PJ listened to what we were looking for and got us what best fit our request. Process was easy. They made sure the camper was working properly before we took it. PJ in sales and Mike in finance were great. The walk through of the camper by the young blonde gentleman was insightful (sorry I forgot your name).

This place was the ultimate customer service experience. From the time we picked the unit and started working with Matthew, to the communication with guest services, being greeted as a VIP, great service with fixing what was wrong in the walk through, great service in purchases we made in store, topped off propane and gas tank. Could not have asked for a better experience. Matthew even checked Knust he next day. Thank you to the entire team!

Ricky in Sales/Management and Byron and Don are consummate professionals and went above and beyond to make us very satisfied with our motorhome purchase. Brandon in Service did excellent job with installation and setup demonstration of our blue ox system we greatly appreciate his extra effort. Steve and CJ in Finance explained the protection plans very well to give us reassurance in our purchase.
Willing to accommodate various questions with solutions to resolve. Didn’t care for sales pressure to buy extra additional services, but understand their position. Thankful for the gift of the starter kit, much appreciated. Hopefully delivery to our site will be without issues or problems. Please insure all necessary manuals for the appliances are included with delivery. Please pre-test all systems to avoid a repair problem or issue.
How he explained everything to us and showed us very professional . The sales person was very kind and courteous to us. The sales person was Josh. I don’t remember the one that showed us through the trailer’s name, but he was very nice. Thank you.
Everybody at the Jacksonville General Rv was so helpful for us we had a problem with our generator. They were able to figure it out although we weren’t able to stay for them to fix it. We’re making an appointment on our way back through Jacksonville again where they said they would be more than happy to fix it for us I would recommend Jacksonville General Rv to anybody looking to get their RV taken care of. We dealt with Sandy. She was very helpful and Jay. The tech is going to fix it

My husband and I have been looking for a used class A RV for quite some time. We finally found exactly what we were looking for at General RV in Ashland, VA. My first interaction was the initial phone call to set up an appointment to come and see it. I was truly amazed with the kindness and professionalism given by the gentleman I was speaking with, I want to say his name was Jeff. He was able to answer all of my questions and even offered additional information without trying to rush me off the phone which prompted me to make the appointment before doing so. The very next day he followed up with a phone call to let me know we'd be meeting with Adam the day of our appointment. Adam was very polite, knowledgeable, and professional. He took us to see the unit and showed us a couple others that were in our price range just to give us a variety and make sure we were choosing the right fit for our needs. Once we chose the one we wanted we went back to Adam's desk, agreed on a number, gave a small down payment, and made the appointment to come back and sign papers to pick it up. When we arrived that day we felt like "Rock Stars" as soon as we walked through the front doors. We were greeted by Lisa (who is lovely by the way) with VIP name tags and given a run down of everything we'd be doing that day before signing on the dotted line. We were given a walk through and a thorough tutorial on how everything worked. Not only on the outside of the unit but inside as well. We were also introduced and greeted by every department head at the General RV Center. After we met everyone and felt comfortable with our purchase we sat down with Joey in finance. He too was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. When I told him I had my own financing he asked for permission to shop around and find a lower rate with the same term I was offered through my Credit Union. I had doubts he would but he did!! He saved me 1.5% on the interest rate and for that I'm truly grateful! Doesn't matter if you're purchasing a $10K pop up or a $2M dollar diesel pusher, everyone is treated like "Rock Stars"! And for that we will be back when we're ready to trade up!! Thank you General RV staff in Ashland, VA!! You're all Rock Stars in my book!!
I thought dealing with Hafin was pretty upfront and straightforward. Cari was prompted to answer any questions I had. Deanne and Wyatt very helpful in demonstrating unit and answer questions too.

Our service adviser, Erica, did an outstanding job of keeping us informed, working through the warranty approvals, and managing the logistics with the service team on our Brinkley. The whole service team and body shop did a great job on the extensive repair list.
