It was so nice to have a dealership that was there to repair what was needed, but not looking to profit off the customer. Steve and the Service Manager went over the unit with me and developed a plan. Work that was suggested by a competitor was not even needed.
The experience was the best that we’ve had at any RV dealership. There were issues and every time we walked around our new unit we found more issues, but they were corrected to the best of their ability before we left. They did state that both propane bottles were full, and in fact, they were not when we got home one was almost empty. Other than that, I would recommend general RV.
Everyone was super kind and very knowledgeable. No one was pushy. It was nice and I love the camper.

Very nice staff they treated me like a valuable customer and answered all my questions and took and showed me how too operate everything in my new RV Also gave me a great buy on upgrading the battery I will say I was not happy with installation price but besides that everything was great

Madison advocated for us as a customer to Brinkley to get everything needed on our coach addressed under warranty at no charge to us. The technicians were detailed in their work and interested in maintaining the high quality standards of the product.
