How the manager was able to solve all of the mistakes made at the trade show and get us on the road in our new camper. Great work!
We first encountered your business at Birch Run while traveling when we needed urgent warranty service. Richard Buning our Service Manager took care of us and made sure our trip was not interrupted in the least! Since then we have had our Camper serviced with Birch Run General RV and Richard Buning has handled us with the utmost professionalism every time! We have even had warranty work delayed to be completed by Birch Run General RV because up to now we have been completely satisfied with all the work we have had completed there! I cannot say the same about the other camper store who serviced us once before! They left the work incomplete and General RV in Birch Run completed it! I have verbally spoken highly of our experience with General RV....I wish I could name the people who worked behind the scenes on our camper as well as they have performed professionally as well. I just don’t have their names but they deserve to be mentioned as well.
