He listened to us regarding what we wanted, he didn't pressure us at all, and he took his time to provide us with all the information we needed in order to make our purchase. Very friendly people that are very knowledgeable about all things camping!!! Came in and had a new hitch installed and got lots of information about other camping related things. Definitely recommend them to anyone needing information about camping and RVs or camping trailers.
