Everyone is professional and works at their jobs and takes great effort to ensure customers from Billy Ray to Kenneth, Maddox, and Janet. These people have made this experience one of excellence. It is rare to find facility that handles everything in such a professional manner Janet deserves an outstanding award. She was very knowledgeable of everything about the RV and answered all of my questions and showed me some questions. I may have had that I didn’t ask. She is an excellent employee and does wonderful at her job of working with the customers.

Being a first time RV purchaser, they setup my class B RV. We spent 2 hours with a very patient, friendly, knowledgeable, delivery specialist. He made sure we were comfortable with the full operation of the vehicle.

Whether purchasing or needing service, I have been treated like my businesses matters.
My most recent visit to GRV was for service on my Alliance Avenue 5th wheel.
Brenda in Service was friendly and professional and kept me informed . When I picked up my 5th wheel she showed me step by step pictures of all the things that were serviced and repaired.
Brenda also went out with me to inspect my 5th wheel to insure there was no damage .
If and when I need repairs or service on my trailer I will be looking for Brenda .
I believe if you manage your expectations and treat people with respect and kindness they will treat you the same.

The delivery specialist Tom Hunt was the most helpful. He thoroughly showed me everything on the coach and how to operate everything. He was able to answer all my questions and was very patient and made sure I knew how to do everything.
