The overall experience was really good, we had a few hiccups with our sales person leaving employ after initially signing a purchase agreement at the RV show. However the new sales person and staff pulled it all together quickly and efficiently soon after. The walkthrough with Amanda was really good and very helpful. Our finance guy Mike put it all together and got us everything we were looking for with a fair deal. Overall it was a good experience and I would happily send a friend your way.

Our Service Advisor, Richard Bunning, was excellent. He was proactive with scheduling and answered all my questions promptly and thoroughly. It was important to us that the repair be completed in one day and he did his best to facilitate this. He kept us informed with progress updates throughout the entire day. He even stayed a bit later at the end of his work day to make sure we were satisfied with the job done. He also followed up the following day.

My service advisor Kathy was outstanding. I had had some less that positive calls with the service department at the canton Ohio location where I drove to purchase the toy hauler but once I was able to dea with Kathy I would recommend General RV to friends again

I bought my RV from this business two and a half years ago. Up until February I had been fighting to get repairs I should have been completed and cover during the one year warranty period. After repeated emails and phone calls, note that the average turnaround time on both these ways of communication is about 28 days this is not an exaggeration. I was ready to file bankruptcy. and return the RV in your front parking lot. But because of Katie and Erica the new individuals in their position and the service department I'm going to say that I've turned around 180°. I was about to return the RV and leave it in your front parking lot I was so dissatisfied with the service I was receiving from your department with the previous management structure you had in place. I have rethought that since my recent experience with these two individuals and your service department. you should commend them on turning a customer around. I mean very dissatisfied... I am now a person that actually thinks highly of your business, service department and the RV industry itself.. I cannot not go on about these two people and your service department. I am extremely satisfied, there are a little odds and ends that I will be reaching out to them about but nothing that is a showstopper. and nothing I know they cannot handle. Even though there were milestones that didn't always make me happy they were honest, immediately reached out to me, and I thought that they were treating me with respect.You should highlight these two individuals and your service department to all your other employees. Now don't get me wrong, my salesman was amazing and I will never say anything bad about this individual. He's another one you should bring into the light.. Reach out to me again for more positive feedback.
Arrived for my appointment got in right a way. My RV was finished quickly and we hit the road. I like that they do a thorough courtesy inspection before beginning the repairs.
