I used to feel like they were always pushing to sell me upgrades and expensive services. It started with putting liners in my tires and a little caulking. But the last couple of years you’ve become more concerned about my satisfaction.

I always enjoy working with Chad. He is a professional, and he never tries to sell me something I don’t need.

Our whole experience with General RV was wonderful. We previously dealt with Camping World for our first camper & had the worst experience. General RV handled everything from finding us the perfect fitting camper that met all of our needs, getting us the best value for our trade-in & assisting with the financing portion. Hopefully we have this RV for years to come, but if we ever decide to upgrade again, we’ll definitely be back!
