Alysha was great as always. Service area seemed stressed out. Following Normal winterization with pressure check for leaks and request for inspection of backup camera to resolve connectivity issues with dash screen RV was returned without having the anode rod attached to the galley faucet in plastic bag ad usual and the black and gray discharge valves were still open and the cap was not in place. Tech returning vehicle help me with valves and cap and Alysha had to chase down where the anode rod was and obtain a bag and tie. Vehicle should have been returned to me ready to go.

Very effective and efficiently diagnosed our problem, fixed it and even went a step further to cosmetically route the thermostat wiring behind some wall trim to “clean up” the dangling wire. Very professional, very pleased with the service.

Only draw back is I truly feel your labor rate is twice as high as it should be. It’s way higher than an auto mechanic at a dealership. I’ve been a mechanic all my life and I’ve worked on RV’s also.
It take way more knowledge and tools etc for modern automobiles than an RV.

Beth Bowman was an excellent service advisor. She kept me informed and updated on my repair. She is an asset to General RV.
