every one was very pleasant. Carla was very helpful. even the enforcer was pleasent. But that is what I did not care for. after refusing to purchase addons with the finance person, they sent in the enforcer to redo what I just said I did not want, I did not need to repeat myself. So you get a nine. But I will say a whole lot better than camping world. (they suck)
Alec was pleasant to work with. We asked to have the air pressure checked in all tires and he did. We had our RV dewinterized. It was a good visit.
