Everyone was very helpful, friendly, and truthful. We were treated very well.

I recently purchased an RV from General RV Brownstown. I have yet to take it out out on its' first adventure so I cannot comment on satisfaction about the product but I wanted to give a nice shout out the the sales/service team that I worked with so far.

Kathleen Kind was very respectful and flexible in working with me in getting the sale started. She got back to me right away when I had questions.

Joe in the finance department did is due diligence in offering me various extras but was not overly pushy as some people in his position can be. He was very enjoyable to work with.

Chris Beamish (Shop Foreman) was a rock star. He did a professional job with a re-work on my city water attachment (part of my sales agreement). But the most impressive part, being that I am a single women, was that he made sure to run everything by me and show me his plans to get my approval and input before starting the project.

My hope is that General RV continues to impress as I get my new vehicle on the road!
