I would describe your staff as "enthusiastic."

Well… we had a couple issues with the RV that needed to be addressed, one specifically was related to the uncoupling of the travel trailer from my truck. The issue ended up being MY issue not the that of General RV, but GRV sent a tech all the way down to where our new RV was stored, quickly fixed the issue, then towed it all the way back to make everything else was PERFECT! This to me is EXTRAORDINARY customer service! The entire team at GRV is beyond nice, super professional and dedicated to making sure their customers are satisfied. I’d 100% recommend them to anyone seeking to purchase an RV and would buy from them again!!!

The service people we dealt with were knowledgeable and helpful.

From the start, Megan, our sales person, was wonderful. She put in the second effort by sending a narrated video and data sheet that helped us decide. Kelly did our delivery/walk thru and was wonderful, informative and patient.
Jamie did our docs, was informative and polite. I felt he knew what he was doing.
Brian, one of your service managers assisted us retrieving stuff from our trade and was very kind, helpful and patient.

I was greeted right away, very personable, I like that and was taken care of right away, information was taken abt what was needed and as I waited someone was checking on me and letting me know what was going on with my rv. I would definitely recommend the West Chester location, everyone there seems so friendly and smiling. Great customer service!

No pressure, great facility, everyone we encountered were helpful.
Only negative was I purchased a camera that didn’t come with screws I needed to install, guy at parts counter checked another box to see if it had them, and looked in his stash with no luck. But if shop were to install it they would have screws. I hadn’t towed in seven years so I really would have liked cameras getting on interstate a block into trip home.

The parts associated was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

While shopping for a new trailer- General RV was the first place we looked. We wanted to check out an older trailer on the lot and ended up liking the Intech. It helped that we knew one of the Manager's Clint Easling and he helped us make the purchase. We trusted his knowledge regarding the different trailers and how they ranked.

Great service and service advisor

I recently brought my RV in to have 1 minor issue addressed and another more complex issue that I thought could be expensive, ie more than $500.

My service guy, Chuck handled both items through the process of checking the issues completely with the assistance of maintenance which addressed both issues for under $150. I had my rig back in a day and both issues were handled completely!

Took my new RV in for a for punch list items. They were fantastic. Responded very quickly, identified the issues and and addressed them timely. Paul was fantastic. Thanks for your service.

It was a simple service ticket right up for a warranty repair. All is done and got me on my way real quick.

I just discovered my inspection was expired, but I called the shop and they managed to squeeze me in first thing tomorrow morning. Vacation is officially still on track.
