They were able to fix my awning issue and were very helpful answering my questions
They listened to my concerns and got me in and out pretty quickly, doing warranty repairs. One item they turned in to warranty, but released the camper to me until they got authorization and the part. They just told me the warranty was approved and the item was put on order. As soon as the part gets in, they will get me right in to make the repair. Very easy process.
My wife and I purchased a new travel trailer from General rv in Birch Run and we had an amazing experience from start to finish. Not one single complaint. Will recommend this place to anyone looking to buy or even browse. Awesome people. Thanks again!

I appreciate Shannon. The issues I’m bringing in aren’t trivial or straightforward to solve, and she keeps progress moving and communicates to me along the way very well. Credit to the techs in the shop for sure, but it’s Shannon I see and talk to.
We still have some parts on order and more work to do, but I’m pleased with the progress and the commitment.

The amount of space we were given when making our purchase. Often sales people are known for pestering their clients and Patrick did a great job of giving us our space while also communicating when it mattered. I also loved that every single person we encountered in person in the dealership was phenomenal.

Alan in the service department was excellent. He got all my complaints fixed with no problem whatsoever within a timely manner once he learned that the sales department kind of dropped the ball and didn’t send him all the information. Alan took care of it and ordered in what he needed after talking to him and getting it taken care of.
It's a very nice camper, very friendly employee's, but im not too impressed on how unclean i got it. I went camping over the weekend and noticed a layer of dust on things. Mirrors were not clean either, just smeared as we're attempted to be clean.
