Sales and financing were great. Pick up day was disappointing. The RV was not ready, too many details to fix and the walk around almost was missed. Basically, the showing was done with the RV already parked at the exit door.
There were punctual and quick. They solved are problem and instilled confidence in the repair.
When we had some breakdown in communication the staff did everything they could to make get things taken care of for us. They were polite and understanding. Great crew General RV!!

The staff were extremely knowledgeable and the employees work hard to meet the customers needs. Service Advisor Matthew Garwood, in conjunction with Dave, did an excellent job servicing our Coachmen Remote’s solar, towing, and rearview camera systems.
I can’t say enough about how gracious everyone we dealt with was at General RV Winter Garden. From sales, to finance, to delivery, everyone went above and beyond to answer every question we had as beginner RVers. We never felt pressured into something that was more than we needed, we felt cared for and truly part of the General RV family at every step of the way.
When we’re ready for a larger, more upscale unit, we already know where we’ll be returning.
