Professional and polite. Helpful, informative and not pushy. I felt comfortable NOT like I was dealing with a "car salesman" which has been my experience with other carpet cleaners. He knew his product and the industry well. A true professional.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The young man who cleaned my duct work was very polite and professional, but I had expected someone with more experience (more than 6 months). I was disappointed with the actual cleaning brushes, I can't say this cleaning was any more thorough than a cleaning by the other company I've used in the past and their cost was quite a bit lower.

What do you like about our products and services?

Able to schedule online and arrived when they said they would. Our carpet hasn't been cleaned in quite a while, the technicians were professional and explained what they were doing and did a great job. I didn't think our carpet would come as clean as it did and stains came out that I thought would be permanent.

My carpets look like new and feel soft. I know that the traffic area will not be like new, but my husband was happy when he came home and saw how clean the carpets were.

Price exactly as quoted, was not pressured to add any additional services. Stains removed, impressed with effectiveness of cleaning. Friendly service, all questions asked were answered in detail. We felt comfortable with all aspects of our experience with Zerorez.

I didnt know they didnt use shampoo or i would never have went to them. I needed my carpets shampooed and they wouldnt give me a refund

Zerorez cleaned our carpets last year and then we had them back again because they did such a great job. They are correct that the method they use keeps your carpets clean without leaving soap to attract dirt. I can truly recommend Zerorez.

On line scheduling was easy. We received a confirmation email, and a reminder phone call the day before. They called to say they could be there early if it was OK. That was nice.

The products are chemical free.
