How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I still have some spots that have resurfaced. David Marsh was awesome, he explained how the cleaning worked and the spots were not to come back up with the treatment that was done. So that was my disappointment! David was very professional and I would recommend him to my friends.

They did a very thorough a good job and when i had an issue with some spots in my hallway they promptly are coming out to fix it.

They work - out cat is less probe to pee on spots treated with your material, and it doesn't smell- what more to ask for?

Wow, what a great experience. Your service representative / tech David Marsh did an amazing job cleaning our home. I have had my home cleaned with other companies in the past, but this was by far the best. David made sure that we understood the benefits of the Zerorez cleaning process and answered all of our questions. He made the experience fun and educational. We will definitely use Zerorez in the future. Thank you!
