We have purchased a few RVs from general rv and have had extensive service done in the past. We were not impressed with service . This was years ago. However, we did just purchase a new class c and Hayden Russell was our sales rep. He was awesome- very caring and knowledgeable and we would definatly use him again in the future.

Heather and my mechanic took an unpleasant situation and turned it around! Heather kept me informed throughout the day with status updates. She even pointed out additional items I didnt list that they would address My mechanic did not take the easy way out. He went the extra mile and improved on how Thor ran production wiring.

I called them on my way back from Az. I needed some warranty work done and an initial engine oil change as well as the generator. Called them while we were on the road and they magically worked us in. Wonderful people.

Flexibility in scheduling me in on the same day. Assisting with locating parts locally, which I procured for the work. Succinct description of the work hours needed and delivery on that promise.
