Great service!

We loved that Tom really understood what we were looking for. We loved the very first camper he showed us. Angel did a great job getting us financed and explaining everything. The walk through was very good! There were just a few minor issues on the walk through that needed looked at or fixed. We were impressed with the quick work. Now for us to go camping! Thank you!

I read a lot of reviews about General RV. Most of them were very bad. Which I have always been told that you will hear more about people complaining than people that are happy. Which is sad.

For my own experience I can only talk about the General RV Center in Orange Park Florida.

All I can say is that they were great ! I was treated with respect, kindness, and compassion. If you have the chance to purchase a RV from them. You will be extremely happy with your purchase. So don’t hesitate to contact them for your RV purchase. Ms Lily Gonzales was a great person to work with as well as all the other women and men I dealt with in Orange Park Florida. I would definitely recommend her and General RV Center for a great price and excellent customer support.

Overall I felt that everyone we interacted with were genuinely excited to help my wife and I. Initially it felt a little over the top with the "vip" treatment. But afterwards, I'll admit it was nice and each person was very helpful and knew what they were doing. I will certainly promote General RV to my friends that may be looking for an RV.

This is our second purchase with general rv and both times we had a good experience. First time was in Ocala, second was in winter garden. I would like to recognize everybody involved with our purchase. A special shout out to the parts and service dept. Chris and Shane who went above and beyond to help us with the parts and knowledge of towing a car.

The team was welcoming front the front door to back. Our sales man Noah was very patient, professional he was very patient he showed that he wanted to make sure we were happy with the unit we wanted. Sales manager (sorry but forgot his name) he was very caring he made sure we were happy with financing ideals and options. An old boy the gentleman that did our walk thru of our new unit he was amazing, he made sure we understood everything before moving to the next. He answered all of our questions very helpful understanding professional well educated on the operating of the unit. This was the best interaction we have ever had at any dealer. The finance Manger also continued the professional interaction by making sure he explained everything and made sure we understood

Work was completed quickly

The team in Wixom is just outstanding. This is the third unit I am buying and always they go above and beyond to make it right. It feels like family there. Highly recommended.
