I heard your review on the radio claiming you could take out wine stains. That is not the case at all. I had higher hopes. The carpet was great but it was false advertisement

The tech Edwin who cleaned my carpets was awesome. My carpets looked fabulous. I am telling everyone about the quality of service I received You are the best ever. I have never had my carpets shampooed. The carpet has been in my home since 1995. Thank you ZEROREZ. Cindy Crane

The process was different from other carpet cleaning company's. The products worked good and the service was great. David did a great job and he was very fun to talk to. We got along great. Will definatly be calling David at Zerorez back again. Thanks for the great service.

Da bomb!!!! Wow. The carpet has never been cleaner. Our carpet is about 13 years old and after Zerorez it looks new. No detergent to continue picking up dirt.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Technician was courteous & hard working - Issues: Had equip. problems, there white streaks left in the grout areas in several places (I brushed away later), grout sealer applied over wet/saturated grout (can't believe that's proper - Doesn't even repel water), had to blot-up puddles of grout sealer in several places, tile surface was left with blotches/residue (several days later I had to steam mop all of the flooring to get rid of), pricey for the service received - didn't get my moneys worth... Not interested in rework - Some level of refund would be appropriate...

What could we do to improve?

I'm not sure how you can improve. We tried the Zerorez solution that we purchased for our rug shampooer and did not feel it pulled the dirt out of the carpet any better. We will try your product again and hope to see results.

Also, spot cleaning with Zerorez left a circle around the spot cleaned. Why???

What do you like about our products and services?

Te guy that comes and does the service is wonderful. The best thing is he listens to concerns about the carpet and areas that concern me. he really listens and then He works hard to get the carpet clean. His advice about the final treatment to keep the carpets clean was great, the carpet feels great, no sticky feeling like scotch guard used to feel.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

While our carpet was fluffed up and free of visible stains. We vacuumed the next day and were very disappointed to find our vacuum was just as full of dirt and dog hair as before Zerorez cleaned it. We paid extra to have any doggy odors removed or covered up, yet our dog went right to an old spot to wet when she had not wet in the house for several weeks before, and that is why we decided to have the carpet cleaned.
