Appointment started an hour late. But from that point on, the entire team did everything they could to try to get me out of there so we could be home by 3:00 p.m.. They were not successful, but every effort was made after we arrived.
I was a little disappointed because three times we were asked to do a 9:30 or noon appointment, and three times over the course of the week beforehand I told them we needed to be back home bye 3:00 p.m., departing no later than noon. Gary and the team there were awesome, but the lead up for the week beforehand left a bit to be desired.

Everyone we worked with! Alec, Trevor, Max, Chris, Melissa, and especially Patrick who answered all our questions during the walk through. Great people, great service. And Jon from Ocala, too!

Everything from sales, finances and parts. They were professional, helpful and friendly. The prices were good and I researched alot of other places. General RV had a better selection and prices. Everything was explained about my camper very good. Bill from parts did an amazing job on my walk-thru of my camper and explained what I needed for living in my camper all year round. Hats off to all who helped me! Thank you 😊
