My sales person was so good. Made me feel like he was looking out for me. Didn't push me toward a certain model and really listened to what I needed. And now that I get an assigned service person, that is very helpful
I like the fact that the service rep I worked with while my RV was in the shop for six months was available when I had questions or concerns. I didn’t like the fact it took so long but considering the delays and the economy in todays world, it all worked out. Whenever I did call, whoever answered the phone was polite and tried to help.
