Everyone was very helpful

When we arrived we were welcomed with a smile and helped right away. We had two different travel trailers and our salesperson Adam was there to make sure we had all our questions answered before we even stepped into the lot to take a look. Once outside Adam showed us both options and even happily took us back to the first one (the one we purchased) to compare and contrast to make sure we were genuinely happy with our selection. After agreeing on a price that served everyone we were then transferred over to Rob who again was an all-star (even if he is a Chiefs fan… GO BIRDS). He talked us through the loan process very clearly and was able to answer any and all questions without hesitation. While the process was going on we had the pleasure of speaking with Chyene who was also a complete pleasure.

It was time for a final walk through and finalization of paperwork and our walk through was done by Angle who touched on every aspect of the trailer and even some things I did not know as an experienced camper. I felt confident know I made a good purchase with him. We went back to Rob to finish paperwork and again easy going and all questioned answered right away.

I know we met other and I apologize for forgetting names but I just want to say from the moment we walked in the door we were treated so wonderfully and in a world were most people rarely share amazing experiences I think this team did an amazing job.

Straightforward process. Hillary and John were both great to work with.

Phil did a nice job with walk through on the day of pick up and addressing any of our concerns. We did end up waiting over an hour after our appointment time before things got rolling though. Not sure if it was a staffing issue or clients beforehand taking longer than expected.

Overall enjoyed the ease of process of purchasing our first camper.

Although we had initial problems with the delivery of our RV, the sales and management teams at the dealership went through an extensive investigation into our situation and recommended many solutions- asking us which one best suited our needs. While this took some time, we were extremely satisfied with the end result. The RV will require additional work, but it will be done in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications.

Aaron the manager, Rich our sales associate and Mike the finance manager should be recognized for their dedication to our needs and their commitment to satisfying a resolution for all parties. They made a bad situation develop into a very satisfactory resolution for us and made us feel like a true customer and not a sales figure.

I would highly recommend this RV dealership for anyone seeking a great deal and a competent sales team, they are outstanding.

The whole team were approachable, kind and very professional. From Robert, PJ,Jonathan, Wyatt and Westin all of these young men treated me with respect, honesty and kindness from day one. Not one of them tried to pressure or oversell me anything.
