Lori is great. Having to pull my RV down there several times to complete warranty repair is not. Also, having to pay to reseal a trailer that is only 6 months old is ridiculous.

Great customer service!

Service was quick, but too quick, they left my outside shower faucet on. Water tank was almost empty by the time I was home.

Very nice to see the fast fix and help with the problem of my RV . Very happy to share with all how much care for the customer's time to fixing what RV has happened. Hugs and kisses to all the Vets and Troops and the family's.

The staff worked hard to find the right credit union and camper that fit my budget. They provided daily updates of where they were at in the process which made this process smooth sailing. I highly recommend general RV in Mt. Clemens. Big kudos to Michael Smith, our sales rep, and Mike Buchwald, our financial rep, for providing a great experience for us. We can’t wait to hit the road and make memories with our family in our brand new camper!
