We had a fantastic experience with General RV Center from start to finish. Dominick, our sales rep, went above and beyond, personally locating the exact 2025 model we saw online, even though it was undergoing inspection in the service bay. We placed a deposit the same day, and Tommy supported us throughout the financing process. We ultimately chose to buy it outright, and to our surprise, the price didn’t change.
When we returned to finalize paperwork, the dealership made us feel like VIPs.. literally. Our name and RV photo were displayed on-screen at check-in, and we received VIP badges. Sam C. greeted us warmly, offered drinks, and patiently answered our newbie questions while Ryan T. prepared the walkthrough.
The walkthrough was incredibly thorough. Ryan explained every system, showed us key features, and even flagged a couple of issues we hadn’t noticed—which he documented for correction before delivery. Afterward, he gave us a tour of the parts and service areas before returning us to complete final paperwork with Tommy.
Start to finish, we were in and out in under two hours. We’re thrilled with our purchase and highly recommend General RV Center.

Our salesmen Tucker Raich and his brother Johnathan Valascez were amazing!! Ashley in finance worked so hard to get us a better rate with the bank. That meant a lot to us that she put in the extra time to get us a better payment. Our walk through agent Josue was very thorough and informative. We had such a positive experience buying our first Apex Nano from Tucker that when it came time to upgrade there was no doubt that we would return to General RV for a 5th wheel.
We love the keep you camping policy. This has been very helpful when we were on the road.

The amazing deals and up front honesty
took my trailer in to get a hairline fracture fixed in july, crack came back in september and they fixed it for no charge in a fast manner, thanks to tanya and adam. their hourly rate is a little high for my liking but would go back to general rv
My service advisor Brian went above and beyond to help me . I would recommend him to my friends if they needed service I would rate his ability as a service advisor as a 10.
