Friendly and prompt service team. I was informed of things that needed to be done as far as maintenance but without pressure. When I arrived for winterization of my RV, they said it would take a certain time and they were right. I’m happy 😊

I had reservations going in due to very discouraging online reviews but I figured I’ll give it a shot and responded to an online ad for a used travel trailer. But my experience was very pleasurable. From the front desk greeting me with a big smile. The transaction was quick and efficient and all that I interacted with were very professional.

General took care of every detail for our trade in, new purchase, pickup and delivery to the campground. We also had all the details to obtain necessary insurance, financial arrangements, and they gave us a detailed tour of our purchase with excellent instructions for hookups, settings, appliances, etc. by Patrick. This was our 3rd RV purchase from General and we had the best experience in each case. Thanks to all who helped us in this process which took only 5 days.

I liked how they went through the rv with us step by step. Tim came out to set up the rv he did a great job. The finance people where great.
