moon. Steve and Bruce were AMAZING!!! They were so patient with my 1000 questions. They made sure I understood how my camper worked. I couldn't have asked for better assistance with my purchase of my camper.

What did you like about your experience with General RV?

We live in Massachusetts but found an RV on your site that seemed to meet our needs.When I called about it I talked to Chris York and within an hour he sent us a walkthrough video. He was so helpful with all our questions, we had faith enough to drive down to Florida with our trade. Right now we are on our way back to Massachusetts with our Class A diesel pusher and are very happy with our purchase. Thank you to everyone.

From start to finish , it was extremely professional and personal. We got treated like we were the only people to ever buy a camper and they were terrific with my children, They love the golf Cart ride which Was a added pleasure?I was not expecting. From alyssa , all the way to david and customer service in between , it was a fantastic experience.

We actually called back to talk to the general manager about the red carpet welcoming we had when picking up our new RV. We wanted to tell him what a wonderful experience it was having Bob to go through everything about the unit. What a great presentation.

In addition we have already received our paperwork to obtain our plates, this was totally unexpected so quick.

All and all, we had a great time. Thank you, Lee and Stacy
