Very good service! Last year January 2025 I hit a large pothole and ripped one of my axels and spring off my RV. They worked very hard to fix this and did a full inspection of my RV without being asked just as a matter of routine. They found several problems and promptly asked my permission to fix it, which I gave. Through the whole process the kept me informed and up to date. We where on our way home to Muskoka Ontario so we left our RV with them and picked it up in mid March and they didn't charge us storage fees. I whole heartedly indorse General RV and would recommend them to all my friends!

When I had warranty work, It was taking very long time to get approved. The service manager approved taking existing parts off a new unit so I can get on my way. Appreciate it.
Jason Jones was very helpful with a few minor things that needed attention he also scheduled us a walk through with Paul Fruin - my wife and I can't say enough good things about Paul. He walked us through each feature and shared with us his expertise. He answered each question thoroughly and straight on with knowledge which instilled confidence in us. He listened to us which is extremely important - we appreciate is happy demeanor and his patience. We are now excited about camping. Thank you John Taylor for organizing the paperwork and Riley for the test drive. We can't wait to pick up our rv in March ! Thank You General RV !

I liked General RV's Communication during the buying process, thanks to Jack and Todd, including the service received during the delivery of our class B, thanks to Craig. The how to use and inspection of our new Class B was a thorough process in the delivery which was given to us by an expert and being new to class B we greatly appreciated the attention to detail.

Customer service was extremely important. The employees all worked well together to make the process of buying and the delivering of the motorhome successful.
Check in was easy. I wanted to speak to the person that was going to work on my motorhome and they made arrangements for that to happen. Notice came when the service was done and help was provided when I paid and picked up the motorhome.
Over all a good experience. I also enjoyed a soft drink that was provided.
