Great customer service.
I liked the quick negotiations and presentation by salesperson. However when picking trailer up I was disappointed in trying to be charged 112.00 and an environmental fee and shop supplies to plug a Bluetooth electric brake controller in. It ruined the excitement of taking possession as well as employees trying to leave on time. But overall I thought it was a good deal

The quick response to trying to figure out the issue with our RV
A breath of fresh air when compared to La Mesa in Phienix or Indoor RV center in Surprise. The personnel at General were kind, attentive and took the time to show me the brands and listened to what I was looking for. Not one rude or arrogant person there. Reminded me of how businesses used to be 20 or more yrs ago. They gave me a tutorial on the van and answered my questions to include future questions or problems if any I may encounter. I highly recomment General. Art and Linda are the best. I can't think of the young man who gave me tour in using the Nova but he too. Everyone I ran into.

The service process was easier. I was able to leave the trailer for the day. Before it was a requirement to stay while the repairs were done which usually was an entire day.
Our family was truly treated like VIPs while we were there. The camper walk-through was excellent. The person showing us the RV did an excellent job showing us the interior and exterior as well as answering any questions we had. Going through the paperwork to close the sale went very smoothly. Overall, this was a great experience!
We really liked the thoroughness of the walk around / tour of the unit you are purchasing, going through every little thing whether you're an experienced camper or new is great. The people working at the specific store were very professional and understanding with everything going on. Would recommend this store to all.

Had a fantastic experience from the time the Sales person (Jon) called me and set up an appointment all the way through us driving off the property. It took a total of 2 days to correct some items and transfer stuff from our old motorhome to the new one. The service dept. was wonderful and had everything taken care of for us
