I came in upset because of an accident with a tree and my fifth wheel. Nick, from service, was very nice. The man doing RV intakes was very helpful when I couldn’t get my RV off hitch. Darryl from service came out and looked at my hitch and determined it was not working properly. I went to see Griffin from sales and he , with management, gave me a good deal for much smaller fifth wheel with new hitch and fireplace thrown in. Heather, coordinator, made it all come together. Then Griffin from sales and his partner, moved all my stuff from 1RV to another. They were both pleasant and happy to help. Good people throughout General RV of Clarkston. I will come back for sure.

I like that I have the same advisor each time. I go there, so you establish a good report and relationship with Gage, I also like the amenities that are offered the chips, coffee , pop and water every each time I go there, I seem to be there for at least 5 hours so it helps, and I also like the free Wi-Fi.
I also like that.The receptionist is very helpful accommodating and the entire staff. Since there's no facebook group for my thor twenty four point one I like that the service advisor will come out and show me how to do something.
