My only concern is that knowing we are from Md and Md requires a front tag in the unit and no front tag bracket was on the unit and I did not realize this until we got home.

Service was quick. Brandon Baker a joy to work with. Clean facility very professional. Waiting room is like a campground you meet fellow travelers in conversation.

Everything was great from our first visit to shop, up to the day we picked up our new RV. Our salesman, Bob, financing with James, coordinating with Jennifer, Demo/walk-through with Joe, and the entire service department team with whom we worked on getting our tow vehicle setup, all were excellent to work with.
Truly a great experience and I would absolutely recommend General RV, MT Clemens.

My walk through and get to know went very well and Sam did a fantastic job with getting me familiar with my new rig.

Shawn, in the service department always communicates timely and positively with us. He works to get us in quickly, and keeps us informed. He is very knowledgeable and patient with our questions.

Very nice employees. That said, it was a very long wait for an appointment (6 weeks).

I had been looking for a used pull behind camper and every one I would see online was there and minutes later sold. So I decided to stop by General RV to see if they had any trade-ins available and within a half hour or so, I then found myself buying a camper. Needless to say from beginning to end smooth as silk.

He has worked with manufacturer to get replacement parts and work completed. He has checked in with us to keep us posted on progress. Relationships matter...and it takes years to establish & maintain. We 1st dealt w.GenRV of Wayland, MI 26y/a. Low turnover and competency in leadership & technicians has kept us coming back.

They are always helpful to me as a first time rv owner.

After a few hiccups in the process, our sales guy was in constant contact with updates about our rv for it was being delivered from a different state.

Was not rushed and the walk through was great. Hudson was friendly and knowledgeable about the RV we were purchasing. Angelina was very helpful with the paperwork.

Our service advisor Lori is great to work with. She gets things done in a timely manner, is friendly, and professional. Staff is always friendly and professional
