My tow bar failed on a trip to the UP near Fenton, Mi. We pulled into a rest area, googled RV repair. Got General RV. Called, confirmed they had the correct new tow bar. Price was good , easy peasy.

The west palm store is the best. Bought my first camper from Palm beach Rv. Unfortunately bought new camper from the Tampa store but will still continue to use the west palm store for all services! Kaitlin and team did a great job and a quick turn around. Unfortunately will be back with more warranty work, but glad to know I will be in good hands.

Very good service
Everyone I came in contact with was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Jim the guy that worked with me. The techs, counter staff, everybody. I like all the floor modifications they’ve done, with the new lounge and bathrooms, etc. Fastest inspection I’ve ever gotten for any camper, or any other vehicle for that matter. I thought it was going to be a few hours, and even let them know they could keep it over the weekend if they needed to. I grabbed lunch at Jimmy John’s, and by the time I got home from that I got a call that it was ready. Only thing that surprised me a little was that I got charged for a minor part that wasn’t broken when I came in, but was when I picked it up. The little cable that plugs into the emergency brake box had somehow been snapped during the inspection or I guess maybe after, and when I went inside to get a new one, I was charged for it. It was only six or eight bucks, so it wasn’t that big a deal. I really like all they have done since the new ownership.

Your National Service Scheduling Center was able to find me a convenient appointment at a General RV near us to repair our loose driver’s side mirror while I was traveling on the road. Your staff was very accommodating and efficient in getting us in and out so we could resume our trip. Especially service tech Cheyenne. We found her very personable and able to accommodate our mobility issues. Thank you (and her) very much for taking care of us.
