Great service with the service techs

Everyone tries really hard to take care of their costumers but they need more help in service. Why can’t General RV keep people working there. Ever time I come in the people I delt with are no longer there. I know it is hard to get anyone to work these days. You have the best camper dealership I have ever been in and I have been in a lot of them. I know the campers are not built good anymore I have a new camper and I keep you busy do warranty work on it. And everyone l talk to has the same problem no matter what make it is So thanks for all you try to do.

Cathy took care of everything right from the beginning. All the service techs were great. The first young man had looked over the whole unit before I had removed the truck from it and had a report for me about the condition of the roof, lights, underbelly, and exterior. All the service people I have ever met have been very courteous, helpful, friendly, and willing to do what it takes to make your day. I have had work done at Birch Run and at Gran Rapids and it's always the same, FIRST CLASS BY THE SERVICE TECHNICIANS. It doesn't matter that it's 95* outside they get the job done. I pray when it's that warm they take enough breaks and hydrate regularly. Without a doubt my services for future issues will be completed at a General R V dealership.

They are the best. My macerator stopped working during my journey. They brought me in right away. They spent a lot of time calling Roadtrek for the information they needed to resolve the problem. I had brought it to a different GRV to correct the problem before I left on my journey but apparently they did a poor job. Because of this, West Chester GRV were able to bill the Florida GRV since GRV has their 90 day guarantee.
The West Chester GRV were all very accommodating and allowed me to sleep over in my van with hook ups since I had a long ride home and a storm was moving in.
I highly recommend West Chester PA. I wish their RV technicians and office workers worked in Florida.

Great people to work with

My service advisor kept me in the loop of everything that they were doing until he went on vacation when he went on vacation no one told me that my trailer was done. I had to call to find out if it was done.

Lori was an amazing service advisor to work with. She was quick to respond and always made sure to work around our schedule with camping and work.

Excellent customer service in the service dept. Chris did an amazing job!

Amorette is the absolute BEST! Honestly the reason we keep purchasing from General (On our 5th unit). You only deal with the sales person for a minute but it’s inevitable you will have to come in for service. Good service is the key! She is so easy to work with, super responsive and always making sure we are taken care of. Larry and Adam are super knowledgeable and friendly every time we come in as well. I always joke I hope I don’t have to see them for awhile since it means something is wrong, but I love knowing whatever the issue is it will be taken care of and we will be treated well.

All the employees I dealt with were extremely professional. I needed to have my refrigerator replaced and it was not an easy task but they got it done thanks to Terrance my service adviser and Chris Dietrich the Operations Manager also got involved. I know have a RV dealership in Jacksonville I can call home!!
